When you have a house close to 100 years old, there's bound to be some out of sight 'pipe problems.'

Ours were CLAY pipe problems... and once the disaster was unearthed, well..... we're talking from the house to the middle of the street! (important tidbit for homeowners... YOU are responsible for the pipes from your property leading out to the main lines maintained by your city/county - so if you're thinking of buying a home, make SURE you conduct an inspection of this connection!)

Thankfully Pro Roto was quick to respond with a fair quote and a stellar team of professionals to fix this massive mess of a sewer pipe problem!

Pro Roto answered the phone immediately for an after-hours emergency call and scheduled a field tech, Leo, within a few minutes. Leo came by shortly after the start of the time window and quickly cleared up the clog in our sewer line. He was responsive, professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout. We had a sudden pipe leak in our backyard - I called around and Pro Roto was able to get a guy over in an hour. Unfortunately it started gushing again later when we ran the kitchen tap, but Isaac responded to my texts right away and sent his guy back even though it was evening. This time he told us to let it cure overnight with the water off, and no problems since then (it's been a month and a half). Really appreciate the prompt service and readiness to return when the pipe leaked again. Price was reasonable.

I had a problem with my water heater last weekend . I called another company and explained the problem. They said they would send someone for $99 to check the problem. They gave me a 2 hour window and never showed up . Then I called Pro Roto and explained the problem. They said it was better that I contact PG&E to address the problem free of charge instead of paying Pro Roto . I thought this was very honest of them . So next time I have a problem. I'll call Pro Roto

Woke up Saturday morning and my clean out line was blocked. Sewage coming up through the tub and shower. Gary showed up within 1 hour and solved my problem. Not the cheapest plumber I've ever hired but it was good and fast. On Saturday morning, I'm not complaining. Thanks again.

I'm giving Pro Roto five stars because Leo the plumber came out promptly, and didn't charge me anything when I decided to have my faucet replaced by a family member. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions.
