I have used Pro Roto for both big and small jobs
They provided excellent service.promptly and with
skilled professional staff.
Most impressive was the real big equipment they were able to bring to clear roots from the outside drains.No need to dig up the garden and it was checked with their video camera. They also reworked pipes under the house working in a confined crawl space. So when I had a simple problem with a blocked sink I called again and got the same prompt
and skilled service.It was a pleasure to have such able people working at our house and i will trust them to tackle any future problems I recommend ProRpto. Good work, good service at a fair price.

I highly recommend Pro Roto as the best plumbing and drain specialists in the SF Bay Area. Isahak Esrailian is the owner, and he is very responsive and reliable. After my kitchen sink backed up with water, Leo and Gary checked the garbage disposal and pipes. They ensured that the system was working fine, and told me eventually I would need a new disposal, and recommended pipes that would not corrode.

They did not charge me for this visit to my home. In sum, this is a very honest and professional business, with excellent customer service.

Update:
Owner now says that they do not have me on schedule - this is exactly the problem I'm talking about. To ensure that I do not imagine things I checked the phone logs. Call to setups appointment from 650-269-0190 on October 23, 2019 at 13:01. And yes I'm not inclined to remove my 1 star review after you screwed up my weekend.

I used Pro Roto, Issac, last summer and could not have been more pleased. We worked out the timing and pricing and he came exactly as planned. He kept me informed every step of the process and let me make decisions when the project included an additional step from what we originally thought. He also suggested that I order and replace myself a remaining handle. He would have done it, but it would have cost me a lot for his hours to pick it up and install it. I did it and by his suggestion saved a bundle which would have been all profit for him had he not suggested it.

Leo Mendoza came to our house to repair the sewage ejector pump for the bathroom of my studio. It ended up that the ejector pump had an internal breaker that had flipped off. Leo flipped that breaker back on and did not charge for the visit!!!! Keep in mind that I have never used this company before and I called them to service the pump because of their Yelp rating.

Leo and Gary did a great job fixing a leak under our sink. Scheduling was easy, they were prompt, identified the problem and explained it well, did a great job and charged a fair price. I'd call them back for another job right away.
