Our toilet, shower, sinks flooded last night due to contractors working on a internet fiber optic connection. Well I didn't realize it at the time but the contractor had broken the main line at the street end. I called other plumbers but they were all busy. Professional plumbers answered and they came to my house in less than two hours. They fixed the problem and let me know what the contractor had done. He gave me a decent price and also gave me suggestions on what to do. With his advice I am starting to get the contractor to fix what they damaged as well as the damage within my home. Highly recommend these guys.

Had you have all three Handles in my shower changed out along with the Taps that hold them together they got here in less than half an hour for me calling and then another hour or so the job was done so an hour and a half I went from not being able to really turn on my shower to having a fully functioning shower again great job very professional

I called to have someone come out to service our water heater when the pilot went out and all of my troubleshooting didn't resolve anything. They picked up the phone immediately, had availability right away, and showed up exactly when they said they would. They were transparent with diagnostics, cost of repairs, and the cost/benefit of alternative solutions. When Beto couldn't find a new part for me, he found an old valve and came back to install it within just a couple hours. Even better, when he went to replace it, he found a much easier and cheaper solution for me that did not require a replacement valve. He showed skill and integrity. I will be calling them for any plumbing needs going forward!

I called about the water valve for our dishwasher and they said to send them a photo of the valve and that they could have someone out in the next hour and gave me a quote. Not only did they show up earlier than an hour (within 30 minutes), but the quote was spot on and they even stayed to look at another sink in our house about a leak and didn't charge us. They charged us exactly what was quoted and I got a receipt sent directly to my phone.

I would not call anyone else for plumbing work in the area. This should be your go-to. Absolute professionals.

Overcharged. Be very careful. They claimed they performed a sound leak detection but I never saw the equipment. And there was not any reason to do one as they found that the toilet was running. They fixed that. The whole Shaba got took 30 min and they charged me 450.

Look, I won't deny they do good work. I've used them before as an emergency (on a weekday) and they were at my house in 10 minutes. But can you find the same quality elsewhere at a cheaper price? Absolutely. They take advantage of emergencies/urgent situations. I get it, there's an extra charge for the weekends. But to ask for $300 more than an already high price to UNCLOG A TOILET just because it's a weekend? That's ridiculous and completely taking advantage of people. If you don't want to work on weekends, don't advertise it. Go ahead and use them on a weekday and pay a higher price for them to get there faster (in some cases it might be worth it), but don't bother calling them on a weekend.

I'm sorry to say it but I wasn't impressed with Professional Plumbing. I don't feel like they were as professional as they could've been. The man I spoke to said he would show up between 11 and 1 the next day. He showed up at around 4! I was feeling under the weather so I almost asked him not to even show up when he finally called. No apologies or anything for reaching out so much later.

I thought he was going to fix our toilet but unfortunately he wasn't able to. He used the snake tool and wasn't able to do anything. We had already done that before and it didn't work. He charged me $150 for this! He said he could remove the toilet to see if anything was under it for $600. Seriously?? The toilet isn't even worth that! We've removed toilets in the past so I guess we'll have to do this again. Between getting ready to remodel the house and waiting for company from out of town, this isn't what I wanted to deal with on a Friday afternoon.

After reading all of the positive Yelp reviews about Professional Plumbing, I expected a better experience. I can't recommend Professional Plumbing. I like the name of their business but that's about it. I'm disappointed with this transaction!

The first time we called Professional Plumbing was for a leak we had that sprang up near our water meter (on our side) at the curb. They came out quickly and made the repair very swiftly and didn't charge and arm and a leg like some of their big name competitors. A few months later, our water heater that came with the house when we bought it ruptured, and we needed a plumber again. Mainly because of the way the water heater was installed. Professional Plumbing was the first we thought of. We will call them for anything we need in the future anytime.
