I had put a plumbing problem with a dripping faucet out to the Yelp community for help. I received several responses that were unsatisfactory to me, including complete replacement of the faucets. They are a matched set and thus I would have to replace for both sinks as we did not know the brand and model.

Kody at Prolific asked for a picture, immediately knew the faucet, the parts needed and scheduled the repair with me. The work was fast, high quality and used ORM replacement parts. Plus, he had a great personality and engendered my trust.

He installed 4 faucets, fixed a toilet flange, created a water supply line to the fridge, re-installed a dishwasher and disposal and installed an osmosis filtering system. Another plumber quoted over a $1000 more for the same work!!! I am happy with the work he provided.

After installing new floors, I sent a requests via Yelp to reinstall my toilet. Prolific Plumbing reached out within 10 minutes to discuss and offer solutions & quotes from the photos I sent. Options provided were install toilet on the old flange or replace flange, then seat the toilet.

Cody came out the next day and proved how the toilet would seat askew on the old flange (which was doable), but I opted for replacement. He also stabilized my pedestal sink at the same time. Everything was caulked and cleaned.

The price was extremely fair (I had 3 other quotes), his work was quick & neat and done to my satisfaction. He communicated at critical stages to confirm I was happy with the progress.

If I could click on 10 stars to rate Kody's capabilities, I would. I created a Yelp request for help with a leaking shower valve located in a very complicated area that required that we break thru the back of the curved shower wall. Kody was the first to respond, so I immediately called him to review our issue. He said no problem and he could be there first thing Monday morning. He called before he arrived and began working the issue. It was a complicated project that he tackled layer by layer. He had all the tools, the products, and the expertise to make every issue seem like it was no problem. This was such a stressful problem for us, but Kody is a top notch professional who saved the day. I am so thankful that other people shared their reviews regarding Kody's performance because it was critical that we found someone who had all the right skills for our complicated problem. The pipe on our sprinkler system burst and we needed immediate assistance. We reached out to Kody in the evening and he responded right away. We sent him a photograph of the burst pipe and he was able to diagnose the issue prior to the visit. He penciled us in for an appointment the following day and was able to replace the pipe with a higher quality copper pipe in less than 30 minutes. He was very thorough in explaining what triggered the issue and how we might be able to mitigate any issues in the future. He also identified and showed us additional flaws with our system that we called him back to replace a few days later.
