Daniel was everything we were hoping for. Weeks of trying to find a plumber and no one seemed to be the right fit. When he can for the consult, I could see that he wanted to do the job well. He is very reliable, on time, thorough and most importantly, takes pride in his work. He installed a water line and water drain for our new laundry closet in one day. He even replaced the vanity (they tapped into the adjacent bathroom) and had his guy repair all drywall cuts- excellent texturing. He is very professional and respects your time and your home. I have already passed his information along to friends who may need a knowledgeable plumber in the future. Great business and great work!

Our water heater sprung a leak and needed replacement. I've never had to deal with a water heater replacement before and momentarily toyed with the idea of doing it myself. Home depot and Lowe's didn't carry the type I needed (power vent) so I conceded to the idea that someone else would have to handle this as I didn't really know where to shop for these things other than the majors.

I called Bill Howe as they had free on-site inspection/estimates. The guy shows up and takes one look and says, ""These models are really expensive"" then came back with a ridiculous estimate. I laughed as he quoted $1900 for the water heater itself not including labor and parts which I knew was almost a 100% mark-up having researched prices earlier.

I then hit up yelp and did the ""request a quote"" thing to six different plumbers. Daniel responded first with a quote that shined an even larger light on how gouging the Bill Howe people were. He even said he could get it done the same day even though it was late in the day July 3rd right before the holiday.

I accepted and Daniel called and said he'd be here in about an hour which he was, exactly. He worked diligently and answered all my questions. He gave me advice on maintaining our new water heater. What he quoted was what he charged. He even brought to my attention a water pressure problem we have, which I already knew about and which I'm having him come back and fix in a couple days for us.

From all the other quotes I eventually received later in the day after Daniel was already finished with the job, Daniel's price was the most reasonable and prompt. I'm not a huge yelper but I'll take the time when I had a truly great or truly awful experience. Daniel was great and I feel fortunate for crossing his path as I now know who my plumber is if anything else arises.

I looked up Yelp for a licensed contractor to replace a leaky water tank. After a few calls and quotes, and quick visit to HD, I was lucky to find Daniel. He had the best price and was willing to come in within couple of hours. He did a great job installing the new tank and some of the plumbing parts. He was professional and very pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and professional plumber.

I emailed Daniel at 10:00pm on a Friday night hoping for a reply on Saturday, heard back within 15 mins that night or less. Called on Saturday, quoted a time and price, showed up on time that afternoon, priced as quoted, no ""overselling"" or anything.

Replaced my heavily leaking 50gal water heater quickly (under 2 hours), gave me a lot of suggestions for maintenance, couldn't have been more professional or nicer. Found my new plumber. Highly suggest using him for your plumbing needs and I'll have him back for some changes and other things I want to do as well.

Daniel made replacing my hot water heater completely painless. He found a couple of options that would fit my space and after deciding, took care of the rest. Daniel did all the work to current code and even cleaned up some of the copper pipes and checked the water pressure. Price was very fair and communication excellent. You really can't go wrong with ProMax for a water heater install.

I contacted Daniel last week for installation of a new garbage disposal and to flush a water heater. He responded very quickly and we booked an appointment for the following week.

This morning he contacted my girlfriend when he was on the way to our condo and arrived on time. Within 1 1/2 hours of arriving he had installed the new garbage disposal and flushed the water heater. In addition, my girlfriend asked him to look at a bathtub spout that was wiggling slightly and he fixed it for free.

Overall, both myself and my girlfriend had an excellent experience using ProMax Plumbing and would certainly call Daniel in the future when we have more plumbing needs.

i have a rental property in san diego north county. my tenant told me the water heater had stopped working. he had sdge look it and determined that the thermocouple was shot. i sent an inquiry to more than 10 vendors in the area for the job, daniel was the one with fast response time and a reasonable price. he went as he promised, got the job done without fuss.
