Jorge goes above and beyond! I almost used Jorge on my last project, and I'm so glad I called him this time. He's incredibly responsive, professional, and efficient. When I was in New York, he followed complicated directions to enter my house and fix a sewage back-up while an AirBnb guest was out doing errands. Then, he came back the following week to replace a sewage pipe that 2 other plumbing companies have ""fixed"" in the past 6 years. He discovered that the pipe they fixed was shoddy, and that there was yet another pipe that was completely eroded and needed replacement. He crawled under the house, which is on a steep canyon hill, and took video for us. I didn't even pay him for the sewage back up for several days, which I feel badly about, and he did the estimate for free. Just a great experience, which you can rarely say about plumbers. 10 year warranty.

Recently used Jorge and his team to repair a leak. He is fair and reasonably priced. His crew came out the next day and made the repairs, cleaned-up afterwards and were respectful and courteous the whole time. I would definitely recommend them. They give free estimates and warranty for work preformed.

Raul and his team were amazing!! They arrived 30 minutes after my call for a clogged kitchen sink and solved the problem within 45 mins. They did a thorough and excellent job, and left the place very clean! Will definitely be calling them for all plumbing needs!

My toilet was clogged and they were very responsive at coming to fix it! I do think their prices could be a little cheaper but if you want it done, they are quick! They also changed out my toilet the next day and cleaned up the mess; they left everything well put together and neat. It's never fun dealing with plumbing issues but they made the process smooth and quick.

Thank you Raul ! I suspected my water heater was broken and started to ask around on Yelp for quotes. Raul called pretty quickly after I set up a time for a quote stop by. He showed up on time, was very polite and gave me a quote for a new water heater. I appreciated him not pushing me on getting a tankless vs traditional water heater but was good about explaining the difference in function and pricing. Properly Done Rooter is a family business, Raul and his brothers showed up the next day exactly on time and finished exactly on time. I really appreciate this super smooth and low stress experience!

The owner Jorge responded immediately on Yelp messaging. Two repairmen came out on time as promised to fix the diverter on my shower/tub faucet. Very efficient service and they got it back working properly in no time. Will definitely be calling them again next time I have a plumbing issue. Five stars!

I have used Jorge and his crew for several jobs now. The first job was for a clogged laundry drain and few leaky faucets in the house. Next, I had a broken water heater thermocouple - the safety device that keeps the flame lit. They came out on a Sunday and fixed it but advised I start looking for a new water heater. They were right. A few months later my water heater broke and I had them install a tankless water heater.
For each job I checked prices and they were always the lowest or near the lowest. They were fast, efficient, clean, and low priced. Highly recommended.
