My experience was markedly different from what I read in the reviews below. I set up an appointment at 1:00 p.m. on a Thursday for Professional Plumbing's Alberto to inspect my water line repair/replacement. When he didn't show, I called to inquire. He at first had no recollection of our appointment, then said he would call me right back. When that failed to happen, I called him again. He said he would call me between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to set up a new appointment for Saturday. Not surprisingly, he failed to call me. Three strikes and you're out.

I was replacing a toilet when I realized that the shut off valve wouldn't close. I did a yelp search and saw that Professional Plumbing was highly rated, so I requested a quote. They responded very quickly and gave me a reasonable quote, then told me they could be at my house between 12 and 1. They arrived at 12:15, finished the job quickly, and the price was what he quoted. Friendly, professional, prompt, I highly recommend Professional Plumbing! Their number is on my fridge and I will use them for all my future plumbing needs!

I reached out and they responded within a few hours and came the next day to provide the estimate. They offered to do the Replacment that same day but scheduled for the following day. They communicated when they were on there way and worked cleanly and efficiently. They disinfected the area they worked in before leaving and the final priced matched the estimate exactly not a penny more.

Great customer service! I contacted them late at night to for help on replacing a current gas pipe that was stopping our stove from being against the wall. They reached out within 10 minutes to give a generalized quote and set up an appointment for the next day between 0900-1100. They called before they arrived and came within that time frame. When they arrived they looked at the issue and fixed it instantly. They helped set up the stove and made sure everything worked before leaving. I would 100% recommend this company over other companies. They were fast and very nice. Thanks again!
