I found Prodigy by the Yelp reviews. I met two other companies before Prodigy. But, I chose this company because of the company's technician Alberto. All companies were knowledgeable about the issue we had at the property and provided the scope of work for the repairs and the fees. Prodigy was the highest bid. In fact, one of my family members disagreed with the choice. However, I believe we made the right choice. This property is multi-family. Experienced property managers know that professional, certified and licensed contractors are a must. It's not worth cutting corners. Alberto assured us that a building permit and inspections would take place and the company would call DigAlert. The other companies did not mention this.
Lastly, I want to thank Alberto and his team for their service. Thank you Alberto and office staff for your kindness.

Showed up on time and fixed our issue with our kitchen sink and hot water pressure. They cleaned up and left it looking like new. I would say I've found my new plumbing service for any issue that arises.

Prodigy just completed a pipe repair, had old galvanized and replaced with PEX. Ozzie, Tony and JayRoc completed the job and were very efficient and friendly. Such a pleasure to work with. I'm super satisfied with how everything came out. Highly suggest Prodigy for anything plumbing related.

Turns out they did not find the gas leak after all. The part they replaced was not the issue and the gas kept leaking. I had to hire another company beacuse I had no faith they would find it. The company that I hired, second company listed here on Yelp, had devices that could detect gas in the air. Used it to locate the issue and got it repaired. Wasted a lot of money on these guys. Also the bathroom sink I hired them to unclog had issues weeks after they did the work. Nice people just didn't do good work.

Our plumber was Manny and he was fantastic. He showed up much earlier than we expected, he was professional and thoughtful the entire time he was here. Plumbing always makes us a little nervous but he made the whole experience very easy.

I also really liked that there was no up sale of services, they were very clear about pricing and Manny was not only fast and efficient he was tidy! We were expecting a big mess from previous experiences, but Manny was great. He explained everything really well and was genuinely fantastic.

We are going to call them again soon for more work, and they will now be our go to plumbers.
