Our company was formerly known as Wholehearted Plumbing, and the founder was Glenn Griffith. I had the honor of learning the plumbing trade from him for six years. With Glenn's retirement, I purchased the company and changed its name to Professional Plumbing Solutions.

I’m Mark Oswalt, and I’ve been in the plumbing industry for more than eight years. Prior to plumbing, I pursued a career in music. My instruments include bass guitar, acoustic guitar, and I also play some drums and piano. Once I started my family, I realized it was time to find a job that would support us. My brother-in-law connected me with Glenn Griffith, and I began shadowing him to explore plumbing. That’s where my path in plumbing began. Today, after eight years, I own Glenn’s business because he has retired.
