Our water heater started leaking. I texted Dalton at Prostar and they asked us to supply some pictures. He said it's likely we have to replace the entire tank and provided a quote. Another plumber who assessed our problem in-person also recommended replacement. After talking with a few other plumbers, we ended up going with Prostar due to their competitve pricing and quick replies.

We were pleased with the service. Dalton and his dad arrived on time, worked efficiently, and give me tips on how to work with our heater. He was pleasant to work with and didn't try to upsell any other services. I would definitly call him again for other plumbing issues.

On last day of nine day trip, got call that there was 2 inches of water on kitchen floor and water was heard running. Called in panic from airport in another state and Earl assured me that Dalton would get right over there. To make long story short, not only did he find/correct cause of problem BUT also called Water restoration company. By time we got home exhausted around midnight, kitchen floor was dry and blowers were hard at work in other areas. Can't say enough about how great Earl and Dalton are!

He told me exactly what to buy & would work me into his schedule the next day not to stress. He values quality service and truly is the sweetest guy ever! I feel like he completely changed what I view in a normal plumber & those ads we hear on the radio. Pro Star plumbing did a fantastic job. It's a family owned, veteran owned company. I called at 8 pm on a Wednesday and they answered right away. My water heater went out and they were able to come over the next day. Prices are fair and they do great work. Very efficient and they clean up beautifully. I will use them in the future. Highly recommend!
