Best price, fast service, and quality work! Pro Plumbing was one of several companies I contacted to obtain quotes on installing a new water heater. They had the best price by far. However, that is only one of the qualities I look for when hiring a professional. Are calls returned promptly? Are they knowledgable? Do people show up as scheduled? Is the work reliable? Do they clean up the area when they are finished? The answer is a definite yes to all of those questions. I would be happy to recommend this company and I urge you to compare their prices against other companies. I think you will be glad you did

Yesterday I had a garbage deposal leak. Called Pro plumbing works. The came the sameday and were very professional. My neighbor had a problem so I asked if they could look at there's also. The said sure. When the plumber was working on mine he noticed our sink needed caulking and did it on his own. This company should be rated a 6.....

Chuck came out to Longboat Key to give us an estimate on a new hot water heater. He wound up checking out our existing water heater and after a few quick adjustments got it going! He even fixed our leaky toilet flap on the way out the door! He is prompt and courteous. When the heater goes for good we will definitely call Pro-plumbing Works!

Had an unfortunate event and water started coming out my kitchen sink. My first thought """"here we go, get ready for a huge bill"""" my neighbor recommended pro plumbing works and I'm glad she did. Chuck burns(the owner) was very professional and took care of our problem fast. We checked prices after just to make sure we did good and he definitely took care of us. Will be using him again.

My toilet stopped working and these guys came out within 3 hours to fix it. This was the day before Thanksgiving, and I am very grateful for that. Also, the plumber was right on time and the problem was diagnosed and fixed within 20 minutes. I did have a concern with what I was charged, but this was resolved very quickly after speaking with the company's owner, who got in touch with me personally. Chuck was open to my concerns and worked with me to fix the issue.

I called Pro-Plumbing a few months ago and was able to talk to Chuck. He listened to my needs and had someone come out and quoted installing our water softener and R/O System. Work was completed in a timely manner and we were very pleased. Fast forward a couple of months later. We needed the water softener moved because one of the irrigation boxes was buried underneath it. Landscaper had buried the boxes. Irrigation was newly installed right before landscaping and I had no idea about the boxes, etc. The irrigation company blamed landscaper. Landscaper blamed plumber. At the end of the day, the landscaper would take no responsibility and Chuck at Pro-Plumbing Works sent a technician out free of charge to move the water softener over a bit so that it is off irrigation box. I cannot begin to express my gratitude. Chuck cares about his business and sincerely wants to his customers satisfied, sometimes even if it means taking care of another person's mistake! I appreciate him stepping up and helping when the others wouldn't. A shout out to Noah who came out and moved the water softener. He was very professional...and kind! Thanks so much!

No hot water. Called Pro Plumbing based on the on line reviews and was not disappointed! They came promptly and got it working. Very professional!! Will definitely call them when I replace the tank in the next few months.

5 star as good as it gets Had an emergency involving three units in apartment building. Pro-Plumbing called back immediately, came within an hour, fixed the problem, gave us another minor fix for free, didn't charge us and arm and a leg for the work, and they were nice and pleasant. Does it get any better than that???

My favorite plumber in Sarasota, by far! Residents and small business owners since 1981, we have tried way too many before finding Chuck and his team. Highly recommended by a respected local Remax Realtor who shared that she's always used PPW to get it done right & avoid any issues. We agree. Last month we needed a total Re-Pipe where they were able to save our vintage bathroom as well as update & re-route all of our old cast iron plumbing & seriously, you cannot even tell they were here. Beautiful-professional- CLEAN work & saved money due to suggested bundle AND discount. ALSO, the job we had done to gauge quality & obtain opinion was to install an outdoor shower. The guys came with standard piping outfit but were able to build rustic hardware CUSTOM BRASS PIPING upon request, that very same day, immediately on it with courtesy and professionalism.
