I am so grateful for Professor Plumb! We are new to the area and needed plumbing services for the first time. We first called a different company and they came out, (not without charging a $60 service fee just for showing up), and quoted us over $400 to fix our toilet. Not only that, but they said they had to order parts that would take an additional 3 days to arrive.

Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion and called Professor Plumb. They came to our house, (without charging a service fee), and fixed the problem the same day! The best part? They charged us $120 total. I was blown away. This is an HONEST company that you can rely on to get the job done without any scam. Professor Plumb will now be our first call for all of our plumbing needs from here on out!

After doing my research online for a different plumber in the Dallas area after already working with 2 previous plumbers on the same troublesome toilet... I decided to give Professor Plumb a call shortly after 8 am today. I spoke to Amanda who was extremely polite and professional. Amanda had the service team to my house by 9 am! They inspected and gave me my free quote on site. I moved forward with replacing my toilet. The quote was very competitive with what I see in the market, so pricing is fair as I saw it at that point. They left and returned promptly with my new toilet to be installed. Installation and removal of old toilet... all done, cleanly and professionally before lunch. The entire team was a pleasure to work with and in that made the value of their work that much better. Another great experience with Blue and Professor Plumb!

The gas line to my mother's house corroded and filled with water just days before Christmas. With the city inspector office closing and well-below freezing temps coming, Blue, his partner Brian, and their team came out and fixed it all before the inspectors left and we were able to have a warm home and cook over the holiday!

The quality of work, Blue's honesty and professional courtesy, and their concern for our needs are phenomenal. They went above and beyond to fix the issues and didn't nickel-and-dime us when unexpected issues cropped up. We trust them completely and will ALWAYS call them for any plumbing needs we have.

We've used them twice and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Communication was clear and timely. Amanda sets up a two hour window, calls you when the plumber is 30 minutes out, and they were never late. Brandon handled our problem with this latest visit and he was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and seemed quite conscientious of keeping our expenses at a fair cost. He cleaned up everything when he was done and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. Hopefully we won't need them again anytime soon but if we have plumbing issues, we will call them.

I found Professor Plumb through Yelp by submitting a request for a quote. I was having an issue with my kitchen sink not draining.

I submitted the request at 11pm (after hours) and received a response via Yelp Messages at 7am the following morning! We discussed the issue over the phone and they were able to get someone out at 9am the same day.

The plumber that came out was on time and very respectful of my apartment. He was very quick in his assessment of the issue and went over the cost with me and the potential for additional cost if the clog was longer than 25 feet. I thought the quote for snaking the pipe was reasonable and I agreed with the quote and he started to snake the drain immediately. The work was quick and the plumber cleaned up after all the work.

I am very satisfied with Professor Plumb and would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues. Hopefully I won't have anymore plumbing issues, but if I do I will definitely call Professor Plumb.
