Great company, great service, no worries! Their sales representative Fransisco Carelli was friendly, knowledgeable and matched their competitor's price. The reason I choice Propane Ninja was because they have their own meter monitor the propane gas tank. They have better rating then their competition and I don't need to worry about looking at the meter each week. Scheduling a delivery is automated. In addition, using their app I can see the % of gas remaining in the tank and because I know the gas level, I can be assured there are no leaks and if there are they will fix it as part of their small monthly fee.

I have known about Propane Ninja for about 5 years at least but I was only able to become a customer recently because my girlfriends mother bought a generator for her house in lutz and had to get a 500 gallon tank filled and establish services. I reached out to them after hours but left a message with the answering service and was promptly called back the following morning. Within minutes I was explained the ins and outs of the residential propane industry and had my quirky questions answered (thanks for your patience whomever you were!). We are beyond happy for calling Propane Ninja (they were actually the second out of 4 companies we called, but ninja were the first to call back). They do this Ninja Watch monitoring which is absolutely amazing because you get a mobile app on your phone that you can see how much gas you use and have in your tank- but most importantly is that propane ninja can see how much gas we have and then they proactively schedule a refill. FYI Propane tanks when and if they go to zero percent full they have to get a leak test done again so this monitoring service saves a ton of potential headaches and costs. 11/10 thanks for the continued support and I'm happy to also grille like a ninja as they say (because I also use their tanks on my own bbq at my house)

The response from the company said I needed underground installation and I do NOT. They just didn't listen and didn't care! Sorry you lost a star for being deaf to my needs. Also they tried to charge me $600 EXTRA for the installation by the Z'hills company! They referred me and thought they were entitled to be paid! OH NO!! Luckily I had a written estimate from the Z'hills company and they couldn't charge me. Shame on you!!!

Robert at Publix The Shoppes At Sunlake Centre....I'm writing to you regarding a situation I recently encountered using The Grill Like A Ninja program from your store. I recently joined the product and on two occasions have received full tanks that would not release gas to operate my fire pit. I returned both bottles and traded for new ones. These worked as expected. There is something about some of the bottles that DO NOT ALLOW the release of gas. Thanksfully, your team replaced each of the failed bottles with new ones that worked as expected as noted above. Obviously, it is an issue that I don't want to support ie.,having to return these defective bottles. I'm hoping you can contact Mike or Peter the proud owners of the Tampa based propane company to get this situation resolved. I am sending them a copy of this note as well. very bad customer service. never come on line , always answering service then service rep never calls even after multiple request to answering service . I recently sold my convenience store business and wanted to close account . after even 18 days noone contacted me . stay away from them

We are a 24 hour Veterinary Hospital and due to hurricane Milton we were on a generator. Dayne Brady and his awesome team were ready to get propane to us at a moments notice even though we were not their routine customers. They are also quick to support the community by dedicating time, propane/resources and energy into frontline human needs like hurricane relief efforts. My work history is primarily in hospitality with over 25 years in the restaurant business. Propane is propane and I would not normally have reason to leave a review. When dealing with businesses, it's fair to expect a certain level of service in return for the money spent on said service. Because of my background in the service industry, it's obvious to me when a company seems to go out of its way to provide exceptional service. The quality of service seems to be consistent throughout all my interactions with this company. (I feel this is important as no company is perfect, but any shortcomings can be made up by good customer service.) I have found that they are locally owned and I try to support community businesses whenever possible. Yes, I would recommend Propane Ninja for propane services.
