I just want to thank Greg Jr. for being so nice and for coming out at the end of his very busy work day to unclog my kitchen sink! The plumber I called 2 days prior never bothered to show up or let me know he wasn't coming, so I was getting annoyed that I had gone 2 days with a clogged sink. Greg told me he didn't have any openings until the following monday, but said he would squeeze me in. He was professional, following protocol for Covid-19, friendly, clean and quick! Price was great! He made sure everything was good to go before he left. Again, many thanks! I would highly recommend this company!

We had an emergency sewer back up caused by tree roots in an apartment building sewer line.
The staff of this company was polite, professional and prompt. The emergency was on a Friday evening they updated us on their arrival time well within the window they gave.
They took care of the problem efficiently documenting it with cameras and photos. They observed all covid protocols and sanitized the area they worked in.
Highly recommended (price was not cheap but given the circumstances worth it)

Truly stellar service from ProFix Drain & Hydro Jet. I was in a situation where my main sewer line got blocked due to irresponsible tenants. I called another hydro jet company first and they were skimming me for solution costing more than 12 K for activities that was not needed. They hyro jetted the sewer and still left roots in the sewer. Shame on them.

Then I called ProFix Drain & Hydro Jet after looking on yelp and made my best decision ever. Greg (Owner) from ProFix Drain & Hydro Jet said first he wanted to evaluate and then provide a solution. He evaluated and gave me the right solution which would last more than 30 years and nearly half the price. To further satisfy me he gave me excellent analysis on what I need in my situation. I gave him the work and he finished in a day starting morning to evening, completed the job, cleaned thoroughly and was very courteous in each and every way. He lined the sewer pipe approx 14 feet before the main sewer as per city standards and gave a video of what he did.

The thing that sold me away was that he told me that he will not charge me a cent for any estimate, will provide solutions for me to choose from and finally and I as a customer can watch all the process to justify the cost charged. Greg is a true professional and is someone to be relied upon in any plumbing needs.

Greg came out to snake our clog and came right on time. Was given a window from 2-4pm and he came right at 2pm. Quick response and very friendly. He even was able to show us the clog was clear through his camera. It's nice to know he offers 60 days warranty. I highly recommend!

Our Water heater went on the fritz at 8ish tonight-Sunday evening in December. We rang some places from yelp and Greg picked up. Really nice guy.. he unfortunately is booked for a few days so he gave us a referral to get things taken care of sooner. Seems like a very honest business.

Greg and his crew were awesome. Very professional. Greg explained in detail what our problem was and presented us with various options. He gave us a fair price for the work. Greg and his crew showed up promptly in the morning and got to work descaled a really bad pipe, hydrojetting and added a 2-way clean out. Everything was done with COVID-19 precautions the whole team was masked up and social distanced.

The day after Thanksgiving I had a clogged kitchen sink drain. I gave Profix drain a call made an appointment for them to come out the next morning between eight and 10. They were very prompt at 8 o'clock. I had Greg and Jessie to do the repair. They both are very clean-cut very nice young men. Very professional company. They ran the snake through twice to clean out the clog. They took everything out from underneath the sink and then put it back when they were done. They cleaned up the area, they clean the sink. I couldn't be more happy. I'll call them again if I have any problem. I was very impressed.
