Promo Plumbing or PP for the win! I had reached out to another plumbing company, which gave me a crazy bid, so my wife found PP on Next Door and I booked an appointment/estimate. Maybe like 30 minutes or less I get a call at 8:15pm from them about the project!! From the pictures I provided, Mo was able to give me a much lower bid and a time slot the very next day! We're very pleased with the replacement of our house main water shutoff valve by Promo Plumbing last week. The technician arrived on time, quickly confirmed the failure of our (very old) valve, then installed a new one that's working great.
The job involved some digging and reworking of the soil in the area. The new pipes and valve are solid and look great.
The cleanup was professional and the communications were great. And the price was right, too.
