We had several things in queue for work, e.g. Shower lost heat, faucet replacements.

I contacted them and Jorge was very responsive with the inquiry. Fabricio came right away to check out the work for a free quote. The cost was reasonable and took into account the entire project vs per item. They were not pushy and will just tell you how it is. i ended getting their service right there and then.

2+ months after, i had an observation on the shower handle and wanted somebody to check it out. Again, very responsive with my message and Jorge came right away to check. No issues. They will be my go-to plumbers from now on.

I needed both a gas grill connected and a pilot light relit. Properly Done responded to my appointment request almost immediately and had a technician out the next day. Within 24 hours I was in business. The pilot relight was a quick fix, but we had issues with the on-hand parts for the grill. My technician visited Home Depot twice in order to get the right parts and stayed late in the day to get the job done. I'd highly recommend them.

Our second time using this company and both times our expectations have been exceeded. This time we had an issue that required immediate attention and when we called on a Saturday they answered right away and came to our home very quickly. The issue was solved (and explained well- which I always love.) Raul was very friendly and the prices are good. We will definitely be using him and Jorge for future plumping needs and would recommend to friends and family!

Jorge came out promptly and made the fix to our water heater for a great price. I had a couple of issues with our heater after the repair (not the fault of Jorge). I texted Jorge and he came back on two separate occasions without charge.

I contacted Jorge and Properly Done to give me a quote on moving my water heater and replacing it with a tankless system. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was looking at/for, what they would need to do to install it, and then talk through some options before getting me a quote.

That same day, I'd been repairing my fridge and the tech noticed a leak in the water line. While Jorge was looking at the water heater, I asked if he could take a look at the fridge line, too. He said of course. I didn't need to schedule a new appointment - he fixed it on the spot. He was efficient, did the job well, and the price was very reasonable, especially considering he wasn't even planning on doing work at my home that day.

This may be a newer company, but Jorge and his brother are super experienced and trustworthy. I'd highly recommend giving them your business.
