I have found my plumber for life! Chris was amazing. After a less than stellar experience with the plumber that my contractor used, I was determined to find someone who could actually take care of my problem. We had a clogged toilet that the previous plumber basically gave up on. Chris came in with all of the PROPER equipment. He was able to easily take care of the problem. Our water heater has been broken for over a week needing the thermocouple to be replaced. While we already had the parts, every plumber that came out would try to give us a run around for replacing the entire heater. Chris responded promptly and gave me an exact quote for the work I wanted and needed done. Chris was great and reasonable, he gave me different options that went along with my budget. There was no pressure from him to get his services, he said I can get a few and he wouldn't mind. In the end I chose him for his budget friendly approach and great work he did. He replaced the ball valve and put in a PVC adapter so that the leaking would stop. Came with a one year warranty, good to know, that just tells you that they stand behind their work.
