We accidentally drilled into the water pipe when mounting tv onto the wall, and water suddenly bursted out. Pro Roto answered our phone in midnight and came over the next day. Thank you very much for saving our day!

I believe on the initial call I was talking with the owner, Isahak. After explaining the issue, he was able to provide a 'firm' & competitive estimate unless unforeseen issues arose which did not. He was very accomodating in providing options for the service timeframe in order to try to save me the after-hours additional service charge.

The plumbing service technicians, Oscar & Ramone, did an excellent job in resolving the sewer backup issue that impacted all the toilets & drains in the house. Given there was no cleanout for the sewer line from the house to the city sewer line, they were able to accommodate the alternate access point in the garage. They were very mindful of Covid-19 recommendation and also after the job was completed they did an excellent job in the cleanup and reinstalling of the garage toilet.

Oscar provided a sewer camera inspection even though this was an after-hours job and it was getting late. It clearly identified the reason for the backup and he provided options for the future.

From the call to work being done and ""Completed"". Oscar and Alejandro came over and were quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. Great experience today with Juan Gutierrez. Extremely knowledgeable and honest guy. I setup an appointment to replace a 16 year old boiler system. After a quick look, he recommended that I keep the very efficient system and pointed out ways that I could improve the performance.

The other guys, including Oscar, have also provided great service in the past.
This is a great company that does business the right way - customer first. Wouldn't think of going elsewhere.

Once again, amazing service! My wife and I had a back up in our sink and the garage/laundry room and Oscar + Romero from Pro Roto came over ASAP and fixed the problem and cleaned up the garage within an hour. I would recommend Pro Roto to anyone on the Peninsula as the best plumbing service around. They are honest and trustworthy. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Our hall toilet backed up, overflowed and flooded the bathroom overnight. Pro Roto was one of several emergency plumbers I contacted. Although they let me know that they were very busy, when I explained the situation they said they could try to work me into the schedule. And they did!

They showed up quickly, wore a mask and shoe covers, assessed the situation quickly and snaked the clog out.

We were experiencing a mildew smell within our home, and were worried about water collecting beneath our house. Oscar Galicia was sent to our house to inspect the same day we made a call to Pro Roto; he showed up on time, very professional, completed a free visual and camera inspection of our water line. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Our sump pump was acting up with all the recent rain. They were very nice and accommodating on the phone, had a team out the same day. This review is long over due... I have hired Ishak and crew couple of times. Once to replace the clean out and sewage line to the street and once to fix the water pressure. These guys know what they doing and he is prompt and delivers what he promises.

Amazing service! The pilot had gone out on our ancient boiler for our radiant floor heating system, of course during one of the coldest periods that we'd had in years. Not only did Juan answer the phone at 7 AM, he ended up showing up with his colleague at 8:45 PM in the evening that SAME day to relight the pilot, diagnose and troubleshoot other potential issues, and in the end get everything working just fine, with some notes about what we might need in the future but wasn't trying to upsell me or anything! It's super rare to find not only someone so knowledgeable about boilers but also so responsive and helpful - I know who I'll be calling for any future heating emergencies, or plumbing issues in general.
