Great company, great service, no worries! Their sales representative Fransisco Carelli was friendly, knowledgeable and matched their competitor's price. The reason I choice Propane Ninja was because they have their own meter monitor the propane gas tank. They have better rating then their competition and I don't need to worry about looking at the meter each week. Scheduling a delivery is automated. In addition, using their app I can see the % of gas remaining in the tank and because I know the gas level, I can be assured there are no leaks and if there are they will fix it as part of their small monthly fee.

I have known about Propane Ninja for about 5 years at least but I was only able to become a customer recently because my girlfriends mother bought a generator for her house in lutz and had to get a 500 gallon tank filled and establish services. I reached out to them after hours but left a message with the answering service and was promptly called back the following morning. Within minutes I was explained the ins and outs of the residential propane industry and had my quirky questions answered (thanks for your patience whomever you were!). We are beyond happy for calling Propane Ninja (they were actually the second out of 4 companies we called, but ninja were the first to call back). They do this Ninja Watch monitoring which is absolutely amazing because you get a mobile app on your phone that you can see how much gas you use and have in your tank- but most importantly is that propane ninja can see how much gas we have and then they proactively schedule a refill. FYI Propane tanks when and if they go to zero percent full they have to get a leak test done again so this monitoring service saves a ton of potential headaches and costs. 11/10 thanks for the continued support and I'm happy to also grille like a ninja as they say (because I also use their tanks on my own bbq at my house)

very bad customer service. never come on line , always answering service then service rep never calls even after multiple request to answering service . I recently sold my convenience store business and wanted to close account . after even 18 days noone contacted me . stay away from them
