I should've contacted these guys first! I originally called Rooter hero because I found out I had a clogged sewer main (no showers, no washing hands, no toilet, imagine that!). Rooter Hero then told me my pipes were also leaking and that it will cost me nearly $15,000 to fix! I was devastated as this was way out of my budget, so I called Pro Roto to get a second quote. Oscar came right on time and was amazing!!! He was fast and efficient and to the point. He quickly determined that there was no leak and my pipes in fact were brand-new. He also noticed that water hero only installed a one-way clean out and recommended we instead get a two-way . I can't believe I almost spent nearly $15,000 on fixing leaking pipes that weren't really leaking. Thank you Oscar for being honest and saving me 15,000$! I am recommending him to my neighbor now and everyone I know!

This evening we found ourselves in a pickle: the water suddenly stopped working in the house we moved into less than a week ago. Of course, this had to happen on a Friday night. We found Pro Roto here and gave them a call. They answered right away and took the time to walk us through some basics to figure out our issue. It turned out our toddler must have turned off the water to the house earlier in the day! Order was restored! We really appreciate the friendly advice. We hope to not need a plumber any time soon, but we certainly know who to call if we do.

Oscar is the best plumber that we've ever worked with! Here are some things we really like:

- He's responsive ie. is able to quickly tell us when he'll be available or expects a part
- He's considerate, like putting on shoe coverings before entering our home and wearing a mask
- He's punctual
- He's honest, and doesn't try to sell us something we don't need
- He fixes the problem every single time

Services he's done for us include:

- Replacing the pipes for both of our bathroom sinks (which were put in by a prior owner and did not drain well)
- Replacing the angle stop valves under our kitchen sink
- Unclogging our shower drain (multiple times!)

Where should I start.... This company is completely unreliable. I've been without hot water for almost 4 days after they shut of my hot water stating there was a leak going through the unit under mine. At first they stated it would be a couple of hours to fix it, then they said they needed an extra day to get ""a part"" the plumber had given me a window of time that he would be back to replace the part at get my hot water running. The follow day I received no updates and even though I reached out the the plumber multiple times I didn't not receive a response til hours past our agreed time frame, I tried to be cooperative but then again they assured me it would be taken care of the following day. (Very upsetting) at this point I gave my available time frame and was told that it would arranged, again no show no updates. After having to reach out on my end again they said the could be arriving around 9pm (ridiculous time for weekdays) of course I said it would be too late. They then said that they could come the following day( yeah 4th day!!) having no running hot water for almost a week is completely absurd and way unprofessional. I'm sure there is other plumbing services out there and please reach out to them instead of this business because mg experience has been horrible and I'm sure I'm not the only one, Shout-out to Juan Gutierrez for you remarkable service and ""professionalism"" May your showers be as warm as mine, communication is key

Pro Roto took a look at my sewer line, sent a video camera through the pipe, and gave me a recommended course of action. Their quote was reasonable although it varied a few times until the final estimate. I ended up going with someone else because of my GC, but this was a mistake and I should have gone with Pro Roto to replace the line. I followed up to compensate them for their time but they declined any payments. Thank you so much for your help!

I contacted Pro Roto because of their five star rating. I opted out of allowing Yelp send our drain issue to multiple contractors because frankly, it's a hassle dealing with all the replies. They showed up a little early and I explained what I believed the issue was. They used their camera to determine that the previous drain issue had cleared itself, therefore there was nothing to do.

Honesty is so important when dealing with contractors. Pro Roto could have rooted out the drain anyway, how would I have known? Instead, they showed their best business practices and integrity and lost an easy charge for nothing. They will have all my business from this point forward. Thank you Pro Roto.

Called pro Roto today because of a sewage issue outside my studio. Isaac came to assess the problem within a few hours and fixed it immediately Effective, helpful,& very pleasant. I put Pro Roto in my contacts quick - this company is a keeper - a definite for future plumbing issues. 2 thumbs up!!!!

Our cleaning lady accidentally dropped the rubber thimble of our mushroom drain stopper down our shower drain, so we spent a good afternoon calling several plumbers to see what to do about it and if they can fish it out. We were worried it would cause a plug in the pipes!

Juan answered our phone call, gave us a run down of what we could possibly do, but also gave us advice about given the size of the thimble, it probably already washed away. He let us do a quick water experiment, but also set up a time he could come by the next day in case it did show signs of back up. Thankfully, the drain seems to be working just fine and we ultimately didn't need to have a plumber come by!

From this transaction alone, I am definitely going to consider Pro Roto first for any plumbing needs in the future. They're clearly super professional, knowledgable, and friendly!!
