I want to give a huge shout out to Chris K. I was having a tough week already my mom had passed away, so I was having a bit of a pity party for myself.
I was working from my home office and I realized my floor was wet. I thought I may have spilled something so I wiped it up with a towel, but a few moments later it was wet again. I called Professional Plumbing it was after hours and I received a prompt call back from Chris K. He was extremely patient with me as I explained the situation. He told me if I wanted he could come over in an hour or so. I told him we could wait till the morning. He sent me a message and said he was available about a half hour early.
When he arrived he was polite and And courteous. He definitely knew what he was talking about. He was able to locate the leak and stop it. He is going to come back and reroute the water line. I was so grateful I I have only lost use to my ice maker on my fridge and water to one of the 2 sinks in my master bedroom.
As an added bonus the cost was much lower than I had anticipated.
If you need an amazing plumber you need to call them. I couldn't not recommend them enough.

Writing this review after using this company 3 times and we're very satisfied with the service quality and price. The first 2 times were small plumbing issues (water heater leaking and under the sink valve leaking) and Chris came out to fix it with a reasonable quote.
The most recent one was a major one to us, to have a full house water softening system installed. We got several quotes and at the end went with Chris again. His quote was the competitive and we do trust his work based on previous experience. We bought the system ourselves and Chris did the installation, adding bypass valves, connecting the waste water pipe properly, and cleaned up nicely. He really did a clean and nice job! We do recommend Chris no matter if you have emergency plumbing needs or regular plumbing jobs.

I messaged them for a quote to repair/replace a tankless water heater, and Chris replied promptly. He gave me quote and was at my house at the agreed time. He took care of everything, from calling the company to see if it was still under warranty to taking the old unit in and bringing and installing the new one. He was respectful and very easy to talk to. I will 100% use this company again and i highly recommend them to anyone. The service is great, he was in by 10am and i had a new unit in by like 1pm and at a fair price.

I was awoken out of a dead sleep at 3:30am, there's no hot water. I called professional plumbing and they answered, (sorry for waking you). But what can I say, AMAZING!
