These guys are the best around - period! This weekend, our 3 year old Water Heater was fried due to an electrical issue. We called the company we bought it from, who cam out first thing Saturday am. They took one look at it, and said they couldn't help us out until the following week because the suppliers were closed for the weekend. So we called Prostar, and Earl came out within the hour. He was able to order/install a new Water Heater (same brand, different model) same day. And he also arranged for an Electrician to come out and take care of the electrical issue.

These guys are solid! Honest, kind, helpful and ethical.

Dalton came to my home, graciously listened to the foolish mistake I made my jamming too much pasta into my garbage disposal, and told me best to worse scenarios depending of what he would need to do to fix it. Turns out, the best scenario did the trick. He got it fixed quickly, and his price was reasonable. I found a plumber! Highly recommend!

Yes, folks...there are still good and honest people left in this trade. Today I had an experience with Dalton who is in partnership with his veteran father, Earl, a U.S. Marine (my daddy was a U.S. Marine too-- ""Semper Fi!"") This attracted me to the co.--and my hunch proved to be correct. They operate with dignity and respect, and man, was Dalton (US Army) hyper clean with his job process. He did not scrimp on the heavy-duty paper towels and cleaned as he went along. He did an impeccable job.

He unclogged a bathroom sink and tightened up my kitchen faucet that the previous plumber did not install correctly. He was quick but not rushed and very mannerly in his demeanor and communications. He also took time to explain the 'Why' behind the problem and the right solution to fix it.

I highly recommend Prostar and have tried some of the others who come up. I can tell you that Prostar Plumbing can be trusted to perform jobs in your home and not overcharge you. They will tell you in advance what each task will cost. Also, not only am I a good judge of character, but my dogs usually bark at service people who come into our home. Upon his arrival, they trusted Dalton completely, and didn't make a single sound and went to (Chihuahuas who bark a lot!). This tells me a lot.

All I gotta say is you will be pleasantly surprised that there are decent people who provide much needed services and care about their work and those they serve. For them, it's not all about the almighty dollar! Try them and you will feel as blessed as I do!

I couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided. Everything professional; all info, options, and plans discussed upfront. Dalton started helping me over texts for an hour while Earl was on his way. They diagnosed and replaced a leaking water heater in half a day! They co-oped with a leak detection and restoration associate who was also prompt and professional. I can't praise this group enough. My landlord paid the bill, so I can't comment on specifics; but he says they are fair and he's a multi-repeat customer. Highly recommend! Thank you Prostar!

I contacted several other plumbers through Yelp and their quotes were way up there for simple pinhole leak fix. Several would not provide a quote based on photos I provided (literally of the exposed pipe with leak clearly showing) and claimed they needed to come onsite to assess the situation. Come on... who are you fooling?

Prostar provided a quote based on my photos, had a reasonable price, showed up when promised and fix my leak without issue. As simple and straightforward as it should be. Will be calling Prostar next time! Recommend you do the same.
