Very responsive, we had recurring problems with the water heater and when we realized there was a problem, they were able to have service out immediately. My wife said we could wait, but Earl insisted on sending out Rob, as soon as he could come out, allowing us to have hot water.

On a previous job involving a slab leak, they quickly got in and did the work. They worked hard to work with insurance and actually helped us get the other contractors to be as responsive as they were.

Earl and his team were in quick, evaluated the situation and came up with an immediate solution. They were knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Thank you for fixing what I couldn't. My main drain line got clogged up. Two years ago I was able to do it myself by renting a thing from Home Depot. This time, I FAILED. I was working on this thing for at least an hour, but nothing.

The Prostrar team came out the next day and was somehow able to break through the roots and all is well. They even provide a guarantee!!!

Best part of all this is the price. I have access to my main line from outside and they charged me $178 for everything. You can call the $99 guy, but look at those reviews (beware). I called a place in Irvine and they charge $500 for the same job. WTF?

Earl and his son came over and fixed our back up garbage disposal and two faucets that were slow running hot water in our master bath. He did an excellent an excellent job and repaired our shower head at no extra cost. We are ecstatic! Love the gush of hot water and our bathroom feels like a ""spa"" again. Excellent plumbers are extremely difficult to find. Earl is the best.

Had Earl Stawiki, the owner of Pro Star come out to the house as we had a main line back up. We isolated the problem. By turning on the kitchen facet and the ground floor shower would back up. Thus we believed the blockage was in front of the kitchen sink towards the street. They snaked by accessing under the kitchen sink and installing a Y for future access. The next morning....the shower backed up while my wife was showering. Earl came out on Monday. as we were gone over the weekend, and they pulled the toilet to scope the line. Well, the scope they had was a monster and could not make the bends from the toilet....so what to do? So while we are outside discussing the next course of action, the local water company guy comes and asks me if I 'm the owner? I say yes. He says you have a major leak and your water bill will be outa sight ! He recognized Earl and told me....you have Earl fix that leak and take the invoice to Moulton Niguel Water and they will help you out with the bill. Well, the drain clog was temporarily put on hold and now Earl is trouble shooting for a leak. He finds a slab leak in the garage and he and Rob fix it and have the drywallers do the repair and it looks better than new. While leaving, he mentions that our water pressure is over 100psi and that is a problem on plumbing. I ask, what should the priority be...the water pressure or the intermittent main line clog. Earl said the pressure as it can burst pipes and create havoc with your plumbing system and fixtures. So they came back the next day and put in the new regulator. Now to address the main drain. Well seeing that we were under the impression that we had only a one way clean out in our front yard it was decided to dig up about 4-5 feet to expose the main drain and surrounding piping. Well low and behold, we actually did have a clean out going into the house. Earl scoped it and saw a huge root ball just 4-5 feet from the clean out that was blocking the drain. It was decided to cut out the affected pipe and replace. Well, nothing is that easy. Once the elbow was removed, a section of 4-5 foot of cast iron pipe going into the house broke off and filled with roots, gunk etc. So after a few moments of disgust, Earl removed the pipe and was able to make a clean cut and reinstall ABS pipe and fittings. He scoped the line and it was clean....now just to have the diggers come back tomorrow and fill it all in.

Earl is very fair and honest....and especially hard working....and very knowledgeable.
