Have had the pleasure of working with Bryan JR and SR on several occasions and can't rave about them enough. We have many medical issues in our home and its always stressful to have vendors coming in and out esp dealing with HVAC but these 2 (and their team) have gone above and beyond to make sure our home is kept clean, patient in answering a million and 1 questions and always being prompt and communicating all of our options. Highly recommend and will continue to use for all our HVAC needs

ProFlo Air is amazing. We have worked with them on a couple of projects including our heat exchangers for our swimming pool. This was no small feat but they were up for the challenge. They worked side by side with my pool plumber to complete the unusual request from my husband. Now, our pool is heated whenever we turn on our AC. I recently needed a new AC unit for upstairs and ProFlo was there for me as my husband recently passed away. They were reliable and reasonable. Josh is awesome. He made sure the team looked out for me and did a great job. He even sent me flowers as I grieved the loss of my husband. Now that's going above and beyond. I would highly recommend ProFlo Air. I had Jared come out for a plumbing inspection - he was very thorough and did a great job of diagnosing a water hammer I was having. The problem was quickly resolved. They were very conscious about the house and did a great job of cleaning up.

In addition, I had Rico come out for the summer HVAC inspection. He did an excellent job of reviewing my system and explaining all of the various checks he was conducting. He is very knowledgable and took the time to completely explain any issues he noticed or future items I should be concerned about.

I highly recommend ProFlo as I was very happy and satisfied with their service!

Bryan was professional, on time, informative, respectful, and very knowledge. He gave me a very detailed explanation and walk thru of the issues along with very reasonable costs. Within no time he got our A/C back up and running with nice cold air. I highly recommend. Definitely grateful to have the owner personally work on the unit and hear about the rich history of his family owned business.

I have hired Proflo AC for both Ac work and Plumbing. I have been significantly impressed with both the quality of work and the of course the price. They are not too cheap, not too expensive. Fair pricing. The quality of work on the other hand is top notch. Most recently, Josh and his team came out to install a mini split. They were on time, communicated well, and most of all the installation went off without a hitch from start to finish. As a local business owner, I highly highly recommend giving these guys a call. I have had work done by other local companies in the past, to say I was not satisfied is an understatement, thankfully I have found my new AC and plumbing guys! Next Im having them do a bunch of work on my house. Don't just think about it, hire them.

I had an incredible experience today
Trevor and Bryant arrived at 8AM this morning from ProFlo Air Conditioning to clean my Ducts.

After 40 years I am now a retired Real Estate Broker. I have never ever seen 2 guys work as hard as these 2 guys did today with perfection to deltails,
I am forever grateful to Proflo Air Conditioning for hiring such great men.

my mothers furnace went out and they came out to fix it. quoted her $1,000.00 to fix it but would not quarantine the work. the fix didn't last 5 hours and quit working again and they said she needed a new furnace for 5,800.00. they also would not give credit on the $1,000.00 she had already spent. got a quote from another company for the new furnace at 2,800.00 and gave them the contract. they did great work and installed on a Sunday because it was really cold. Pro Flo is a rip off and I do not recommend them at any price. they tried to rip off a 87 year old senior in her time of need. horrible people.
