I has originally called payless water heaters they quoted 1 price over the phone when representative gave me an estimate it was more than double what I was quoted. I was discouraged when reaching out to other vendors. Daniel from ProMax called me back promptly his was one of the lower priced from my quotes. His website was very professional so we went with him. He was able to get a technician out to us in 1 day. Valdimir was very professional & did great work. I'm a house wife with a toddler so feeling safe with a technician is very important. He removed our old water heater, put in new one, the price never changed & our new water heater is working wonderfully. I would highly recommend Promax.

Water tank was old 22 yrs old and needed to be replaced...I started shopping around and messaged alot of plumbing business on yelp, Promax got back to me quickly and got me an early AM appointment. They didnt have to come to the house to see what was wrong and they pretty much already knew what I was talking about... it saved me time because they were able to give me a quote over the phone. they arrived within the 2 hr time frame they told me and he started to work on removing the old one as soon as they arrived. I recommend this business because of communication, price, and straight to the point. also another thing they priced match the lowest plumber I found and trust me I contacted about approx 10 plumbers with the higher quotes but this ended up being the cheapest!!!! Vladimir the tech was friendly. They changed my 50 gallon water heater in 1.5 hrs!!

We are in the middle of a remodel and found ProMax Plumbing through Yelp and our neighbors! We eliminated our old tank hot water heater and relocated as well as converted to a tankless system. I can't say enough great things about Daniel and his team! Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, calm and collected, reasonable pricing, and got the big job done quickly. Nice to get an actual cut and dry quote right away and a response in 10mins. The knob on one of our bathroom sinks was leaking. He had to order a part on Friday evening and was ready to install it on Monday morning. Followed thru on everything so that I didn't have to be the one calling and wondering if things were going to get done.

I cannot say enough great things about Daniel and his team. I have been working with Daniel on a project through work...so when my own toilet got clogged I knew Daniel was the guy to reach out to.

Daniel is super professional. He gets you very well priced quotes quickly and answers any and all questions you have. He works quickly and does a thorough job. He shows up on time and communicates everything clearly and consisely.

Professional company. Daniel was quick to respond and easy to work with. Fixed our plumbing issues at a very reasonable rate and was upfront about cost. He was also respectful of my home; he saw that I had young children and put on shoe covers before entering the home which is much appreciated.
