I had an old garbage disposal that started to leak. I called Prompt, and they sent Rony, a plumber, out the next day. He replaced the disposal but then found that most of the pipes were corroded and one broke in two. He had to re-pipe my connections. This complicated the job and the time it took to remedy. Rony (my plumber) took it all in stride and remained cheerful, even though an hour job took three. Prompt Plumbing has always resolved any plumbing problem that I call them to repair.

I can't rave enough about Prompt Plumbing, specifically their plumber Doug! He more than lived up to the name with prompt service, and went above and beyond with professionalism. Doug answered all of my questions and explained thoroughly without making me feel like a dunce. 10/10 would recommend!!

CALL THE PLUMBER! I have used Prompt Plumbing a few times for some major and minor issues. From my basement flooding to my shower not draining - Doug has been there to the rescue. He was able to fix both issues with no problems. He was on time, professional, and even was knowledgeable/helpful to the point where he explained why it happened. He offered suggestions that would help to prevent it happening again. Now I know where to go to when I have plumbing problems.

Great service! Had problems scheduling appointment time at first, but Richard was incredibly nice and after we got past our misunderstanding he sent someone over within 30 minutes and our leaking sink was fixed! Great customer service and a happy customer.

This is the absolute worst plumbing service I have ever dealt with. I called in the morning and they said they would have someone over between 1 and 3pm the same day. It's 3pm and I give them a call and ask if they're still coming, and they said they were behind schedule because something went wrong at another house, so they promised a plumber would be there before 5pm. By the time 5:30 comes around I call four times, leave a voicemail, and get my call denied the fifth time I call them. I never hear from them, not even an explanation. This is the most unprofessional plumbing service I have ever dealt with, and the worst part about it is I called off work to address this issue. Do NOT deal with this company.

The water heater died on my family right before Thanksgiving. Doug and Prompt Plumbing were highly recommended by a friend. They delivered quick and great service. They were on-time and fit us in that day despite having a busy schedule. Doug came to the house himself and ensured the work was done correctly. Best of all, they were much cheaper than the other two companies I called. They will be my go-to-plumbing service in the future.

Sewage pipe nit unconnected! When I called he asked why I waited so long then says I never finished paying him, therefore job wasn't done right - Bank shows I did pay. Shame shame on you Pablo - taking advantage of little old ladies!
