Bryan, the owner of this company ended up coming to our home 2 days ago when we panicked, realizing our AC stopped working on one of the hottest days ever!! He was kind, empathetic and assured us that he would take care of us ASAP and get the part that we needed.

Sure enough he came through yesterday and even though it was after hours, he was here to relieve us from the heat as promised and ended up charging us less that what he quoted!!

We highly recommend this company to anyone that wants quality, reasonable prices, honest, trustworthy, personable yet professional service and with a fast turnaround!!

This company is great. Very friendly, helpful, affordable, and will go out of their way to help you. My air was out as we were getting ready to leave for vacation. They came out at 6 am just to have our air done for our animals before we left. Very happy with them and will use them in the future.

Bryan Todd called to let me know he was running a bit late. I asked for a courtesy text when he was nearby so I could put away the dogs, and I got the text message.

He read the sign by the doorbell to take shoes off, or help me clean the floor (LoL), and he went back to his truck and grabbed disposal shoe covers/booties (I guess he didn't want to help me clean the floor, LoL).

He was very professional and respectful of our property. He also wore mask the whole time he was here. He quickly diagnosed the A/C issue, advised me what was needed to be done/replaced, provided me the cost, even gave me rebate discount. He was quick, it took probably 15 minutes from the time he rang the bell up to finishing the job.

I was expecting to spend a lot of money for the repair but I was very happy with the final cost and how quickly Bryan took care of the issue. And they provide 1yr warranty on labor and materials.

My AC went down when we were having a 100+ degree day. I called Proflo and they were able to have a technician (Danny) at my house the same day I called.
Danny was very professional and I could tell that he knew what he was talking about since I have been in the construction industry for over 40 years and have a great deal of knowledge concerning HVAV systems. Everything he told me was true and accurate. I could tell that Danny has integrity and morals which is hard to find these days.
System back up and running again within 15 minutes.
I was so impressed with Danny and his knowledge that I am looking at Proflo for two new complete system for my house. Thank you Danny and Proflo for the great and expeditious service.

I have used Pro Flo plumbers on three occasions. The last two occasions, I was given a timeframe of between 2:00 and 4:00 pm. At 4 pm I got a call that the plumber was running late and would be there sometime around 5pm. The first time the plumber came at 5:30 pm. I had to hold off dinner because I couldn't work in my kitchen where he was clearing a drain. It took him over an hour to clear the drain, so we had to eat dinner late. The second time the same exact thing happened except the plumber called at 4:00 and said he would be at my home at 4:30 pm. At 5:30 he still wasn't there so I called and complained. I got a call from from some guy that tries to smooth things over but all he did was say the plumber was in the area and would come over. I cancelled the service and called another company to do the job.

It's inexcusable that the person that schedules these plumbers doesn't seem to have a handle on how long it takes to do certain plumbing jobs, so you're just given a time and maybe they will be there and maybe they will not. I'm afraid I can't live with that policy.

Just moved into our home and installed a new Nest thermostat. I remembered to shut off the ""Air Conditioner"" power but forgot to shut off the Forced Air Unit (FAU) switch. The white wire sparked and I lost power to the thermostat. Since I knew I turned off the AC power I did not know what was wrong so I called ProFlo and they said someone was in the area doing service and they would come by. I wish I remember his name but I forgot, I was on a conference call and he came in went straight to the air unit in the attic, came down in about 1 min and when I asked how much, he said ""no charge, just leave a Yelp review"" I feel bad I did not remember his name but I was expecting 100-150 dollars just for a service call. Thank you!! I don't expect free every time but that was a nice surprise. I will call again when I need service.

We needed our AC units moved to the side of our home and we called multiple places before deciding to go with Jamie and crew. My wife made the initial call and Jamie came out and went over everything in great detail with her. His price was fair and within our budget. Since I was not there on the consultation I followed up with a phone call to Jamie to get details on how the existing AC plumbing would look after the move. He was patient and took me through the steps they would be taking to make sure the move was as aesthetically pleasing as possible without completely rerouting the entire set of AC lines. I told him it sounded good. The crew came out the following morning and moved the two units in a very timely manner. Everything was professionally reassembled and tested.

I highly recommend Pro Flo for any AC service you may need. They are extremely professional and get the job done.

Exceptional experience!! I called on a Saturday afternoon for service. The business, open on a weekend, was answered by a professional employee able to accommodate my request for immediate service. So far I was hopeful for my provided time slot to be on time. I was shocked when I received a text at 11:48 stating my serviceman was due in 23 min. This was clearly on time in the 12:00-2:00 time slot given. Then the serviceman ""Danny"" got right to work and identified the issue. It was done so quickly I went out to check in and he was out front putting his tools away. Amazing service, prompt responses and clean work. Danny provided ideas for future work which was budget friendly. I will be calling them next time for a tankless water heater and AC replacement. Thank you again Danny!
