These guys are the BEST! We had a RH 500lb, 6 feet by 4 foot chandelier to install on a 20 foot ceiling and they made it look like a walk in the park. The whole process was so professional and seamless form quote to installation to being on time and finished the job earlier than quoted. They reinforced the structure above in the ceiling to hold the weight, brought in a special machine to lift it up carefully. The team was so friendly and worked non stop to finish. Go with them! My go to for any project now :)

We needed the door form the house to the garbage repaired as the screws were loose. The handy man was here on time and completed the job in an hour. We are satisfied with the work. The only problem was the handyman did not speak English well and had to communicate with someone on the phone to understand his instructions well.

Eduard did a great job prepping and painting/staining the underside and floor of our balcony, as well as the safety board that extends the length of the balcony. Additionally, we appreciate that when he found that some rotted pieces in the balcony needed to be replaced, we were informed of the additional work, as opposed to just having prepped and painted over the bad pieces.

There was a slight bump when the work was delayed by one day, but since it didn't cause a big problem with other scheduling, we just wanted to mention it.

We will definitely use the Proper Hour Handyman team again.
