We're very pleased with the replacement of our house main water shutoff valve by Promo Plumbing last week. The technician arrived on time, quickly confirmed the failure of our (very old) valve, then installed a new one that's working great.
The job involved some digging and reworking of the soil in the area. The new pipes and valve are solid and look great.
The cleanup was professional and the communications were great. And the price was right, too.

I had sludge-like sediment backing up into my laundry area sink. They flushed my pipes, and replaced a toilet. They cleaned up after themselves, and were professional in manner and dress. They also helped me with a blocked sewer line at another location; providing video, and communication to the city.
