Pronto gets into your home with an Initial low cost. Then boom... the most ridiculous pricing ever. The tried to charge me over $700.00 to replace 2 $15.00 valves. I feel bad for all the people that they have scammed

Purchased a $4500 sewage grinder from SEECO/ProntoPlumbing 2 years ago, after our original grinder fell apart after 12 years. We were told at the time this grinder should last years. However, we needed to replace the grinder in less then 2 years. Luckily, it was still under warranty so we only paid for labor. Was told by Seeco '2-3 years is basically how long these things last.' When I told the Seeco employee about the info I have obtained reports (across the board) lifespan of grinders are 8-10 yrs, he told me I was mistaken. So, this company basically expects you to pay $4500 every 2-3 years and be ok with this and not question the quality of their products. This does not work for me.

Don't waste your time or money on SECCO or Pronto Plumbing. They just called today to cancel for the third time in a row. The people who answer the phone can't even figure out whether to send SECCO or Pronto to your home for service. AND, THEY GIVE WRITTEN FIRM QUOTES FOR SERVICE AND THEN DON''T HONOR THEM. LOSERS!

I scheduled Pronto Plumbing to come Friday (11/2) in the AM, apparently, there was a miscommunication and they got switched to the afternoon. It happens I guess, I was okay with it. What I was not okay was the plumber showing up, wanting to charge $700 to install a faucet and reconfigure the drain. I had all of the necessary materials, the sink basin was installed, just needed the plumbing under the sink hooked up and the faucet installed. After some back and forth the plumber left and I was charged $65 for him to show up. Had another plumbing company come and do the same job for $275 the next day. I called to speak with a supervisor and have yet to hear anything. Very disappointed.

Gave it a 1 star only because I couldn't give it a zero. This place really gouges when they see the opportunity. Way over priced. Beware. You have been warned.

Beware of this company! I called them to repair a minor pipe leak in my basement. What I got was a refusal to repair the pipe and 3 different estimates to replace the old pipes ranging from $5,000 - $9000! I was shocked!! I told him all I wanted was for the leaking pipe to be repaired, and he refused. I paid $125 for him to put a temporary clamp on it and told him I'd think about the estimates. The next day I called JT Thomas Plumbing. He fixed it for $105. Thank you JT Thomas!! Shame on you, Pronto!!! I will spread the word on the crap you tried to pull on me!!

Pronto Plumbing came to our house and the quote they gave us for the job was $5410 MORE than what we eventually paid another great plumber. I am amazed that a company would try to take advantage of a customer in that way!! We will never consider them for another plumbing job.

Called due to our kitchen sink not draining and we weren't sure if it was from frozen pipes. They said they would try to come out that day but probably wouldn't make it until the next day. I waited all day to hear back from them at 4:15pm to find out they weren't going to make it until the next morning. The next morning they informed us that we are not a priority right now because our pipes didn't burst and they didn't know when they would make it out. A good business would've said that right away. It's been three days since we have had a functioning sink and we have preemie twins at home with home nursing needs. Don't waste your time with these people. Find a plumber that cares.
