Daniel O.The plumber that came out to check our line (Chris) was great. He knew what to look for and walk me through the process of checking the line. He showed me all the damage on the camera screen and spoke to me about what it would take to remove and replace the entire pipe line. We agreed to have his team come out about a week later to remove the old pipe, replace it with a new pipe and (since they were already going to break the cement in our basement) have them put in a shower drain line so we can turn our 1/2 bath in our basement into a full bath, Chris also spoke to me about and agreed to put it a drain right outside of the bathroom in case we every get a leak or flood. The day comes and the team arrives, they get to work pretty quickly. My wife and I noticed that they didn't put any sort of covering or protections on the floor, walls or any other surface. They used our backyard cellar entrance to come in and out all day. My family stayed out of the basement and backyard, in an effort to stay out of their way. When they finished the job, they asked us to come out side and sign the paperwork. We did and they left.
A little while later, my wife and I walked downstairs to see the work they did and were SHOCKED at the unbelievable MESS they left in our property. They workmen tracked mud throughout our entire basement floor, they got cement and mud all over our bathroom and basement walls. They even got some mess on the ceiling!
Also, to top things off they never put in the drain outside of our bathroom. They just completely ignored that part of the job! Before they left, they informed us that the toilet was removed as part of the drain work and that Chris would be by in 2 days (to give the cement time to cure) to reinstall the toilet. Well, needless to say, after I saw the disgusting mess that was left in my basement, I called the company (but they were already closed) and left a message with the service.
A gentleman stopped by our house the next day and said he received the message and wanted to see the mess. He took a look downstairs and seemed very surprised at what he saw. He said that the amount of mess and mud that was tracked throughout our basement was definitely more than they should have ever left and that it wasn't acceptable for them to leave our home like that. He said that Chris was going to come by the next day to reinstall our toilet and that he would come with someone to clean up our basement. We thanked him and he went on his way.
It has now been over A MONTH and no one has come by to clean up the mess. No one has responded to any of my calls or voicemails. No one has done a single thing to help us out. Just look at the photos! What's crazy is if you look at the picture of our toilet, you see they laid out a roll of blue plastic under it! So they had something they could have easily laid out to protect our floor, they were just to lazy to!
It would cost us hundreds of dollars to have someone come and clean up that mess and we'll likely have to (at best) repaint or (at worst) replace walls because they got mud AND cement on the walls and cabinet downstairs. I have been in the service industry my entire adult life and I am in SHOCK at the lack of not just customer service but just human decency that Pronto Plumbing and its staff have given us. They were paid on time and in full. They have ZERO to complain about from us. Please stay away from this company!!!
My partner and I hired pronto to install a basement shower, toilet, sink, washer and new water heater in a newly constructed basement. Everything seemed to be going okay until the end of the job. They didn't install the sink correctly. Instead of putting the plumbing behind the wall behind the sink vanity, they installed a pipe on the side of the vanity so we would have to drill a hole in the side of the vanity and create a platform to fill up the space behind the vanity and the drywall... They also installed the toilet up against the exposed studs instead of leaving space behind the toilet tank for a drywall. They also did not even caulk the shower walls properly. After 2 weeks or more of calling 3 times, speaking with HR and their call center and supervisor multiple times, and being told we would get compensated for this mistake, they finally sent a team over to fix the toilet and the shower. In order to do this, they spent another 2 days jack hammering the basement floor. We were told yet again that a supervisor would be coming to talk to us about compensation for this timely mistake that has been costing us our time and money and preventing us from finishing our remodeling project. He never showed up. They didn't answer or call us back and they attempted to begin our payment process without speaking with us or confirming the job was complete, which it still is not, presently over 2 months late. They have yet to complete the proper installation of the vanity and therefore we filed a dispute with Wells Fargo to prevent any payment of this $9,000 job... we now are being forced to potentially pursue legal action for the time, money, stress, inconvenience and lack of professional respect this company has shown us. Besides the obvious incompletion of the job, they also showed up late constantly, did not communicate to us and purposefully cut corners and joked about it in front of us not thinking we were listening. We refuse to pay this amount of money for this quality of service and we hope the company will make things right so we don't have to pursue legal action.
Received one quote on the phone and was charged another price. On another project, ask plumber for a price to replace a broken faucet handle and he wanted me to purchase a $900 faucet that I never heard of. I found out later it was a Moen faucet with a life time guarantee time.

I wish I had been using Pronto for the last decade. Prompt service. Nice workers. A company that stands behind their work. Utilize latest advancements. We wanted to get a second estimate on what we new was going to be extensive work. In the process of that we found work done by another company to have caused some major issues. Pronto not only provided quick estimates, but knowing we were staying in a hotel did a great job prioritizing our work. When the scope of the work vastly increased (from home sewer line to Town sewer line) they were able to adjust and get all the work done. Incredibly professional, respectful and helpful. As long as I live here they will be my go to plumbing service and a highly recommended Camp Hill small business.
Services: Repair pipe, Repair outdoor systems, Repair sewer
Did not show up for job, no communication. Changes your schedule to benefit themselves.
Very expensive. Small project almost thousand dollars.
Did not show up to fix their first mistakes
They admitted it was their fault but did not come out and fix it when promised. Their other projects ended up leaking also.
Did not have mask on. Had to tell them to war a mask and booties for carpet.
Not the same company from the past.

Tom S.These Folks do it right-quick response-great work-affordable. This is our third plumbing issue, 3 separate issues (sump pump, sewage pipes, faucets), so from jobs large and small THEY DO IT ALL.
My first call to them in December was awesome came out within an hour of my call. So I called them tonight at 8 pm for an emergency plumbing issue never received a call back. Called again at 10 pm 11 pm and 12 pm still no call back. I called back at 2am and was told they don't come out this late. Not pleased with them at all now.
Melanie B.They did show up timely, only charged me $93.
However, technician used the camera in the main sewer line out of the house and said, look here, your pipe is crushing, this line will need to be replaced. He told me he could ""power wash"" inside the pipe because the cast iron could use cleaning BUT he couldn't because at the end of the cast iron pipe, into the septic tank, was orangeburg and that's like a paper material and the thing to clean the cast iron would destroy that part of the pipe. He said we may be able to wait a little while to replace that pipe but if it clogs again in the next week, we'd need to consider replacing sooner rather than later. The quote to replace the line from the house to the septic tank is about 10-12 feet from the house, and at most 4 feet down and the quote was $4,600.
Low and behold a week later, our sewer backed up again! I was so upset and worried, we don't have that kind of money right now. I called our plumber and he referred us to someone else. THANK HEAVENS!!!
Drain & Pump came out, the clog was never completely removed. They used the camera, showed us the clog, unclogged it. We asked them to look for damage to the pipe based on Pronto Plumbing's recommendation. No pipe crushing, no orangeburg at the end into the septic tank, no need for replacement.
So, I definitely think Pronto Plumbing was trying to take advantage of us. Glad we tried someone else the second time to unclog and asked for a second opinion/quote only to be told we didn't need to do any of that work!
George L.Frenchies crew was outstanding! Quick work. Enjoyable crew. Everything was explained beyond detail. Professional work. Everything that was disturbed was put back how it was. Highly recommend this company.
The last 3 times I scheduled a service they told me they called when they didn't. They just didn't show up. Spoke to a manager who was very nice to ensure they were calling the right number. Happened again after that where they were scheduled and they never called or showed up. Canceling the subscription. They clearly have little concern for customer service relationship management or the schedules of other people. When they tell you they have emergencies as the reason to reschedule it gets old after the 3rd or 4th time. I'd look elsewhere if I were you.
