We were having issues with one of our toilets. When flushed, it took forever for the water to fill up the bowl. So on a late night long after this business' closing hours, we did a search on Yelp and Pro Solutions came up. We sent a message and within minutes, we got a reply back asking questions about our issue. We made an appointment and the next day Diego arrived at our door. He fixed the toilet and also cleaned out the bathtub and sink drains. This was very special as we had dropped a cross down the sink months ago that had been given to us by our now deceased father. Diego retrieved the cross while cleaning the sink drain. Diego was very hospitable and friendly. We HIGHLY recommend this business should you have any plumbing issues. They are now on our speed dial. Once in a while we need an upgrade with our plumbing in our home. This go around we had a bathroom faucet that was running while the shower head was being used. It was an old shower faucet that came with the house when we bought it 10 years ago. So it was time. Contacted a few plumping companies via Yelp on a Friday night but Pro Solutions Plumbing and Rooter replied back to me instantly. Only a 2-3 minutes have lapsed. Monday morning they were here on time (2 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time), surveyed the issue, offered me a quote and got to work. It was seamless and effortless how it should be. These guys were professional all the way. They even went to several home improvement stores to purchase a handle that matched what I wanted. I found my forever plumber with Pro Solutions Plumbing and Rooter. Thanks for the great job!!

Pro Solutions did a great job. My toilet clogged in the middle of the night. I requested a quote and they were able to come out early the next morning. By that time water started leaking into my garage. They found the problem immediately and fixed it. Price was fair and the work was quality.

On the positive side, the 2 plumbers that came out from Pro Solutions were able to remove the old vanity completely from the wall in order to get to the valves that needed to be replaced. They did this to make their job much easier, although apparently they didn't need to.

On the negative side, they said they couldn't get the vanity out of the bathroom because they couldn't get it around the corner in the hallway. They also said they didn't have parts to complete the job so they needed to run out and pick some up.

While they were gone, I tipped the vanity up on it's side and was able to get it outside by myself.

They returned and completed the plumbing repair. IT WAS DONE WELL. However, when they closed up the wall, as you can see in the picture, they just placed the wainscoting panel in place, and didn't do any wall repair, which I have since learned no plumber actually does. They could have left it open.

So, this review is more of a heads up to let you know to clearly communicate with anyone who comes to do work in your home.

One last thing...

They took the P-trap with them and it turned out to be a very difficult part to replace due to the age of my home.

The happy ending is that our new vanity is in.

Jerry was patient with the numerous questions I had. He recommended a leak detection company after seeing my photos since it was a slab leak. Once he received the results from the company, we scheduled a re-pipe. When he and his partner arrived, they worked quickly and cleaned up.
Jerry showed me what work was done and provided some tips. No hard-selling anything (ex. water softener, whole house re-pipe) which a previous plumber has tried.
