Isaac, Leo, and crew were awesome. We had an urgent plumbing need (sewage backup) and had another plumber out earlier in the day who couldn't solve the issue. These guys were responsive after hours, quick to the scene, and thoughtful in how they handled the situation. Ultimately they had to dig an outdoor access point to the sewer line (which was recommended by several people we spoke to), but unlike others, were able to make it happen first thing the next morning vs several days out. The crew was hard working and honest with great communication.

Isaac and his team were extremely helpful with our plumbing issues. He was very friendly, extremely patient with our questions and concerns, super professional, and most importantly, very solution driven to address all our issues and concerns. It only took him and his team a few days to replace all drain lines under the house and effectively address all the major plumbing issues. Because our house is very old and could be problematic in plumbing, he was so nice and willing to do lots of extra work for free to replace additional drain pipes in the garage and hallway bathroom. Additionally, he even gave free work to help us install new garbage disposals and new water filter in the kitchen! Moreover, he was very knowledgeable in house remodeling and even helped us with additional remodeling work FOR FREE! Overall, Pro Roto was very helpful and professional with very very reasonable price, I strongly recommend to use Pro Roto to fix any plumbing issues.

Sent a message via Yelp late evening asking for a plumber to come fix our sewage back up problem. Within a few minutes of sending the message, Leo wrote back and asked for my phone number to get more information. After giving details of our problem, he said he could come out at 9-10 AM the next day.

Fast forward to the next day, Leo and another technician arrived at our house within the scheduled time frame. I showed them where the back up was happening at the outside of the house and he asked me to replicate the back up so he could see where the problem was. I was quite hesitant about replicating the sewage back up. Fortunately, once Leo opened up our clean out drain he immediately saw that this was the clog and I didn't need to replicate our sewage back. They used their tool to clear out the drain and after running water inside for several minutes, the problem seemed fixed. Cost seemed reasonable, I got the first time customer promo. It's been a good week since they came and no more sewage back ups.

I appreciate the prompt response from Leo, text confirmations of my appointment and completion of work, and their competence in fixing the problem. Would use them again for any future problems.

I was really impressed at how well they explained what they had to do when I called, shortly before midnite. The online chat wasn't working so I called their 24/7 number and he picked up right away. Since I live on the top floor of a 3 story condo. building, the leak was making a huge bubble in the ceiling of my neighbor below. There was no visible water damage in my unit though. And it looked like it was going to pop any minute in my neighbor's downstairs place on the 2nd floor. They were able to come the next day and on time. I texted them I was at the unit at the agreed scheduled window of time. They were very neat: shoe covers and plastic sheeting over everything before having to cut a good size hole in the ceiling to find a 1 drop of water leak from my shower drain gasket assembly. He sent me a copy of the video of the leak and worked very professionally with our HOA, homeowners association so that it was covered. That's the best use of my monthly homeowners dues ever!!. They're coming back tomorrow to complete the job after they pick up the needed parts. I was so impressed I asked them to check out another slow slow leak and will probably get that fixed at the same time.
