Absolutely horrible, took off from work for an appointment with their plumber and did not show up. They claim their scheduling system did not work. Very disappointed.

My water main recently broke and after calling a few places for estimates I decided to use Professor Plumb.

It was immediately apparent that they really know about pipes and plumbing which was what set them apart and swayed me to choose them.

They are easy to reach, arrive on time and their work is very well done and completed on time. They even made sure I wouldn't be without water during the repairs. Professional on all levels.

I'll be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future and will highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and keep knowledgeable plumbing company.

I had a leak at my water meter. The city of Dallas dragged their feet to come look at it. Once they finally did it was determined that it was on my side. Of course they came on a Saturday and made the leak worse than it was. I had to scramble to find a plumber to fix the leak because I was heading out of town on Sunday. Professor Plumb saved the day. He was great. Showed up on time on A Sunday! Gave me my quote right when he arrived and was done within a couple of hours. I was able to leave for my trip on time. So grateful!

Wonderful experience with Blue and Professor Plumb, after having a very dishonest experience with one of Classic Plumbing's workers. Excellent service, done with integrity and professionalism. Gave me the estimate before beginning work and office called when he was 30 minutes out from our house.

Well I chose this plumber based on the 5-star reviews here. So they pulled a no show after scheduling me today. Love it when I rearrange my day to leave work and hang out for my 2-hour window only to call and find "sorry, you are not in our schedule"...really? I need a minus star here to rate them a huge thumbs down. I'll find another plumber but I am starting to think Yelp is rigged.

This company is amazing. Blue came out to my house on a Sunday, and not only did he not charge over-time rates like many companies do, he didn't even charge a service call fee! He was very upfront and honest, and his prices are very reasonable. He took the time to go over all of the options and possible scenarios with me, and he even suggested that I take the time to call other companies to get quotes before deciding to go with him. He's a no pressure, straight-forward kind of guy. This will be my go-to plumber from now on.

I called this company this morning after receiving some bad advice from Home Depot about an odor under my kitchen sink. The plumber told me what to do over the phone and was super nice. It was simple enough to do myself so I didn't have to pay for a plumber to actually handle it.
