Can not recommend these guys enough! Called on a holiday weekend because my yard was starting to flood and I was concerned the situation would only get worse. I got an immediate response and Damon came out within an hour of my call and quickly confirmed what I thought was the issue and gave me a detailed explanation of what was happening and why. He was professional, friendly and really knew what he was doing.

Excellent communication throughout the entire experience. Prostar is fantastic -- will definitely use them again!

So, I had a leaking shower head. Since replacing the head didnt fix the problem, I knew it probably was the old fixtures/valves on the handles. Not being something I could fix myself, I called a few places in yelp. Some places didnt consider it an emergency worthy of coming out during the pandemic; one place was going to charge me $150 just to come out and evaluate, even if they did nothing; and another said if they were to replace the 2 valves on the shower handles, they would only use their valves at a cost of $1200 for parts alone! Well, Prostar Plumbing responded right away, set up a time to come out, came right out, assessed the problem, bought the part locally, and fixed the leak - all within about an hour. They charged me $250 and they didnt try to upsell me on anything else. They also gave me advice on how to fix my toilet. They are a family run business and have been servicing other neighbors in my area for years. I'm so happy with them that they are now going to be my go to plumbers! Thanks Prostar

I recently had an early morning problem when my shower handle broke, and I could not turn off the water. I panicked, of course, but I did manage to turn off the main water line to the house. I started searching reviews to find a local plumber that I felt I could trust, since I've had bad luck before. Prostar had great reviews, so I called and was able to set up an appointment within a few hours. These guys were awesome. Earl and Dalton came when they said they would and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. They explained everything to me. They were so friendly, courteous, and professional and just all around great guys. As a woman I often get taken advantage of by companies and contractors, but these gentlemen were honest and very reasonably priced. I will definitely call them again and have passed their company
name on to some of my neighbors.

We got a clog in our main line which pushed toilet water out to the clean out onto our driveway. It was 6:30 pm on a Friday night. I frantically texted around since the plumber we normally use was not available. I texted ProStar. Within 10 minutes, Dalton called. He spoke to my husband and was here in 20 minutes. He assessed the situation. We have an old home with old plumbing on an old street. He was up front with the fact that he could clear it out the the best of his ability but it would require someone else to come back to hydrojet. After 2.5 hrs, he was able to pull some large chunks of roots but couldn't get them all. He didn't want to give up and came back the next morning to try at it again. Another 2 hrs and he was able to pull even more out. We can use our water for now but he recommended for us to call someone to get the main jetted, which is Something we will most likely need to do annually. Pricing was fair, especially considering the last minute late night weekend call. Dalton was honest, polite, respectful, thorough, determined and knowledgeable. And he was all around a really nice guy. It's a family veteran owned business, which I was thrilled to be able to support. I have already passed their info on to family and friends. Thanks again for coming to the rescue and allowing us to go on with our daily life until we get get the hydro jet!

I had a kitchen drain clogged on a Saturday. I called them and someone was at my house within the hour. Damon diagnosed the problem quickly and was honest about the cost to fix it. I decided to wait until Monday to fix it because it was cheaper even though we are supposed to social distance ourselves. Damon came back and fixed our drain and could not have been nicer. I would definitely use this company again.

Dalton and Earl were extremely thorough in troubleshooting the cause of the backup in my downstairs bathroom. They were very precise in identifying where the stoppage was located and confirmed that they had cleared the drain out to the sewage main.
