We had a toilet overflow issue and our property management company contracts with Prompt Plumbing. The first day Doug came and left a mess all over my house, it was discussing! (He did not fix it) The next day John and Jay came, they delivered quick and great service. They were on-time, they explained everything and the best thing they were so CLEAN! I totally recommend them. Thank you, John and Jay, for the great attitude!

My first Visit was with Ronnie he came out to assess the situation and had to get approval from my complex management company but then Jay came out to perform the repairs necessary. Jay was EXTREMELY professional and went above and beyond his knowledge and expertise and experience with plumbing and electrical was extremely surprising and welcomed! He could have easily said nope I can do things and left by instead he was able to do it all!!! He fixed it all in what I considered was a timely matter and with a smile! I even found him in the kitchen CLEANING MY FLOOR!!! I begged him to stop!!! He was absolutely amazing and definitely an asset to ANY BUSINESS! Richard is the scheduler I spoke with and was very kind and understanding of my needs and was able to work with me! I would definitely recommend Prompt Plumbing! John came to my Victorian apartment after the 3rd time the bathroom ceiling mysteriously leaked. Not only did he spend all the time needed to open up the ceiling, examine everything and finally diagnose the problem, but he stayed as long as it took to make my bathroom look as though he'd never been there (no small miracle given the scale of the repair). Very happy with the service!

In the last couple years I've had some plumbing issues at my own house. Pablo sent over Doug and he took care of everything, and left no mess. They are reliable and affordable, and I highly recommend them.

John came through with precision, helped elaborate on both the issues we had throughout our house. Got both jobs done with no problem at all, and I was made aware of what exactly was going wrong with our bathroom and dishwasher. I was given advice on how to maintain the sink and dishwasher after today's fix and feel very inclined to use Prompt again for our plumbing.

Ronys was my tech, and he did a great job fixing a series of huge and very dangerous gas leaks in our apartment. He did a great job minimizing damage to our apartment while finding each leak methodically. Very pleased with his work!

""Prompt"" Plumbing Service might not be completely accurate, given that it took a full day after the initial appointment to actually get someone on-site to make the repairs. It seems like they have more jobs than the techs can reasonably do, leading to delays.

I highly recommend Ronys, and tentatively recommend Prompt Plumbing Service with the caveat that it's likely your appointment will not start on time (maybe not even on the day you scheduled). Once the job is done, it's done right, if you get a great technician like Ronys!

My faucet was leaking a lot and my sink wouldn't drain, so my building manager called out Prompt. I arrived home after being out for what I thought was an appropriate time for them to finish, and they were still there. Ronnie, who was so nice and explained to me all that he found and that he was still working on the problem. He worked while I was there and got my sink unclogged, but had to comeback and fix the faucet when they could turn off the water to the entire building. He was great and even installed a side spray hose cause he saw I had a space for it. Way beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend them!

I had an old garbage disposal that started to leak. I called Prompt, and they sent Rony, a plumber, out the next day. He replaced the disposal but then found that most of the pipes were corroded and one broke in two. He had to re-pipe my connections. This complicated the job and the time it took to remedy. Rony (my plumber) took it all in stride and remained cheerful, even though an hour job took three. Prompt Plumbing has always resolved any plumbing problem that I call them to repair.

I can't rave enough about Prompt Plumbing, specifically their plumber Doug! He more than lived up to the name with prompt service, and went above and beyond with professionalism. Doug answered all of my questions and explained thoroughly without making me feel like a dunce. 10/10 would recommend!!

CALL THE PLUMBER! I have used Prompt Plumbing a few times for some major and minor issues. From my basement flooding to my shower not draining - Doug has been there to the rescue. He was able to fix both issues with no problems. He was on time, professional, and even was knowledgeable/helpful to the point where he explained why it happened. He offered suggestions that would help to prevent it happening again. Now I know where to go to when I have plumbing problems.
