I had sludge-like sediment backing up into my laundry area sink. They flushed my pipes, and replaced a toilet. They cleaned up after themselves, and were professional in manner and dress. They also helped me with a blocked sewer line at another location; providing video, and communication to the city.

Communication with Promo Plumbing has been fantastic. Letting me know when they were in route to my home, and confirming appointment times via text and email. I was informed of progress and concerns at every interval.

Moe Veiman was amazing. I have a recurring sewer issue, and Moe was on time and was so polite and professional. My sewer access point is in the middle of my garden and he and his crew were so careful not to disturb any of my plants. I really appreciated it. Promo Plumbing is an excellent plumbing service. They are exactly who you want coming to your house for professional work. They arrive when they say they will, get to work, complete what they say they will and clean up after they are done. We used them for a bathroom remodel and more. Water and waste pipes were moved along with vent stacks. I also used them to replace 60+ year old galvanized water and sewer pipes under the house which was quite a job. There is a lot to be said for using an owner and son operated plumbing business.
