I had a sewer problem with my main sewer line and I contacted Jorge and he was very prompt and within a couple of hours was able to come to my house to check it out. He reviewed everything thoroughly and was able to complete the job in one day! Another plumber we had contacted mentioned it'd take him 4 days to complete. Jorge and his team fixed the plumbing issue and did a great job in cleaning up! All for a very reasonable price. I'd absolutely recommend Jorge and his team for any plumbing needs.

Ran a little later than expected but understandable since it was the weekend and Jorge was one of the few willing to come out on a weekend (non-emergency). Needed a repair with the toilet and fixed the issue quickly. Pricing was fair and one of the cheaper quotes.

Called for a toilet-line I had coming from my backyard, after 2 rooter tries and a hydro-flush come to find out the line is collapsed and had debris in the line. I gave them a go ahead to replace @ $6200. They started the dig, but I stopped them since I had sewer insurance. Found out next day insurance did not cover a non-mainline sewer. Insurance plumber quoted same work for $12K. Immediately called Properly Done, came within an hour & finished the job that night for original quote. Good people, easy to work with and good quality work. Non-trenching replacement of 70' ABS -Concrete & Grass exposure.

I recently had a drainage problem in my kitchen sink. I called properly done rooter to come by and have a look see. They arrived in a short amount of time and when I explained the problem they explained how they would perform the job and gave me a reasonable estimate and as soon as I approved they started the job . It only took a few hours to do the job. They also installed a new garbage disposal and replaced the pipes under the sink. Every thing they did was to my approval. This company is family owned. There isn't a dispatch third party that gets a cut if the money for doing nothing. Theses are hard working brothers that know their business. They are responsible, respectful, and trustworthy. The price is extremely fair.
I've hired plumbers in the past that left the place a mess and didn't clean up after.
Some never showed up and if they did they would give you a price and then told you you need to pay more for something that was hidden and what could you do but pay it because they would tell you that when everything was taken apart. I myself am a contractor so I know about things and I would highly recommend this company for any of my plumbing jobs and you should too. By the way they smell better then Mike Diamond plumbers.
