Previously, we operated under the name Wholehearted Plumbing, led by Glenn Griffith. I spent six years mastering plumbing under his guidance. After Glenn's retirement, I took over the business and renamed it Professional Plumbing Solutions.

I am Mark Oswalt, a plumber with over eight years of hands-on experience. Before I entered plumbing, I was a musician. I’m skilled in playing bass guitar, acoustic guitar, and I have some experience with drums and piano. Once I started my family, I realized it was time to find a job that would support us. Thanks to my brother-in-law, I met Glenn Griffith and started riding along with him to see if plumbing was right for me. That’s how I embarked on my plumbing career. Now, eight years later, I’ve taken over Glenn’s business following his retirement.
