Profix plumbing was great we had a sewage back up and called about the emergency service they were here within an hour Greg did a great job fixing our back up he also pointed out an underlying problem which will cost us more back ups in the future he was very professional and very good at explaining the problem he fixed it in a relatively fast time and the cost was very reasonable I highly recommend profix plumbing!

My kitchen sink got clogged yesterday and I was looking for a reliable plumber. I found ProFix on Yelp and sent them a message. I received a reply in less than 10 minutes with the initial estimate and the phone number of the plumber. I had an earlier appointment with another big company who did not show up on time. So I had to contact ProFix again who was able to fit me in right away. Before the appointment window I received a call that the plumber on his way and in about 20 minutes the plumber was there. The plumber looked at the issue and gave me an actual estimate immediately the actual estimate which was very close to the initial. It took the plumber about 10 minutes to do the job. He noticed that there was a short tube under the sink which might cause a leak in the future so he rushed to his car and replaced it for free. After the visit I received a personalized text message checking if the work was to my satisfaction. I'm so glad that I contacted ProFix and will definitely call them again for future plumbing issues.

I usually get three ""bids"" for any work I get done. I called Norwalk/La Mirada, Kens, for bids to snake the bathroom drains because they were running so slow. Norwalk/La Mirada was sky high, next was Kens, and they wouldn't even give me a bid over the phone because they had to see what the problem was first(for an extra charge at the completion of the job). Next up was ProFix Drains, wow!! Greg gave me an approximate time someone could check it out. His partner came out later that day. Checked out the drains to find out it was simply hair slowing the drains. Problem was fixed in half an hour. He refused to charge us for such an ""easy"" job. He even put a silicone sealer on the pipes when putting things back together. Above and beyond, great job guys!! Thanks so much!! You don't find this kind of behavior or work very often any more!

ProFix Drains & Hydro Jet is the real deal. Greg and his team were so professional, fast, clean and really the best of the best. We had a big job - repiping our entire house - and Greg walked us through every step of the way making sure we were comfortable and informed. No stone was left unturned, and any other issues that popped up (it's an old house, we were bracing ourselves!) he was transparent and gave us multiple options. He was responsive setting up the quotes and the appointments, and he made sure we did multiple walk throughs and check-ins during the day-of. On top of that, just a super nice and genuine guy - including his team! Trustworthy, kind, personable... can't say enough. I made an appointment with Greg yesterday for today between 8 and 9 am. He showed up right at 8 ready to work. He cleared two stubborn drains at the price quoted so now they are flowing like new. He follows a strict Covid policy and leaves everything spotless. Greg is a very personable young man that has been in his own business for 7 years having started at age 22.
