I had a problem with my hot water heater. They came out and looked at it and then told me to have an electrician check it before they finished their work. So electrician came out and made needed change to wiring. I contacted company again multiple times to a) give me an invoice for the initial visit which I paid for, and b) finish the job like they said they would. At first they were going to send someone from their company out but he never called me and then after I made add'l calls/texts they completely ghosted me. Hot water heater still not working properly and I have to get another plumber! Never got an invoice/receipt either even though I texted them my email address to send it!

Diego was awesome! Our kitchen sink started to flood so I called this business (they picked up right away) & they were able to give me a quote over the phone AND come out just hours later to fix it. I called a lot of other places and they couldn't get to us for days, but this company came right away.

The sink looks beautiful, he explained things to us and seemed he loved his job. He wore a mask, was very clean, cleaned up after himself, and they all looked very professional with their brand on their shirts, stickers, and even trucks. Very quick & easy and Diego was so kind. Will be calling them again.

I had a bad experience with another company not returning my calls and telling me I would need to tear up all of my floors to fix a problem with a sewer pipe. I called and Jerry was quick to get back to me. He explained the problem and gave an alternative solution that would solve our problem for a few years- saving us the hassle of having to tear up our entire home in the middle of a pandemic during stay at home orders. He and his crew were professional and did excellent work in a timely manner. I will definitely call him again with any plumbing needs!

1st time customer. I saw their Yelp rating and number of reviews, so felt it was an easy decision.

My condo renter called me in a panic when she finished her shower and the water kept running. She had to shut water off from the Main, so no water now to the property.

Called ProSolutions and spoke to Jerry. A plumber was at the property in less than 30 min. Needed a new valve cartridge and repaired in about the same amount of time. Done. Most important, charged a reasonable price for the job, especially considering the speed of repair.

I recommend ProSolutions and I plan to use them again as needed.

Rooter rooter would not give a quote over the phone so I looked up plumbers on Yelp. Jerry gave me a quote to snake a drain threw a Yelp message. He was the most affordable quote. Alvaro my plumber was on time and very nice. They charged exactly what I was quoted. Very happy with Pro Solutions.
