They were helpful, professional, and able to make a quick fix so that a bigger repair could be made at a later date without overtime costs. Wow. After 16 years in our home, I finally found a plumber that I will not only call back to do work, but I'll make sure our friends call them too. Sunday valve leak, flying out of town the next day, called these guys. After initial connection problem, Vladamir came out at 6pm on a Sunday night, and fixed my plumbing problem so my wife wouldn't have to deal with it during the week. Not only that, but he's a really nice guy with a great attitude. I've been in sales and sales management for 27 years, and if I could get my high dollar hot shots to be half as positive and motivated as Vladamir, I'd be rich. But that's what you can expect from a Marine. Do yourself a favor, and call these guys. You won't ever call a different plumber again.

We woke up Saturday morning to a bulging and dripping dining room ceiling. We didn't have a preferred plumber so we consulted Yelp. Called the first one listed but they had no one available for an emergency call. Prostar was next on the list and they proved to be a real lifesavers. Spoke to Earl who promised to arrive within an hour and he was there as promised. I was especially in luck as he had his full team with him that day. Earl explained what he was going to do before, during and after each step. Brother Eric and son Dalton all swung into action with energy and skill. Before long, the ceiling was open and a new piece of pipe was installed. They tested their work, cleaned up nicely after the job and got us in touch with a restoration firm. Fabulous response, great guys, solid work and a fair price. Five stars across the board.

WOW! It is so refreshing to find a professional and reliable company. Vlad and Eric came by the same day I called to check a leak in my front yard and give me an estimate. Today they came and did a large repair as well as fixing some other little plumbing issues. They did a great job and even made a smaller hole then I expected in my stone walkway. I would recommend these guys to anyone that needs work done. They are top notch! They even cleaned under my sink and washed the front yard down. Very impressed over here!

I had an emergency valve situation on a rental property on a Sunday afternoon during a 3 day holiday weekend. I've never needed to use a plumber but was dreading the availibility and the costs. I had called other places that were not available. I explained to Eric Stawicki my problem thinking he may not be able to help me since he told me he was in charge of sales. He said he would come right away to look at it and to see if he could help me. I was just pleasantly pleased that he would drive 30 min to just see if he could help me, let alone fix the problem. He did end up fixing the problem, and the costs were very reasonable. I am so happy with his service and his great attitude! He said he's just the sales guy.. Well, if this company 's ""sales guy"" could fix this problem with a great attitude, I can only imagine how the actual plumbers do their job!! I will definitely refer and use this family owned plumbing service.

Great experience with Prostar Plumbing this morning! Woke up to a backed up main line and flooding on the lower level of my house after taking a shower. Called Earl, and he and Dalton showed up within an hour and a half to handle the issue. Quickly identified the problem, had everything taken care of within an hour, and didn't leave until they had set up a referral to a restoration company to handle the water damage. Extremely professional and pricing was very fair. Would highly recommend!

OUTSTANDING work ethic and honest communication! What more could you ask for? Earl and his crew worked really REALLY hard to fix our 100% clogged pipes in order to help get our business up and running within a day. He explained all of our options and went the extra mile to help us understand what was going on, what he and his crew were doing and what our best most inexpensive options were.
