Highly Skilled and Reliable Handyman!

I recently hired Igor to repair a damaged roof beam, and I couldn't be more impressed with his work. He is incredibly knowledgeable, explained the process clearly, and demonstrated excellent craftsmanship. The repair was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. It's clear that he takes pride in his work, and the results speak for themselves. If you're looking for a skilled and reliable handyman, I highly recommend him!
I personally felt labor cost is bit expensive however, I am happy with the work.

I will recommend anyone to stay away from this company by all means.
Our home was severely damaged by their poor workmanship/negligence (broke the sprinkler water pipe), which led to a major flood in entire home and our home is not livable anymore. Restoration may take over 2 months, and it is very likely that it won't be safe to live there (mold and poor house integrity) even after the restoration.

We need to find a temporal place to live during restoration, and causing significant inconvenience for our family and our works, but the company has no willingness to help us out other than working with their own insurance company. They refused to provide necessary information for investigation of this case and tried to get away with minimal cost.

The guy they sent out was very nice, but way late. These guys are not real ""plumbers"" and have very limited knowledge. My 2 toilets were flushing slowly and taking several flushes to get stuff down. They guy came out, snaked my main line from the back of the house, used a snake on both of my toilets. That was it. The problem was the same as soon as someone used the toilet after he left. He said he would come again with a camera, but several days later when he came, several hours later than scheduled and it was getting dark, he had no camera. He said he would have to get back with me, almost a week later they did get me a quote. I think this is the same with many of the popular plumbers. They are good at cleaning out the main lines, but not diagnosing the issue. After some research, I found the problem is that the jets in the rim of the toilet were clogged due to the hard water so not enough is getting in when flushed! Problem solved with CLR in the overflow and letting it sit a few hours. I will not be calling them again.

They were great. Super responsive over the yelp chat which was at like 11pm, and reasonably priced.

Oh right the job was to replace our rusting old sink with a new one which I had already ordered. So they just provided labor. Which was perfect. And they cleaned up after. Would absolutely hire them again.

I hired Proper Hour for an electrical job, there were quick to respond, gather project info, provided a very reasonable quote. Scheduling was simple, kept me informed of updates and minor adjustments.

They are not well-trained. They give you one quote to get their foot in the door, then change their story to charge more. In the end, they still couldn't find the problem. It felt like they were relying on trial and error, learning on the job rather than diagnosing properly. They don't listen to suggestions, and some of their technicians come across as arrogant, acting like they know better, while others are simply poor communicators.

I have worked with PHHS for multiple projects, so I decided to work with them for a built-in dishwasher installation. I shared pictures and the dishwasher SPEC via the Yelp message system. The discussion went smoothly. However, they increased the price during the installation. I am not sure what was the miscommunication. Therefore, I decided to provide my experience in this review.

They were very quick to respond to my request. I was offered same day service which was a bonus (but I decided to book following day). Handyman was on time and extremely professional. I will absolutely use them again for other projects. Another bonus was the price charged was what same price they quoted me which was nice.
