We had a flooding situation in our house recently and seeked the help of ProCare Services after a referral from our carpet cleaners. The inspection was extremely thorough and they uncovered many more water damage areas compared to another company we got an estimate from. You could see how professional they were in their work just by their measurements and detail. In addition, John and the ProCare team were extremely helpful in giving us advice on to best remediate they issues and communicate with insurance. I used ProCare about 2 years ago for mold removal and just called them back out for a leak in my house. They came out the next day and used a tool to look to see how wet my wall was. He said there was not a lot of moisture and said my husband and I can easily take care of it ourselves instead of paying them to do it. He even walked us through step by step on how to do it ourselves. He then spent about 20 extra minutes looking at our heater because I was concerned about the air quality it was giving. He gave us really great advice, again waking us through so we could do it ourselves since it was an easy fix. I have never been so happy with a company as I am with ProCare. It's nice to know that there are trustworthy people out there who care about people and their wellbeing. The work they did for the mold remediation on my house years prior was also excellent and gave us a great deal compared to the other companies I looked at.

John Inman is one of the finest people I have ever met. I called him to give us a quote for mold remediation in the laundry room. As I'm renting, the landlord also came to meet John and it became immediately clear that she wanted to use her handyman instead of Pro-Care. Nevertheless, John spent an entire hour with us explaining what needed to be done and how to do it, naming products, techniques, etc. Feeling bad that I'd wasted his time, I offered to pay him a consulting fee, which he repeatedly refused to accept. Incredible. I wish there was a way to award six stars, as I would have given him all six..

If you have a water leak- call John now. These guys really are the best.
You deal with the owner directly and he always picks up the phone and genuinely cares about his clients.

After detecting a slab leak under the hardwood flooring in our kitchen, the insurance adjuster told us that the whole kitchen would probably have to come out. We met with John and explained that we wanted to try to avoid major construction.

He agreed to try to dry out the cabinets and ran huge de-humidifier's for three days. By then, the wood floor was cracking, the cabinets were starting to bow and the granite countertops were cracking so it all had to come out. John dealt with the insurance company to obtain clearance for demo and within five days the entire kitchen and flooring were removed and the area was fully dried out.

He then came back and installed a temporary sink and carpet over the concrete slab so we wouldn't have to relocate while re-building the kitchen.

A great family owned company who will walk you through the mess of major water damage.

There really aren't enough stars to give John and his crew. We had water damage in my son's bedroom and my contractor recommended giving John a call. He was at my house within 15 minutes to assess the damage and recommend what we should do, as well as what we should tell the insurance company - all before we officially hired him. He even called an environmental inspection company that same day so we could get started on the water mitigation ASAP. Once we hired him, John and Blake were both great. They immediately got the dryers in there and removed the floors. His son Blake also was there when the insurance adjuster was in to answer any questions they had, which was a huge help. Throughout the whole process, John was available to answer any questions I had, review the estimate from insurance and even pointed out a few things that weren't included. He made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier on my family and I, which is an incredible thing to say. I simply cannot recommend ProCare enough!

There's not enough good to say about John and his team. We had a burst pipe in our slab, which caused water damage to our wood flooring, kitchen cabinet bodies and drywall. The job required careful removal of a 10-foot run of solid quartz counter, and a large portion of glass subway tile backsplash. Our large farm sink complicated things due to its size and weight. John's team was able to remove and save the quartz without any breaking or chipping, reinstall the farm sink into a custom-built cabinet that properly supported it, and install new carrara marble backsplash that is absolutely beautiful. The wood flooring was matched perfectly, which was of concern because the stain lot had been discontinued. John was supportive and and pathetic throughout the whole process, being very understanding at our anxiety related to such a large project. Our home is restored and we are back living in the place we love. Thank you Procare!

John Inman helped us from beginning to end when our in-laws house flooded. A few days after our house flooded, our mom passed away. We had to move everything out of the house. John and his crew removed and labeled everything and put it in boxes. He provided additional boxes and constantly asked to see what else we needed. He answered every call and text, and met our every need. Our home was taken care of quickly and with care. John was constantly there, helping in any way possible, including making several trips to the dump for us. I would highly recommend John and Procare services to anyone.
