Our company was formerly known as Wholehearted Plumbing, and the founder was Glenn Griffith. I had the honor of learning the plumbing trade from him for six years. After Glenn's retirement, I took over the business and renamed it Professional Plumbing Solutions.

My name is Mark Oswalt, and I have over eight years of plumbing experience. Prior to plumbing, I pursued a career in music. My instruments include bass guitar, acoustic guitar, and I also play some drums and piano. When my family began to grow, I knew I needed a reliable source of income. My brother-in-law connected me with Glenn Griffith, and I began shadowing him to explore plumbing. That’s how I embarked on my plumbing career. Now, eight years later, I’ve taken over Glenn’s business following his retirement.
