Called ProFlo for a 2nd opinion on my Air Conditioner after being told by an other company that I NEEDED to spend $16,000.00 to replace it!!! Our technician was Mateo and he was great! He told us the other companies diagnostic wasn't entirely wrong but repairing it was definitely an option. However we decided against the option to dump over $1,000.00 on a 16 year old system and we are having a new system and ducts put in later this week! Thank you ProFlo for being so honest and quick and thank you to Mateo for being transparent about our options and bringing us a portable A/C to keep us cool in the meantime :) Look no further! This is the company to call!!

Contacted them regarding my air conditioning. Left a message but never got a call back. I guess they were just too busy to return my call? That's just not how business should be done.

Bobby came out and was a awesome professional. Came in got my heater running that has been broken for some years he gave us a straight forward price and deal. I have went threw other companies like "" we care"" that were trying to charge me triple then what proflo did. I got my new heating and ac people right here at proflo great job Bobby. I just want everybody to know what a great company for your air conditioner and heating needs.
I live in Rancho Mirage, Ca, I had equipment that was over 30 years. I had many bids for new equipment and I ended up choosing Pro Flo for their honesty and caring ways.

Once again I called for help from a trusted company. My hot water heater that was over 30 years old was on it last leg. Bob came out and replaced it did a efficient clean job.

The customer service is outstanding from their flexibility when scheduling appointments to the kind & knowledge technicians that come out! They took care of all our needs. I was even impressed that they are so courteous to wear shoe covers when entering your property! It is definitely the attention to detail that makes a difference when using a family owned company. I am so grateful to Proflo! There is so much involved with closing escrow, it was such a relief to have found a company I can trust for heating/ac and plumbing!

Had a number of plumbing issues to address in my recently purchase home so I called ProFlo. Dean came in and quickly assessed the situation and worked very well with my home warranty company to repair and or replace areas of concern in no time. He is great at what he does, works clean and makes sure you are happy with his work. Dean is a fabulous communicator and an excellent plumber, I would most definitely you ProFlo again. Our water heater had a leak, we were trying to get it replaced by our home warranty company, when they sent a contracted plumber to give an estimate, the write up included all types of charges for added equipment, etc.. We needed a 2nd opinion, so we contacted Josh at ProFlo, he immediately scheduled a visit for the earliest possible, he stopped by did his evaluation and estimate. He explained the process to remove tank and the time frame to install, which was very helpful. We discussed alternative options to make it affordable being that there was no home warranty coverage available to use their service. Ultimately, we felt more comfortable with hiring ProFlo over the other contractor. They were professional, punctual and did a clean job. I recommend them for any plumbing service needs.

Our new place in Temecula had a new HVAC system installed just before we moved in. The air conditioning worked great but as the weather turned colder, I switched to heat and . . . nothing! Isaac from ProFlo came out, was super-friendly and professional, diagnosed the wiring and transformer problem quickly, got another technician to deliver the right part, and now . . . We have heat! Probably the most fast and responsive team I have found. Fixed my AC and found leaks almost as soon as they got here. AC system seems to be running good, got assured that if anything were to go wrong to give them a call back and they would look into it.
