We had a massive leak in the kitchen of our rental property that had covered the entire bottom floor with an inch or 2 of water. I called Professional Plumbing and they were able to get Chris out to the house within a few hours. He arrived on time and was able to locate the source of the leak behind a wall and repair it quickly. Though the headache of insurance and dealing with all of the repairs is just beginning, I really appreciated Chris's responsiveness, knowledge, and over all kindness. Hopefully we won't have any more massive plumbing issues in the future, but if you do, call Professional Plumbing!

I am extremely satisfied with the work performed by Professional Plumbing. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Chris is super friendly and honest. He came out on a free quote request and ended up doing the work right then and there and was out in about an hour. I had a cold water slab leak. The repair company that was recommended by my home owner's insurance wanted $2475. Chris did it for $200!!! How can you beat. The work the other company wanted was not necessary. Chris said all i needed to do was cap the pipe so he cut a hole in the wall and that was that. He was honest about not needing costly repairs. My situation was lucky in that my leaking pipe lead to the hose outside. I don't need to use that hose so i didn't opt for the reroute at this time. The leak caused my family room to be soaked in water. Even if I had chosen to do the reroute, it would have been waaaaaaaaay under the $2475. I will definitely call him out again if we end up needing to use that hose bib in the future. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Professional Plumbing! We were looking to get an undermount or drop in sink and faucet replaced. Chris quickly responded to our request and provided a quote.

He came out for a free estimate and went above and beyond trying to help us figure out what size sink we would need. It was a challenging task.

Unfortunately, we were unable to find the correct size for the sink we originally wanted, therefore unable to use the services. But if we ever need any other projects done, we will not hesitate to contact them. Thank you again, Chris!

Professional is the right name for this company! Experience and knowledge are a great mix in getting the job done, and Chris is friendly, helpful and explains things real well on top of all that! We had a leak coming from the 2nd floor sink down to the garage, and Chris honed in on the problem quickly and systematically, analyzing the best approach, but still offering options. He did the job fast, too - we won't hesitate to give Professional a call with any plumbing related problems in the future!

My water heater decided that it was time to die and I had no hot water. I called Professional Plumbing at 8:00 A.M. and Chris Kirsten was at my house by 9:00 A.M. Amazing turn around time. Chris was able to troubleshoot my problem, purchase and install new hot water heater by himself by 11:30 A.M. He explained the situation to me, the work and parts that I needed. He gave me a quote and when new hot water heater was installed, he stuck to his quote, no SURPRISES. Chris cleaned up the work area and took away the old parts and left the job site better than he found it. I would recommend Professional Plumbing and especially Chris Kirsten for any plumbing needs that I have. It it imperative to have a company that is honest and consciousness. Thank you Chris.
