What more is there to say, other than this company is simply amazing. I called them yesterday at approx 5AM due to all our lines in the house had sewage coming up. First off, I contacted 8 different companies with no response, called Profix and was told they could be at my house within the hour. Gregory and his assistant showed up within the hour, wore masks, and when asked if he could enter the home they put on shoe covers without me having to ask. He quickly identified the problem and helped me look around my house for my cleanout access. My cleanout somehow got buried beneath dirt and he used a camera / detector to find it. He explained with detail all the options I had to open the clog and I opted to go with the hydrojetting. He walked me through the process and showed me the before and after. All I can say is WOW! The pipe looked spotless after the hydrojetting was done, he also gave me a recommendation to use foaming root killer to help with the root growth until I'm ready for a permanent fix. After he left, I talked it over with my wife and decided to have him come back this weekend to install a sleeve on my sewer line which he gave me a great quote and warranty on.
Loved that he explained everything in detail and told me to go with an option that fit my budget.
The funny part is that my neighbor after he left told me that they had another outfit hydrojet their line a month ago for almost triple the price. Thank you Gregory for the hard honest work!

Greg the owner is the best! He is very friendly while being professional and goes above and beyond. We hired him to hydrojet a drain and he not only jetted downstream but jetted upstream with his special nozzle after he saw that it needed it with his drain camera. Greg, the owner, was superb from start to finish.
He replied right away to my husband's inquiries, gave us a fair quote and came to our house in a few hours for the estimate. He explained to us the problem which was more serious than we expected. But this guy knows what he was saying, explained everything in details and we agreed to push with his recommendation.
Our problem was roots were getting into the sewer line causing toilet overflows and sewage coming out of the cleanout on the front lawn. We saw on the camera the condition of our pipes and the best fix is the trenchless pipe lining .
The next day, Sunday, he came on time with his staff who are all experienced & fast workers. They
finished everything in about 6 hours. We ran a test and everything works great. No more overflow. He installed a second cleanout, even sanitized the area and did hydrojet, all free of charge.

I called, and Gregory the owner squeeze us into his busy schedule and came over on the same day for our kitchen clogging issue. Gregory was thorough, honest, and sincere. He ran through the sink pipe with the power snake machine, and clean everything really tidy and clean. He also help us identify our pipeline issues and give us really good options on corrective measures on preventing the clogs from happening again. ProFix deserves every 5-star review! We have a 1950's home with 1 bathroom. Our tub had a clog forever but then our toilet became clogged. I quickly scrambled online to request quotes. ProFix was the least expensive and the one who could come out to my house the fastest. SOLD!

That same day I was given an estimated time of arrival. I know it's just an estimate. Gregory called to let me know his current job was running late which wasn't a problem. It's not always easy to know how long a job will take. He arrived probably 30 minutes after the estimated window but the fact that he called previously and texted to let me know when he was en route was perfect. I like someone who has excellent communication skills.

Once he got to my house he was very professional and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and went to work. The clog in the toilet and tub drain was fixed and life went back to normal for a few months.

We noticed a little lake developing in our front yard. We do not have sprinklers, hadn't watered, and we did not experience rain for quite some time so we knew something else was going on. It looked like a busted pipe. I called ProFix and they came out the next day to take a look. It was indeed a busted water main. Thankfully it was covered by my homeowner's insurance. My homeowner's insurance was fairly surprised at the estimated; it was a few thousand less than that they were expecting. They quickly approved the estimate, mailed me a check and the work began. It took 1.5 days to dig up my entire front yard (including under 2 concrete paths), replace the water main, and put everything back together. The guys were quick, efficient and when they left it barely looked like anything had happened to my yard. Greg and his team did a great job communicating with us throughout the entire process and now we have a main that we can turn off at the house level instead of going all the way to the street.

We're now in need of a new toilet, replacement of pipes under the bathroom sink, and a new garbage disposal installation (I don't trust the BF with anything electrical). I know who I'm going to call.

Greg came and fixed our clogged shower drain super quickly. He was also 100% safe with shoe coverings, masks, gloves and disinfectant to clean the bathroom after he was done working. I felt very comfortable with him working in our place. I would definitely hire him again!
