John and his company are extremely professional! My new home had a slab leak during the escrow process and if it wasn't for John I probably would not have purchased the home. He kept us updated throughout the process.
Three months into owning the home I had another leak and assumed it was slab leak again after some bad info from the water company. I called John who offered to come out that night. I had the plumbing company John used come out (excellent company also) and they located a completely new leak caused by some home repairs. John again offered to come assist us with our leak!
I hope I never need a leak company again, but if do its definitely John!

John and his son Blake were great. Very thorough and diligent to make sure that our flooded floor issues were dried properly. Excellent follow up and use of good equipment to achieve a completely dry floor and framework, even recording via photo of the moisture meter results to ensure work was complete. He referred us to Rich to do the rebuild, who has been great so far as well. Both of them work great with our insurance company to make sure all aspects are covered.

Experiencing a water leak (water pooled from our slab into the kitchen and family room) can easily be one of the most stressful experiences an unlucky homeowner could ever endure. We feel lucky we chose John to help us. With years and years of experience, John is an invaluable ally in dealing with the insurance company and their claim adjusters. Trust us, the insurance company is not your friend. Without his knowledge and advice, we would be grossly unprepared for the subtle and hidden obstacles insurance companies can present.

We have already sent referrals and will keep sending referrals to Procare. We understand why his clients continue to send him Xmas gifts years later. He is competent and professional, yet has that old-school client centered service you can only get from a family run business.

We had a leak in the kitchen, behind the wall, that went undetected for a period of time. Water was in the drywall behind the refrigerator, and leaked under the hardwood floors in the kitchen, under most of the kitchen cabinets, etc. We called Pipeline Restoration, and they referred us to John at ProCare Services, Inc. for the immediate dryout need. John was there on the spot with all the necessary equipment and did a great job of managing the dryout. He has a great array of modern equipment, not only for dryout but also for testing the results. Unfortunately, the leaking had been going on long enough that there was mold, but otherwise John and his crew did a great job of dryout. He was always available to meet with the insurance adjuster, and provided an excellent level of attention - superior customer service all along the way!!!

We had a catastrophic water leak on Dec 26. We called our insurance co and then based on Yelp reviews we called Pipeline Restoration and they referred us to John at Pro Care. John arrived at our house within an hour.....even before Pipeline Restoration got here and before our insurance co called back. He and his magic water detecting gun quickly diagnosed the problem and yet John waited for PR to arrive to confer with them. The next day John and his helper were back to move all the furniture and remove our hard wood floors. It's good to know that he also hauls all that stuff away. John then set up many dehumidifiers and industrial fans which ran for the next 4 days. Also note that he picked up all of that equptment on Dec 31.....despite it being a holiday. When our insurance inspector came out to evaluate our damages, John was here to assure the inspector saw every single bit of damage we incurred. Through out the entire ordeal John explained everything about what had happened and what we should expect to happen. He even came to our house when I called him to tell him that we had minor bathroom flooding due to a main line clog. (It's been a rough couple of water related months for us). John made some terrible days much better with his positive attitude and calming presence. We would highly recommend ProCare Services.

I hired Procare Services to replace some drywalls and baseboards. I was afraid that the new walls will look different from the existing, but they were able to match the existing walls and the new walls looked great! I will use Procare again!

Where to start. So I left the bathroom sink running in my Mom's house and headed to the beach for 6 hours. Upon returning home, I noticed the living room was 'shiny' and the ceiling seemed to be bulging. OH BOY. I had flooded a big portion of the house... what a helpless feeling. After a failed attempt to run to Home Depot and rent a fan to dry out the water, we waited 2 weeks before calling our insurance company. Oops. Now we had mold.

Enter John @ ProCare. He drove up on-time, looked presentable, was personable, and made promises that he KEPT. John treated our home like he would his own and walked us through every step of the process. He gave us professional advice, told us what to watch out for, and restored our home to a better state than before it flooded. He was on our side and we would recommend him to anyone and everyone. We hope we won't NEED his services again but are glad we have someone to call if we do!
