Amazing job! Jorge is very nice and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend when it comes to cost I had gone thru Velocity plumbing and it was very expensive for just faucet work! Go with Properly done cause it's done right and very affordable. Will definitely use them again.

Jorge and his crew came by and fixed a clog and replaced a garbage disposal. They were all very nice and competent and cleaned up after. Jorge didn't charge me the $200 some other places on here wanted to just to bring a disposal. It was also really hot inside my place and they didn't complain. Top notch.

Warning - if you live in a nice neighborhood these guys will overcharge you. Unfortunately, I didn't find this out until I had to get more work done on my house and hired another plumber for similar work that was half the cost. Not only that, the work they did was NOT properly done. I was told by a contractor and an inspector (two guys coming from two different companies) that on one of the jobs Properly Done Rooter did, dirt was not filled back in to support a pipe that they had replaced, and without the support of the dirt underneath, the pipe would sag over time and cause a ton of damage and would ultimately be extremely costly to fix. Don't be deceived by the other great reviews, these guys will not always get it properly done.

Jorge & his crew just left, they are total professionals. We had an outdoor drainage problem, and Jorge quickly resolved the problem in under an hour with a combination of hydro-jetting and camera inspection. His response time was FAST, he offered a very competitive quote (online), and arrived PROMPTLY the next day!! Moreover, he hydro-jetted all of our outdoor drainage lines (it's kind of a connected network) *several times* to make sure they were completely clear & draining properly, then they carefully cleaned-up before they left.

I will be calling Jorge & Properly Done Rooter & Plumbing Service for all my future plumbing needs! (They offer the full-range of plumbing services.) Jorge is the owner/operator & makes sure the work is done well. Excellent, 5-star work and a pleasure to deal with. Use without hesitation.

My shower tub got clogged at around 11pm. Started looking for a plumber and got a couple of replies. Jorge replied back within 10mins. His quote was very reasonable, so I decided to move forward with him. He told me he can stop by the following day between 8-830am (pretty quick for a late message). He arrived a couple minutes before 8am! He tried unclogging the tub, but had difficulties. He went underneath the property and noticed an issue with the plumbing pipes that were causing the clog. The quote increased couple hundred bucks because the job had to be done underneath the property. He managed to unclog my tub, installed new abs pipes and a new bath waste drain kit. 100% satisfied! Will use him for future projects...

My store in downtown LA had a toilet overflow and Properly Done came within an hour and half. I tried calling others companies but they would scheduled too far out. Properly done came to snake my drain and put a camera to find the issues. These guys were fast, reliable and did the job. Recommended

I contacted Properly Done Rooter & Plumbing Service.
Jorge C replied quickly gave me his price and available times.
We setup a appointment time 9-10 am, he arrived on time. I had a kitchen faucet that was leaking from the pull out sprayer. I bought a new one from Home Depot.
Jorge had to cut the old one off due to the screws being corroded. When he tried to install the new faucet it was missing some parts, brand new in the box.

I had to return it and get a replacement, Jorge said to call him when I have it and he'll come back to install it. Got a new one a different brand, Jorge installed it everything looks good. I was in a rush to bring my car in for service. I didn't check the faucet. later when I got home there was something funny about the faucet it couldn't turn to far to the left side of the double sink.

I contacted Jorge through Yelp told him about the issue, he came right over the next day to adjust the faucet, no extra charge.
I would highly recommend Jorge and Properly Done Rooter & Plumbing Service.
Jorge was quick to respond, polite and professional.
