This is based purely on an estimate so far, but we couldn't be happier with Professor Plumb from that one experience. We had a leaking outside garden faucet for months. After I realized that it was an anti-freeze valve and outside of my capabilities. I was dreading for months calling a plumber. Sure enough the first plumber I call takes a look and throws out an outrageous work order claiming that they will have to rebuild and re-weld the pipes.

I called Professor Plumb out for a second opinion. He comes out and takes a look, finds a bolt in the back that he tightens free of charge and everything works great. Says that we likely have a few years before it might need to be replaced.

They will be the first person we call in the future, thanks!

We had a leaky shower head which another plumbing company was unable to fix after spending several hours on it. I decided to call Professor Plumb based on the online reviews and from the minute Blue came over I knew I made the right decision. He was professional, reasonably priced and all around a nice person! Between Blue and his partner Brian, they were able to get everything fixed and it didn't take hours or cost me $$$. I highly recommend Professor Plumb for any plumbing issues you may have!

Had a tenant complain about a clogged toilet. Professor Plumb offered to come out for free and give an estimate. It ended up resolved by using the tenant's plunger properly - Professor Plumb tested the toilet a few times and did not charge us a dime! Wonderful to see such classy service/integrity and I will be calling them soon again for all other needs!

Blue is amazing! He quickly came to our aid after our main line clogged. Definitely not a fun problem to have, but Blue made the process as pain-free as possible. He's not the type of person who will pressure you into a service. After unclogging our line, he thoroughly explained the next steps in an honest manner. He even came out later in order to answer some questions about our line, free of charge. I can't thank Blue enough!

Best experience with a plumber ever. I had a leak under the house and needed it repaired ASAP so a foundation company could come repair my foundation. I filled out a contact form on their site (as well as several other companies) and they responded quickly and set an appointment for the following day. Blue came out and outlined my options to prepare me for worst case, and I ended up paying way less than I expected and way less than I would have paid with another company. I cannot recommend this company enough. Not only was Blue friendly and professional, both he and Amber worked to accommodate my communication needs due to my being deaf. A++!

I just had an estimate done. I'm sorry I didn't have the same experience as the rest of you. He came on time but gave me an estimate for $2451. He was going to charge $600 to run 40 ft pax ( I had 50 ft copper on hand) when it costs $30. Said I needed 1/2" when it only needed 1/4" pipe. I ended up getting the job done for $600. I felt he pushing the knowledge of an older female, or just to see how gullible I would be.

I had a leaky kitchen faucet and contacted Professor Plumb. The guys came out and told me that it was a simple fix, which it was, and that there would be no charge. I was already happy with Professor Plumb but this kind of honesty and integrity is so rare these days that these two gentlemen and Professor Plumb deserve the highest praise. When I have to replace my kitchen faucet, there is only one choice for me and that is Professor Plumb!
