Dan made sure he fixed our plumbing issue as soon as possible. He made sure to keep me updated on his estimated time of arrival and then did an amazing job fixing our issue. It is very rare in these times to find someone dependable and trust worthy. No upselling with this company. They are honest and try to keep costs down when ever possible. I will only use Pros Plumbing & Rooter going forward. Thank you guys for taking care of my home.
Sincerely,
Linda

They offered a price initially over the phone which I thought was to high. So I asked them if they would be willing to send a technician and come to my house and look at the work requested and reconfirm their price for the work requested. The technician never came on the agreed date and time. I have not received any follow up call from them what so ever. Additionally the price they quoted me of 475.00 that was quoted in our initial phone call was lot higher than the 250.00 I paid to have the work performed by a different plumber.

I've used this guy a few times over the years. He came to my house probably 3 times in as many years to fix a water line that kept leaking behind my fridge. Recently I had him out to give me a quote to reroute a couple of water lines in my downstairs bathroom. The drywall was already taken out. All he had to do was move 2 pipes. I expected the charge to be $500 or so. He quoted me $1,400!!! I was shocked. I looked on Next Door for recommendations and found another guy that did the work for $425.
I hate to give a bad review as he is a nice guy. But sure seems like he was price gouging me on this last job.
I won't be going back to him anymore.

After being a ""no show"" two times, Dan, the owner, finally showed up. We had a leak from the shower drain upstairs causing a drip in our ceiling downstairs. From start to finish he was here about 3 hrs, only was working about 1 hr. He opened up the ceiling drywall, 1x2ft hole, and replaced a broken PVC ""T"" pipe. He charged us $1900.00 for the pipe replacement (sawed out old black ""T"" and glued in new piece). Since then, we have come to find out that the usual and customary rate is $300-450 for this. Doesn't answer our calls. If you are thinking about hiring this company...DON'T!!! They are not honest, and will lie to your face and rip you off like they did to us.

I highly recommend Pros Plumbing &Rooter. I had a backup drain in my patio when it rained. I had another plumber that tried to unplug it and could not. Dan was determined to get to the bottom of my problem and solved it! Thank you Dan!!

Super expensive and very poor customer service.
No regard for your property. They were walking inside our house on the carpet with muddy shoes. The part that they promised to replace was not actually replaced. We are in the process of reporting against them to BBB.
Please avoid using this company

Poor customer service and unreasonable pricing, used them 3 yrs ago to replace water heater, $1600now water heater is leaking, gave the office a call around 1 something, text dan pics of the serial number etc and paperwork, and he said he would come by in the am after his first appt, i texted him for an eta, no reply i thought u had the wrong number, so i called the office and i was told he had a few others to work on before mine, i told her that wasnt the case, and the conversation i had w Dan was different, so now im given a time of 2-3pm, i text him again n this time he calls me to say the office was confused n he would be around my place at 1p or sooner. Its now 2 something still no call or text. Then at about 2:30 i get a knock and it isnt Dan so I go over it w the guy they send name Mark, very nice & helpful, now im told it would cost me $1000 just for the labor, what a joke than said $800. First customer service was poor now another $800 just to install. Waste of time and money! Thats the cost of a whole new unit that is still under warranty. Mark even said it shouldnt cost that much! Very disappointed

I scheduled an appointment and got a slot from 2-4 for my shower faucet repair. Took a day off from work. No-one showed up for the appointment. I tried calling 4-6 times and left a voice mail no call-back.

Dan quickly came and even aided me in saving money on the parts that were needed by helping me contact the manufacturer and get some relief for parts that were under extended warranty. I would certainly call them again. Great work

Greg came out to my house which had been a rental and had several issues. I showed him a downstairs bathroom that had a leak in the faucet and I also showed him the corresponding bedroom which had what appeared to be water damage on the baseboard. Greg fixed some of the issues in my house and did a god job. However he said he was really busy and would come back in a week or so to investigate what he also believed could be a leak in the bathroom. Greg didn't come back, I called him and asked when he would be coming. He gave me a day and I left a key out for him. I also reminded him that he had not given me an invoice for the other work he did. Greg never came on the day he said he would when he was also suppose to do work for my neighbor. A few weeks later he was doing work on my neighbors house and I stopped by and asked him if he was coming. He said yes he had gotten busy and I also asked if he had gotten me an invoice. He said he would call me to set up a time to do the work. After several weeks of waiting on Greg I hired someone else. As it turned out I had a significant leak and the entire bathroom had to be gut and moisture remediation was necessary. One plumber was shocked that Greg had left me in that condition without shutting off the water to the bathroom or suggesting we open the wall. Five months later a woman from Greg's office calls me with attitude saying that I never paid my bill. (The bill he never gave me that I asked for twice) I told her Greg never came back and she said ""Greg was waiting for you and you never called him to set up a time) Right, I have a leak in a faucet damaging my sink granite and a leak into a wall I never called him. She said that Greg said I needed work in my bathroom and did I want to set up a time. FIVE MONTHS LATER they call to set up an appointment for an active leak that he saw in January. my neighbor waited for weeks to have a gas line capped and finally hired someone else. He is a nice guy but has no professional scheduling and a lack of communication with his office staff. If he doesn't put you on his schedule and give you a date, don't believe he's coming back and if he flakes out once, move on. It's very unprofessional to keep people believing you're coming so they won't book with another plumber.
