Best price, fast service, and quality work! Pro Plumbing was one of several companies I contacted to obtain quotes on installing a new water heater. They had the best price by far. However, that is only one of the qualities I look for when hiring a professional. Are calls returned promptly? Are they knowledgable? Do people show up as scheduled? Is the work reliable? Do they clean up the area when they are finished? The answer is a definite yes to all of those questions. I live in Indiana and contacted this group to replace a water heater for my senior mother in Florida. The owner and technician were very conscious and reasonable. Often times it is difficult to find reputable contractors that will not take advantage of seniors, especially with technical matters such as this. This group is defiantly an exception. Excellent plumbers! Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and timely. Very good product, installed professionally and neatly, for a very good price. Beat two major competitors, who do a lot of radio advertising, on price. We needed a new water softener and filter for the whole house. They really came through! I'd had other companies come out to discuss and then never hear from them again. A couple of others with much higher estimates. Basically I did a lot of legwork shopping around and couldn't be happier. Will certainly use them again for any other project.

Quality work done efficiently. I had a leaky overflow that was replaced along with my drain. The technician assessed the rest of the tub and shower head and did some sealing around the downspout.

Victor from Pro-Plumbing Works LLC did an exceptional job at our house today. We had a problem with the pressure relief valve on our hot water heater. It was malfunctioning and water from the hot water heater was spilling onto our garage floor. Victor replaced the valve and installed a pipe that would carry any new water that is discharged if the new valve happens to leak to the outside. In doing this he had to drill a hole in the wall of our garage. He also checked our master bathroom faucet and a second bathroom for leaks. Victor is very knowledgeable, courteous, works fast, and provides excellent service and advice. Also, the cost of the plumbing service is very reasonable. I would highly recommend Pro-Plumbing Works to anyone in need of expert plumbing services at a fair and reasonable cost. .
