Vince from Professional Plumbing just saved us nearly 600 dollars, taking less than 1/8th the time of the competition and was able to actually remove the clog in our shower when three other parties said the job was impossible without cutting into concrete. I had a commercial storm drain that needs to be serviced due to pumps failure. My whole dock was flooded and most of the place I called was not able to help me replace a new pump on the same day (it is deemed to rain in the next few days, so I didn't want the dock to be flooded again, and not sure why but it was so hard to find a plumbing company that service commercial property). Professional Plumbing was the only place that was able to help me replace the pump on the same day and at a very good price. Would 100% recommend them to my friends and family in the future

A summary before this epic - PP saved us about $10,000 and were honest and upfront about prices and service.
The day before (Friday) I called Professional Plumbing, I had another service scheduled to do a proactive snaking of our mainline through a clean-out. I was up front that we have had a history of roots in the line. Long story short, they said they couldn't get past some roots, warned us we had a wad of paper ready to come up, and said we needed a $1200 hydro-jet. They also quoted a liner that would cost $8700. They left doing nothing, BUT they pushed enough roots/paper to create a clog AND left the clean-out uncapped. Needless to say we had a mess the next Saturday AM.
After searching for a new company (and escalating to the other company) I called my neighbor and he said he always uses Professional Plumbing for his restaurant and home; their pricey but they get the job done.

After a few calls back and forth with Liz, a quote of $275, Professional Plumbing was at my house within the hour. Oscar showed up clean, masked, gloved and with a Spartan 1065 snake. I've never seen such an impressive machine. Oscar went right to work, moved past the roots and went out into the city's main line twice. Oscar pulled out a minimal amount of roots compared to previous main line cleanings and he showed us on a camera we were squeaky-clean all the way to the city line. Our line is clay-on-clay and Oscar showed us all the breaks. We created a maintenance plan and will have him back in six months.

To end my epic - Professional Plumbers don't recommend liners as they get chewed up with the snake head. Also the Spartan 1065 is as, if not more, effective as hydro-jetting. Professional saved us about $10k and now we know who to call to keep the line clean. I will NEVER call anyone else.

I used the Yelp Quote to request how much to fix the Grohe shower temperature cartridge. Everyone except Professional Plumbing gave me a quote saying $350-$450 to replace and install. William H of Professional Plumbing responded and said call Grohe and they will send you a replacement part for free (Grohe has a life time guarantee). After waiting on hold with Grohe for 30 minutes, they are shipping me the parts for free! William saved me $350+ just by being a considerate professional and advising me via quick text messages. This is the type of care and consideration I wish we could get out of all service providers. He has won my confidence and I will use his service for the install and all future plumbing needs. I know I won't be taken advantage of with this type of person.

Excellent service! I reached out for a quote on replacing a toilet. They were very quick to get back, offered a fair price and even scheduled for same day. Oscar was my service tech, very professional and courteous. Did an excellent job and even hauled away my old toilet. Highly recommend them.

We had a kitchen sink back-up on a Sunday afternoon while preparing for dinner. After searching for an emergency plumbing service with good reviews and availability, I found Professional Plumbing, Inc. Professional Plumbing is not simply a rooter service, and I was informed that, though they were willing to help, they would not necessarily be the least expensive option.

After receiving an basic estimate (indeed likely higher than a basic drain clearing service), I opted to use Professional Plumbing Inc. for several reasons. First, they were forthcoming with their pricing policy. Secondly I felt comfortable with their experience level. And, in these challenging days due to Covid-19, I appreciated the fact that they are taking extra precautions.

I was contacted by Oscar prior to his arrival to inform me he was on his way. He arrived, as advertised, wearing an N-95 mask and gloves for his and our protection from the virus.

Oscar was professional, knowledgeable, and informative relative to his plan for isolating the problem and the possible solutions that might be necessary, And he resolved the problem quickly.

Kudos to the entire Professional Plumbing Inc team!

Prompt, professional and friendly service! I sent out a request on Yelp at 7 am, got a response from the owner at 7:20, called their dispatch at 7:40 (where they picked up even before normal business hours) and had someone out by 9:20. I had a simple clogged toilet but everyone knows how that could ruin your day (especially with the whole family home) so the fact that I was able to get it fixed so quickly was truly amazing. The technician also said they were super busy and booked up so I really appreciate them fitting in a small job.

We needed a water line added for our fridge ice maker. Vince came out, called about 15min before he got here. Gave great explanation of what needed to be done, and did a great job. It was a small job. Exactly the kind of job a lot of other would do a mediocre job on. Vince did an excellent job, every little detail and didn't leave a mark in the house or on the white cabinets.(not an easy task). Great service, great people, and great price. I will say they were slightly more than what I thought the price would be, but the quality of the job warranted the price. Great job Vince!! Thank you will use again
