Kody was so professional, responsive and did a great job. He helped take diligent measurements and give us several options and recommendations, and then came back a few weeks later when the parts were all available to install. Install was clean and he spent time testing everything to make sure it was all working well. Our biggest concern was that removing the old under mounted sink would cause the granite to crack but he did such a great job and took his time to ensure that wouldn't happen.

You can rely on Prolific Plumbing! I called Prolific Plumbing when our toilet was backed up and we had guests on their way. I had a feeling that it wasn't going to be easy to fix. In the past we have had the same problem where toilet paper gets stuck in the pipes further down than the snake can reach. Kody at Prolific Plumbing was fantastic! He really didn't have much time in his schedule but he made time. I sincerely appreciate it. When he came out to assess the situation my hunch was correct, the clog was too far for the snake to reach. They had to take the toilet off and use special equipment to reach it. It took extra time but Kody made sure the job was done right. Kody thanks for fitting us in and taking care of the problem. I highly recommend Kody and his team at Prolific Plumbing!

The best decision I made when I called PROLIFIC PLUMBiNG. Read all the positive reviews on Yelp, and wonder if this for real? And Yes, they are indeed all true. Kody, the owner quickly response on the day I frantically called him due to my main toilet and shower clogged at the same time. He diagnosed the main issue and fixed the problem in no time. I even showed him my 2nd bathroom toilet that has been a problem for months, and nobody can figure out why it was constantly flowing water. It's already been decided to totally replace it since nobody can figure what seems to be the issue, but here comes Kody, check what's the root of the problem, do some test, replaced the valves and flappers, have I mentioned that previous plumber I hired already replaced that part too, but was not able to resolve the problem. And here's the kicker, he didn't charge me for the repair, how awesome was that! Finally, I found a gem in Kody, he's definitely a keeper for all our plumbing need. He went above and beyond!
