I recently moved from Los Angeles to Huntington Beach
When I needed a plumber, a couple of neighbors recommended Professional Plumbing,Inc in Fountain Valley. I have had three experiences with Professional Plumbing-- all have been very positive. Liz is front office and has always been friendly and very helpful. Nick, Mark, and Chris have a wealth of experience and have been quick to respond, very helpful and easy to work with. One time They even guided me to a better solution than using them to save me money. Overall, this company is best I can remember! I highly recommend Professional Plumbing!

Called this company to help me out with an issue we had under the kitchen sink. Scheduled with them one day before and asked if I could have a morning appointment. I asked for 8:30am and on the following day, they where there on time. Love punctual company's.

Oscar the tech who arrived to take care of this job was nice, polite and very professional. He took care of the job and my customer was happy.

I forgot to mention that I'm a General Contractor and when you find a good sub to work with you keep them.

I'll definitely use this company again and hope I get to work with Oscar and the team again.

We have an upstairs bathroom double vanity sinks clogged for months. A while back I hurt my knee so I cannot do much about it. I called more than 3 plumbers with good reviews on yelp and they are either too busy to come or charges $$. one company offer a coupon price but charge $39 to get an estimate, I thought I would have them try, it's just clogged sinks, no big deal. Their technician came out, did 10 minutes work with his snake tool, could not get it to go down the vertical pipe and said he would need to open the drywall in order to clear the clog and install a clean-out for future use. He called his office and the estimate came back for a shocking $975. I paid him the $39 and decided to send request for quote on yelp.

William at Professional Plumbing responded within an hour and gave a most reasonable estimate. He also said they may not need to open the drywall to clear such clog. So I scheduled them first thing the next day. Vince from their office called at 8:30am (the scheduled block of time) and said he will be there around 9am. Sure he was, on time. He checked the sinks, cleared up work area, get plastic bags to line the bathroom floor, brought his tools upstairs, communicated clearly that he will try an hour with the agreed quote. If he cannot do it then I can decide to stop or continue with additional cost. He then get to work, not waste time answering my curious questions, tried to get the snake to go down the vertical pipe and he did on his 3rd try. After I thought he cleared the clog, he didn't stop. He started to test the other sinks to make sure that all drainage in the house works after he cleared the upstairs clog. Within 40 minutes he finished the work. I think Vince from Professional Plumbing did an excellent job. He was on time, communicate very clearly his procedure, very professional, courteous, friendly, efficient (did not waste time) and experienced. We are very happy with his work and will definitely recommend Professional Plumbing!

My mom need a plumber ASAP on 3/13/19. She called Professional Plumbing. She told Jay about the bad leak she had coming from under the step in her back yard, this was after 5pm. He sent Kris out immediately. Kris came out, assessed the problem, gave my mom the best way to fix the problem, and quoted her a VERY fair price. Kris came back the next morning. Since that time, I have had occasion to use them for major sewer line relocation as well as other major installs. I have referred them to everyone I know. Requested a quote from William then I asked for service .They said tech will be over in a hour he showed right on time. sent Mark a really nice guy.I had a clogged sink in kitchen.He took the stuff out from under sink and corrected problems. Professional Plumbing has been our plumbing specialists of choice for the last twelve years. They're first rate in all aspects, but if I were to pick my top reason for choosing them it would be the quality of their work. If it's a big job they'll offer several options and grades of materials, which I've always appreciated. (If you plan on living in your house for awhile and go with the most expensive option, though, you won't regret it.) Hats off to Nick, Mark, Jay and all the other folks there.

I was in full panic mode on a Friday morning getting ready for work and dropped my wedding ring in the sink. I called 2 plumbers and got voice mail. I called Professional Plumbing based off Yelp rating and google search. The man who answered the phone was kind and reassuring.
A tech named Chris was at my door within 20 min. He quickly was able to pull out my ring, clean it off and hand it back. Since there is a min charge of $125, he offered to assist me with other matters and didn't rush off.
The invoice was emailed to me with photos of the process.
