The only reasons for the 4 vs 5 star service was that I had to leave work early yesterday but their guy was on another job, so I had to stay home the next morning for Felix to come by. He was pleasant, fast, and personable. The problem was two-fold- 1/lack of hot water at the kitchen sink, and 2/ a broken gate valve (main line shutoff). 3 /12 hours after he started, I had hot water, and the entire main line was re-engineered and a ball valve installed. Though a bit more expensive than I'd hoped, Felix was spot on and did a fine job. This is the 2nd time using Prodigy - so you can guess that I am pleased? Yup. You guessed right. Tks Prodigy/Felix!

George was our technician that did the initial inspection and exploration after opening the dry walls. He found the source of the leakage and repaired it right away. Thank you for taking care of the plumbing issue before it gets worse. Highly recommended on the customer service and the expertise, professionalism of George, the technician.

Our utility sink got clogged, so we called our usual plumbing company in order to snake the line, but, after 1 hr, they weren't able to get through. Thought we would have to proceed with construction on the utility sink, but Ozzy from Prodigy Plumbing was able to snake the line for us, which buys my partner and I more time to save up for the construction!
Ozzy was very professional, very communicative, and very upfront about costs and the various options that we have avaiable to fixing the utility sink. I know nothing about plumbing, but his explanation was very in-depth and understandable. If you call Prodigy Plumbing, request if you can work with him.
We'll be calling Prodigy Plumbing for when we want to overall the plumbing in our house, cause wow it needs it but we feel like we're in good hands with this company!

I have used Prodigy for years, and they are always prompt, kind, and helpful. They also explain procedures thoroughly (photos included if you need them!).

My most recent visit involved me contacting Ozzy when my water heater was leaking. He was at my home within hours, fixed it quickly, and explained not only the service he provided but also what I should expect down the line with an older water heater like mine.

With consistency, expertise, and professionalism like that, I will be a lifelong Prodigy user.

This is a long overdue review and am finally getting to it. Right before thanksgiving holiday I had an unfortunate event of sewage flooding into the bathtub. I called a few companies and I have to say Prodigy Plumbing is who we decided to go with. Shane came out and basically laid out the possibilities it could be. He even called their restoration company to come out that same day. We ended up replacing all the plumbing under the house and then they ran into another issue which was the main sewer line outside the house. First thing I thought was ""man we are going to need to dig up the darn yard"", but Shane explained the latest process which didn't involved digging up the yard (thank goodness) and they did the epoxy lining instead! I do have to say the whole job was quite pricey, but with pricing and materials these days it wasn't surprising. Brand new plumbing throughout the house and everything was explained to us every step of the day! I would definitely recommend!
