Wow! Amazing customer service! Came in, assessed the situation the right away, and gave us an honest take on what we were dealing with. We thought the slab leak we were experiencing was going to be a big ticket item and a mess to deal with, but John put our minds at ease and told us we were not dealing with something nearly as big as we thought. So grateful for their professional service and expedited efforts! A million thanks for coming to our rescue!

Unfortunately, we have had two separate leaks over the years that caused major damage. The first time, I was flustered, worried and anxious. John came in, assessed the problem and eased my mind. He explained all that would take place and how to handle each step. He was absolutely awesome in dealing with the insurance company. He took all the pressure off. He made the ordeal seem like an every day occurrence. (Which, to him, it is!) He remains calm, professional and courteous at all times. The second time we had a leak, I didn't worry at all. ProCare is the absolute best in the business. I cannot say enough great things about John (owner) and his company. My wife walked into our house after a long weekend away to an inch of water in our entire downstairs. Understandably alarmed she called me very upset. I called John and he was there in under an hour. He found the leak, called the plumber, fixed the leak, and then went to work. I have not had to do anything except speak with John and his team. He has turned this nightmare into a situation that is palatable. They have handled every aspect professionally and with care. His team came in and moved everything out that day and started the drying process immediately. I'm currently in Day 3 into this mess and I don't know how I would have handled it without John and his team. We haven't been in the house much as it is near inhabitable, and John knowing that, watered my wife's garden. Who does that? John is very honest and he does try to make you fearful if you do not have a big problem. We just moved into our new home and we found some minor mold in the base boards. John gave me an honest evaluation of the minor problem we have and how best to remedy it without needing to spend a bunch of money when it's not needed. I had five contractors confirm what he told me that it was minor and it did not need major abatement. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks John for your honesty.

Not a fun thing when you come downstairs in the morning and there are mushrooms growing in the living room. Needless to say, put a call into ProCare and it just so happened he was in the neighborhood and he stopped by immediately.

Turns out I had a fairly common problem with homes in Lake Forest. The wonderful box planter on the outside of my house had dirt that was up way too high. As such, moisture has been leaking into the house and is being absorbed by the drywall.

Can't thank John enough for coming on out, diagnosing the problem and helping us get back to normal.

We had a pin hole leak in our family room ceiling. After the plumber fixed the leak, I called John the next morning. He came out right away and was very honest and professional. It's not easy to find someone that's trustworthy but John is someone you can trust! I highly recommend ProCare.

We had leaking in the guest bathroom from the toilet back in December. We had a plumber come out and fix the toilet and had guests staying through the holidays. Fast forward, last week we happened to go into the guest bathroom to check all is okay but there is a musty smell. We were worried that the leak back in December did not get completely fixed when we fixed the toilet. I called ProCare and John came out the next morning. He was very polite and helpful. When he checked the guest bathroom he was was straight up and said there is no excess moisture in the walls or floor at all. He gave us helpful tips for future reference and took the time to explain other options. Hopefully I won't be needing any more leaks to be fixed in the future, but if I do, I will be calling John.

This company is the best! I have sadly experienced 3 floods. John came out right away and was very thorough and professional. He answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful in assisting us with the proper steps and what to expect from start to finish. I wish I would have found John and Procare for my first 2 floods as I had a much better experience this time around. It's always a very stressful situation dealing with these types of things so don't make it more stressful by dealing with the wrong company. Call Procare!!!
