Alexis and Enrique came in and replaced the faucet on our bathtub. They also had to create an access door on the side. They arrived on time and were very courteous, friendly and professional. They completed the work in a couple of hours. The quality of work was exceptional. We are very happy with the work and would highly recommend Prodigy Plumbing.

The guys that did the job, Luis, Jose, Marvel, and Edgar, were all of the highest caliber and quality. My wife and I were both very impressed by not only the quality of work they performed, but their patience in explaining the process, showing up on time, and how they left the job site when the work was complete. Tony, Paz, and Ms. Liane were phenomenal from beginning to end ! When I called, I explained to Ms. Liane that the Gas Company called since it looked like there was either a gas leak or something may be wrong with the water heater at my Mom's house. Ms. Liane set up the appointment right away and when Tony came out, he identified on the spot that there was a water leak in the water heater which was causing the gas to keep reheating the water. This resulted in the gas bill almost tripling, not to mention water being wasted. Tony explained the benefits of signing up for a membership and I paid for the membership since it would help my Mom in the long run. Tony provided a fair price to replace the water heater, install copper pipes, and replace the walls that had water damage. Tony scheduled a follow up appointment for him and Paz to take care of everything for my Mom. Ms.Liane called the morning of the appointment to confirm the time that Tony and Paz would arrive and when they did, they followed social distancing guidelines and also wore masks. Everything was taken care of outside since that's where the water heater was, plus they did not come inside my Mom's house in order to keep my elderly Mom safe during this coronavirus pandemic. Overall, I had a great experience working with Tony, Paz, and Ms. Liane and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs great quality work with a smile ! This is going to be long. Read on...

Years ago I had been having issues with my washer flooding my garage. The plumber that I called told me that I would need to replace my mainline from the house to the street. Said it would cost $16k!!! Well needless to say I didn't get it done.

I have been going to the laundromat for years. This year I decided to get several quotes to replace the mainline. I was referred to Prodigy Plumbing as one of the companies to call. Joanne (I think that was her name) answered and said something that no one had ever said. She asked if I was having other issues. No. She said that it sounded like I needed to have the washer line looked at. She was the first reason that I went with them for a quote.

She sent over Luis to check it out for a quote. He was the second reason that I decided to go with Prodigy. He gave me a price that was not the lowest. However, he was so knowledgeable and reassuring that it was worth every nickel.

The crew shows up on time and ultra cool . Luis...Billy...Juan...Marvil...Jose were the best. If you need great work...great team...including people whom you may never meet (Ashley and Joanne on the phone) please check them out. Shout out to my friend Chris Colbert (excellent painter by the way) for making this referral.

Today started off rough. My toilet didn't want to flush. I called Prodigy Plumbing in the morning and the customer service team had a welcoming and professional greeting. They scheduled a technician for me. Once Luis (Plumber) arrived, he was well-groomed, professional, knowledgeable and COVID-19 prepared. After a few minutes he located the problem, communicated the fix, options, and possible long term issues if not handled. After, I agreed to his best solution. He fixed my toilet, gave me some preventive maintenance solutions. In short, if you have a plumbing problem, I recommend Prodigy, and ask for Luis. A great guy.

A special thank you to Luis with Prodigy Plumbing! Thank you for your prompt response and professionalism. Luis showed up with mask on and stood 6 feet away until invited in to take a look at a plumbing leak. He also put on sanitary booties over his shoes before entering the house. He was able to check the leaking area and identify the source very quickly by checking the pressure on the outside meters and the location of the leak. I am working with my insurance company and he advised that getting the estimate to the insurance company in a timely manner is very important for coverage. He left my door and had the estimate to me within 30 minutes as promised! It's rare to find this kind of promptness, professionalism and genuine human spirit. Thanks Luis!

During installation of my washing machine, we discovered that the faucet for the water connection was heavily corroded. It started leaking and the water had to be shut off. I called early Sunday morning and spoke to Jo Ann. I did not expect anyone to be available considering it was Sunday, but to my surprise, she said she could have someone come later in the day. She kept me updated on the plumber's ETA, making sure that I knew she had not forgotten to send someone over. Billy and Steven came and diagnosed the problem immediately. They were extremely professional and nice. They fixed the problem in less than half an hour and the cost was so much cheaper than I anticipated. Both, Billy and Steven made sure that there wasn't any mess after they completed the job. What i appreciated most of all was the fact that they came with their own set of Shoe covers.

All in all I am extremely satisfied from the time I called and spoke to Jo Ann till the time Billy and Steven finished the job.
