Chris is a fantastic plumber! We had discovered a few big issues with our plumbing during our first year as home owners, but the plumbers through our home warranty company were unable to fix these problems. After our warranty expired, we were doing an earthquake retrofit and the company discovered a leak under our kitchen. Through Yelp, we were able to connect with Chris. He responded quickly, fixed the leak, added a new cleanout, and advised us on a few other needed repairs, all for a good price. We're so glad to have found a great plumber and cannot recommend Professional Plumbing enough!

I have to call them back for what I thought was a back job. Chris came promptly even I didn't give them 5 stars last time and discovered there was no issue with their previous job and the leak was just moisture from condensation. Chris explained throughly the issue that was not really an issue and didn't charge me even it was not a back job. They take care of their customers! I will use them again.

I want to give a huge shout out to Chris K. I was having a tough week already my mom had passed away, so I was having a bit of a pity party for myself.
I was working from my home office and I realized my floor was wet. I thought I may have spilled something so I wiped it up with a towel, but a few moments later it was wet again. I called Professional Plumbing it was after hours and I received a prompt call back from Chris K. He was extremely patient with me as I explained the situation. He told me if I wanted he could come over in an hour or so. I told him we could wait till the morning. He sent me a message and said he was available about a half hour early.
When he arrived he was polite and And courteous. He definitely knew what he was talking about. He was able to locate the leak and stop it. He is going to come back and reroute the water line. I was so grateful I I have only lost use to my ice maker on my fridge and water to one of the 2 sinks in my master bedroom.
As an added bonus the cost was much lower than I had anticipated.
If you need an amazing plumber you need to call them. I couldn't not recommend them enough.
