OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Our sump pump was acting up with all the recent rain. They were very nice and accommodating on the phone, had a team out the same day. Oscar arrived on time, knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it in less than 15 minutes. Very reasonable charges, all in all made a stressful situation just go away. This is our new plumber!!

This review is long over due... I have hired Ishak and crew couple of times. Once to replace the clean out and sewage line to the street and once to fix the water pressure. These guys know what they doing and he is prompt and delivers what he promises.

Amazing service! The pilot had gone out on our ancient boiler for our radiant floor heating system, of course during one of the coldest periods that we'd had in years. Not only did Juan answer the phone at 7 AM, he ended up showing up with his colleague at 8:45 PM in the evening that SAME day to relight the pilot, diagnose and troubleshoot other potential issues, and in the end get everything working just fine, with some notes about what we might need in the future but wasn't trying to upsell me or anything! It's super rare to find not only someone so knowledgeable about boilers but also so responsive and helpful - I know who I'll be calling for any future heating emergencies, or plumbing issues in general. Got issues about water backwash, call for urgent fix. They guide me to do some pre-exam through the phone e.g., checking neighbor, then they come next day morning. They did some inspections, but can't reproduce the problem. And they explain that sometimes it may flush out the blocker with some water.
Although they spend some time on my case, they said it's an inspection, so no charge.
In conclusion, very professional, highly recommend.

I would given them 0 stars if possible. Just spoke with someone on the phone to ask if they service Saratoga. He asked what the problem was. I explained that the water tank for one of toilets kept filling continuously without stopping and eventually flooded our bathroom. We had to turn the water valve off. He started going off on how that meant the toilet was clogged but didn't address the water tank issue. I tried to redirect him to the water tank filling issue and how it was wasting water. He just said yes, that was an issue and would lead to our water bill going up. Did not offer an appointment to evaluate the problem. I finally said that I was going to call someone else, and he said ""fantastic."" What kind of horrible service is that? I wonder if he thought Saratoga was just too far from Redwood City to be worth going to for this problem. If so, he could have just said so instead of making me feel like I was silly for calling for this problem. The worst customer service interaction I have ever had from any service!

Juan Gutierrez came out on a Sunday within just a couple of hours and did a through investigation and inspection and found the root cause of our leaking water issue. He was patient, extremely knowledgable, and did not try to push unnecessary work onto my plate. Very appreciative of his service!

Juan is the man!

There's nothing more worrisome as a new home owner than hearing gushing water from the walls startling you in the middle of the night. Is it coming from the bathroom? Are the toilets leaking? Did a pipe burst?

After helping me find the water main to shut off the water, Juan promised to be there in the morning. He arrived and was super professional and helpful in explaining what the causes may be. After some careful examination he was able to replicate the startling sound and fix the issue in the irrigation system. We were expecting the worst but Juan assured us it was a very minor fix and to call him if it happens again.

Moving forward Pro Roto is my go to for my plumbing
needs! I can't recommend their services enough after my experience with them and it's reassuring that they're available 24 hours a day!
