If you need a plumbing or gas leak repair, call Professional plumbing first! We had a sudden gas leak in front of our rental property. Called Professional Plumbing at the end of the day in a panic. Had incredible help and support from Liz, who was the best front office person we spoke to after calling several companies. She was able to get a person to come out that next morning, was highly responsive, flexible and I felt, very trustworthy and sincere.

To complicate matters, we were on a flight out of town when the work was completed. They left a phone message for when we landed and we had reliable and friendly communication with Vince, their repair person. They had to drill into concrete to resolve the leak but the price was fair and they completed the work quickly the next day. Our tenants already had their patio chairs out the same day like nothing happened, which speaks to the quality of the repair.

I called several companies but this experience was head and shoulders above the rest. Professional is right. You bet I will call them again for any needs in the future.

We contacted Professional Plumbing for a commercial job we needed to get done. First red flag was where they didn't show up for the appointment to make a bid. I called them and they said they called me but no one did. I was told by their rep that since I was a no response, they would have to reschedule when they had an opening.

I explained to her that I already called before the appointment, talked to Jay to mention that I would head to the location since I didn't want to be late and she claimed it must have been a miscommunication, so they rescheduled for that afternoon.

Met the rep, was told we would get a quote on Tuesday or Wednesday ( the appointment was on Monday afternoon). Come by Friday, still no follow up, quote or even any contact. I called them, they said they are closed and I mentioned that I was supposed to get a quote by Wednesday morning.

Liz calls some people and calls back that they needed to run the quote by the owner and would get back to me on Monday since this is thanksgiving weekend.

I was fine with that, but the entire following week, no phone call, no follow up, no quote. I get it, you don't want to do my business, but you could just tell me instead of having me wonder. Of course, since this company started acting flaky, I already contacted other companies and I hope to get the work done soon.

My experience has been flaky at best, but maybe yours will be better, but I wouldn't count on it.

Why two stars? At least Liz did some investigation and called back. Otherwise, it would have been 1 star.

As to the response from the business owner, the tech didn't call me In the morning. The tech also, never even gave a quote to even understand what was needed.

Oscar called and said he could show up earlier than the time window we set.
We did a walk through and he gave me a fair price and did the work same day.
Very knowledgeable and did the work very quickly and left everything very neat.
I'm very happy I called them for a quote.

We tried to replace bathtub ourselves because it was getting rusty. However, we partial scraped the copper pipe, and we tried to use 4 different tub spouts, but water kept dripping. I reached out Professional Plumbing at 06:00, and they came to our house 6hour later. Vince was very professional and knowledgeable, and he fixed the issue right away. The price was very reasonable. He saved the day!

Called Professional Plumbing after being notified by City that there was a water main line leak and it was my responsibility to repair. Looked at their Yelp review and they had good ranking and had dealt with issue i was having.
Interacted through texts to set up appointment the next day.
Vince came out and looked at leak and we determined the source and repair plan. Every interaction with Vince or the office itself was very professional and informative. Vince explained the possibilities for source and came out next day and made a quality repair. I highly recommend this company for any pluming issues you made have. We had a complete stoppage of the drain line from the laundry and kitchen. Thankfully, Professional Plumbing was able to send a technician the same day. Oscar arrived on time, went through the Covid checklist before coming into the house, which we appreciated. Once he inspected the drain location, and the cleanout location, he gave me an estimate before starting any work. He was able to clear the drains within an hour, and thoroughly checked to see that the sink and washer were draining properly. Then he took the extra effort to explain why the washer would sometimes drain into the nearby laundry sink. Thanks to Oscar, we were back in business very quickly.
