Great experience with John today! He came out to look into our kitchen sink which was not putting out the same water pressure as it had previously been. He knew the fix right away (faucet aerator) and was able to fix immediately. While he was here I also asked about an issue with our bathtub faucet and even though it wasn't the thing he came to look at he took the time to look at it with me and come up with next steps to resolve! Overall great service. Extremely friendly, professional and efficient! Was also great about Covid precautions! Can't wait until he's back to fix the tub!

John, who we had service our apartment on both occasions, could not have had superior customer service skills or technical skills, as our problems were fixed and he was easy to work with and incredibly pleasant with my family. John and Manuel initially came to fix my wall heater, and they left fixing so much more. They ended up fixing my bathroom sink drainage, and made sure everything else plumbing related were in good shape before they left.

John and Manuel were friendly, professional, and got the job done! Lastly, I really appreciated that they wore masks, gloves, and had shoe coverings on prior to entering to ensure safety and cleanliness. This gave me reassurance especially during these COVID times.

Prompt plumbing serviced our place in San Francisco. We had a shower leak. They were responsive and prompt, as you might imagine, and could have sent a plumber that day but we chose to wait one day. They were up-front about their rate, though of course could not tell me how long the project would be (and the ultimate cost) without seeing it in person. The plumber Jay came and did an excellent job. He was friendly, courteous, professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and honest. They came masked and took their shoes off and respected my distance (#covid). With some investigating they discovered they needed to replace a 30-year old special washer, and they went to a special plumbing supply store and got that exact washer, and fixed my shower. This was the lowest cost option and only took 1.5 hours. A less scrupulous plumber could have misrepresented the extent of the problem and told me we needed to replace the entire shower valves, and that could have taken 5+ hours and cost me a lot more, and I would have had no clue. Good news, these guys are honest, reliable, and professional, and you can trust them to do the job right. Thank you Prompt Plumbing! I'll definitely call you again if I have plumbing issues!

Prompt Plumbing was able to organize a service call with our property manager at 8PM on Labor Day weekend to repair some broken pipework in the laundry room that caused flooding. They came on very short notice
to our place down in the Peninsula and did great work and even had spare parts in their truck to help do some additional preventative work.

Jay recently replaced the water shut-off valve for our 20-unit apartment building in SF. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated that he kept me (I'm on the HOA Board) apprised of status updates throughout the installation process, so I could keep my fellow work-from-home residents informed of when their water would be back on. As well, when I had a question for him after the work was done, he was kind enough to give me some quick plumbing advice over the phone. Our building has worked with several plumbers over the years whom I would never call again. I would definitely call Prompt Plumbing again (and ask for Jay)!

I've inquired with their business twice. The first was good and the situation was handled. The problem is the second time. I had to pay for a new broiler which was quite expensive. The workers were nice but they were very unprofessional. They left the door opened and didnt even notify me when they were finished. They called for me to hand them the check another day which was a waste of my time. I will never use their service again

When our toilet overflowed (during the shelter in place!) and we couldn't fix it with the plunger, we called our condo management service for a recommendation of someone to call and they gave us Richard's number at PP to call. When I talked to Richard, he told me that they would send someone out within 2 hours and told me what they charge. Jay actually arrived in about 1 hour and he was great! He had his mask on and all the equipment he needed to do the work. He even had booties he put over his shoes. He quickly fixed the clog and then cleaned up my toilet and took all his stuff back out in a plastic garbage bag. I can't overstate how happy I was with Jay's professionalism. I will definitely call Prompt Plumbing the next time I need a plumbing service.

Francesco came to fix our kitchen faucet. Like the name of their service, he showed up promptly during the scheduled time. Super friendly, courteous, and he got the job done smoothly.
