It started out one day with a slab leak, pro care rushed to our house and saved our valuables and our property. They came in with equipment to dry our house and guided us through the process. Well believe it or not one week later Christmas eve when people are with family we had a week of downpour and the next door neighbors tree fell and collapsed our roof and damaged half of our house. I called Pro Care and John got together his team to provide assistance. Talk about major disaster sky lights shattered water leaking pipe bursting water all over the floor flooding and a tree in the middle of the living room. My wife was shaking and crying pets were terrified. This company are literally Heros for saving us emotionally and physically. We will be out of our house for appx 8 months but if it was not for Pro Care to the rescue we would not have a home. From the bottom of our hearts my wife, dogs and I thank you for saving our life. This is not fabricated trust me people I am telling you from the bottom of my heart.

These guys are the best of the best! We had a slab leak that destroyed our walls and floor. They came out immediately and started the water mitigation process they also took care of packing out all the furniture in our house and started the demo process. Removing the wood flooring, damaged drywall and casing.
After they ensured all wood and structural beams were dry they began the process of repairing the removed drywall.
They also helped with my insurance claim as well. The insurance company gave a initial settlement which was so low I could not believe it. Well ProCare (John) took care of that nonsense.
I have to say again, this company is the best in Orange County by far. The owners are so awesome they care about you and your family's needs like it was there own family. Use them and you will not regret it !

We called John and Blake at Procare Services out to our home after a flood with possible water and mold damage . We were impressed with the number of five star reviews customers had posted on Yelp after hiring their company.

Procare Services responded quickly and came to our home and thoroughly inspected the damage due to busted pipes in the walls causing damage to our wood floors, walls and baseboards.

They were polite and courteous. They immediately went to work and after a thorough inspection of our home they were able to pinpoint the location of the broken pipes within our walls. They were able to abate further flood and mold damage to our home.

Broken pipes hidden within walls of a home is a nightmare for any homeowner. We are so grateful for Procare Services expertise and will continue to use them for home repairs in the future. We highly recommend Procare Services.

I can't say enough about the awesome experience I had with Pro Care Restoration.. I had irrigation pipe break on side of my house that flooded my kitchen. I called Pro Care and spoke to John. He was very knowledgeable, professional and sympathetic to my situation. He was at my home in a few hours with all the equipment needed to start the dry out process.

More importantly he gave me direction and valuable advice on how to deal with my insurance company . It included a adjuster he recommended for to call to help negotiate the settlement on my claim.

John, Blake and his team came out immediately and started the drying process. They set us up with a POD and very delicately packed all our belongings and loaded them into the POD. The reviews are true that PR is like having that family member that guides you through the process and makes things a little less stressful.
