Amazing employee. We had a sudden issue came up and our bathroom faucet was letting the water run. We called Pro Roto and Oscar came right away. His team was super responsive. With multiple plumbing companies closed on the weekend, happy that Pro Roto was open and responded quickly. I can't highly recommend their business enough. Saved my family and I a massive water bill. We appreciate their business and will use them further in the future.

Update: We had a small spoon get jammed in the garbage disposal at work and needed Pro Roto again! This time Gary came to our rescue today and he was even early. He didn't think he was going to be able to get it out, but he did it in just a few minutes!! Not only did he provide excellent service, he was friendly & quick. The cherry on top was no service charge!!!

I have used them twice now and am extremely pleased with their service. Yesterday, Isaac came out to fix a jammed garbage disposal. He was courteous, pleasant, and very efficient. An added bonus was the repeat customer discount we received. So glad I had them saved in my phone contacts.

Gary and Oscar were fantastic!! I had a small leak in the ceiling that we didn't know where it was coming from. They investigated the leak free of charge and found the issue. I would definitely recommend them. They were on time, kind and courteous. If I ever have any plumbing issues in the future, they will be my first call

Fast response on a Sunday morning. Our washing machine overflowed and water was entering the kitchen. Yikes! Stopped the machine, but what a mess. Went to Yelp for local emergency plumbers. Started calling the 24/7 plumbers that promised fast response. Only Pro-Roto answered the phone! Their team arrived within the hour, as promised . Our home has no clean-out behind the toilet (shame on the builder). They explained why the roof vent pipe should not be used because it was half the size of our cast-iron waste line, so a snake that way would not clear the line. We agreed, so they lifted the toilet and snaked our toilet's full-size waste line all the way to the street, Then they verified that the waste line was clear with a video camera all the way out again. We even saw our favorite nemesis, the invading tree roots under the street. They also snaked the short smaller laundry waste line a few feet to be sure it too was not clogged. Excellent professional job and fast response. We definitely recommend them.

This company is like a rare jewel. We called them because we had used them in the past, and they struck us as honest, dependable, and very competent. Juan came out to fix underground leaks from several pipes that served as both a drip irrigation system and a conduit for water from a sump pump and also from a swimming pool when we need to lower the water level. It was a challenging job, but Juan used his intelligence and a lot of knowledge and training to find the best way to fix all the problems. I could see he took a lot of pride in his work and did the job the right way, as opposed to the fastest way, still honoring his original quote.

We are confident in the integrity and the competency of Pro-Roto and will use them whenever we have plumbing related needs.

Our water heater leaked last Friday night at 10:30 PM. We called around several 24/7 plumbers before someone at Pro Roto answered and patiently walked me through the steps to shut-off the water and gas. I then proceeded to drain the water from the water heater to prevent more water leak to the floor.

The crew came by the next morning around 9 AM. They worked very efficiently and was able to replace the water heater in about an hour. I was impressed with their work quality. They hauled away the old unit and even cleaned up the work area. The price for the new unit plus installation was very reasonable as well. A+ to Pro Roto for coming to the rescue!

I have used many different plumbing company in my life never found some that looks all the details respectful Efficient and to be able to solve the problem fast so the owner is not overanxious and a great price for the quality of work
I have used other ones and because they couldn't figure out the problem I called them they Were able not only to figure out the problem but to resolve it even for the future by using a different Y I never had that problem again I recommend them To anyone that hasn't found a good plumbing company

I was looking for a commercial plumber in the Palo Alto area on yelp and saw Pro Roto had alot of good reviews. I called Gary and he was able to fit me in the next morning. He was kind, responsive, and professional. When he and Oscar arrived onsite the next day, the issue was already resolved, so Gary didn't charge me a service fee (very thankful for that). I requested they send me a video of the functioning toilet so I can forward to headquarters, and they did so with no complaints. I'm in a sector where I have to find and hire subcontractors, and they always charge me a fee for just going onsite, and they are usually rude. That wasn't the case with Pro Roto. I would HIGHLY recommend Gary and Oscar and Pro Roto because of their honesty and professionalism, and I will be calling them in the future for any plumbing issues that will arise.
