We installed a tankless water heater, and Daniel was **AWESOME**. We also added a whole-house water filter / softening system and Daniel helped make sure we had everything spec'd properly.

When it came time to install, he was super professional, and extremely neat. When I show off our new ""water closet"" everyone is wowed with how neat his work was.

I cannot recommend Daniel more highly - responsive, honest, professional, neat, smart ... and on top of it all, he's a genuinely funny and nice guy!

I hired Daniel at ProMax to help with the plumbing of a master bathroom remodel. The job included installation of a high-end toilet, capping some existing lines, doing the rough and finish plumbing for a trough sink on a floating vanity and a shower, and boring out a channel to run water/drain lines in a concrete slab for a new free-standing tub. Each piece was very custom and had unique challenges that arose over the course of the job. Daniel was extremely responsive and ready to go above and beyond to figure out the intricacies of each piece of the project and reach a great solution. The tub was also ridiculously heavy (550lbs) and Daniel and his team were willing and able to carefully move and install the tub without any issues. He did a fantastic job and we are very happy with his work, attention to detail and very reasonable prices.

Daniel was so wonderful to work with! We had to cancel on him two different times due to our illnesses. By the time we called again (with a vacation in there also), it was a few months since I had first contacted him. I thought he'd think we were flakey and not want to try a third time. But he was so nice and professional about scheduling again. I liked that he texts timely.

When we finally had our appointment, he was on time, considerate and professional. He explained everything he was doing or had done. He drained/cleaned our Navien tankless water heater, checked a sink for any clog, caulked our bathroom sink, removed a hot water reservoir under the sink, and replaced an odd Toto toilet flapper that was all one piece (not like the normal ones we usually replace ourself). He worked quickly, neatly, and considerately.

We have been through about three other plumbers since moved here 4 years ago and were not satisfied - but now we have found our forever plumber!! You can't go wrong with with Pro Max!!

Daniel was amazing. He was responsive and great at communicating with us throughout the repairs. Our tankless water heater stopped working and he came out to assess the unit the very next day (we called later in the afternoon). We ordered the necessary part and as soon as it arrived he returned to install it. I had no idea who to call or how much the repairs would cost and I had seen other people in a Pacific Beach Facebook group say that Promax was awesome. If we ever have any plumbing issues I'd call him in a heartbeat! Its's hard to find a reliable repair service out of the blue, so you tend to rely on reviews/ feedback. I seriously can't say enough nice things about how easy and fairly priced he made the whole process!

We hired ProMax to replace our existing tank water heater. It was preventative as our old one was 16 years old. Daniel responded and gave us a very competitive quote to replace the existing tank and to bring everything up to current code. The timeline of quote to installation was very quick (2-3 days since we weren't in an emergency). The install and removal of the old tank took about 2.5hrs. Daniel was very friendly, a hard worker, and honest. I highly recommend ProMax will use them again for all other future plumbing needs.

NOTE: We ran our own permits for the job, but ProMax offered the option as well.

I am a committed DYI perfectionist but replacing our tankless water was a more complicated job than I wanted to take on. There were some issues I wasn't sure how to negotiate so we hired ProMax to do the job. Daniel responded immediately to our inquiry and came back promptly with a quote after the home visit.
