Jerry and his team are complete professionals and they did a fantastic job replumbing my entire house and completing a trenchless sewer lateral line replacement. They were able to start the job quickly and they worked with my contractors to keep the project moving right along. Jerry has a very calm, cool and easygoing personality so he handled my last minute additional requests with grace and ease. Honestly, I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Pro Solutions and I feel better knowing I have a terrific plumber to call on when needed.

We were looking to swap out our inefficient heat-guzzling tank water heater with an updated tankless water heater and submitted a request thru Yelp for quotes - the request was sent to 3 possible plumbing companies. Mr. Alvaro Garcia and his team are always exceptional and on our go to list for anything plumbing. Last Sunday - hubs caught a small leak in our hot water heater - I walked in and called Mr. Garcia to leave a VM to see if he could reach out Monday - nope - he returned my call while I was leaving a message! Arranged for Monday - he would txt time. A few hours later, we had a set time for Monday morning - he was on time with another gentleman, masks - social distancing, etc. Talked it over - we went with his suggestion - Bradford White heater - been in business longer than any other manufacturer AND made in the US - I looked it up. While they strapped it to the wall...as my hubs was about to ask about a brace against the wall - was already handled! Wow! Clean as a whistle when they left - neat as a pin - everything in place - e-mailed the invoice - paid and receipt sent via e-mail. ProSolutions is exceptional and SO glad to recommend! Even happier to do business with a local company - that is our goal. HIGHLY recommend!

The garbage disposal at my restaurant was leaking but I didn't think anything of it until it began gushing out of control. I called Jerry & he told me to remain calm & he came out within the hour to take care of the problem. Jerry & his team made the situation so much better by the way they operated & explained everything along the way. The job took about 2-3 hours and everything was as good as new. Jerry even went to check the restrooms to make sure no other problems arise from other parts of the restaurant. They were able to do all of this while we had a rush & it blew me away how it didn't intervene with any of that. That's what I call great work. Jerry stopped by a couple days later to make sure everything was A-OK & that truly sealed my trust with him because people don't do that nowadays. Talk about AMAZING customer service. We ended up laughing about the whole situation since all of us were so freaked out. Thanks for being so awesome Jerry!! Highly recommended.

Jerardo responded to my request for a quote right away. He showed up when promised and did not try to add additional charges that were not justified. The price he quoted was the price it cost. He also gave me a tip for clogged bathroom sinks. I would use Pro Solutions Plumbing and Rooter again in a heart beat. Jerardo was great.

Jerry responded within minutes to his availability. Confirmed the appointment and was on time He was so friendly and helpful with all my questions. He even wore the little shoe booties which made my wife happy! He confirmed what needed to be fixed for our shower leaking and immediately went to work. While he was waiting for the water to drain, he talked to me about tips for my tankless water heater upkeep and a possible solution to getting water faster to my kitchen. Would highly recommend for any work you may need done from him!
