The work done was excellent. However, the price was incredibly high for the work done. My husband, who is never upset with anyone, had many conversations with PPW about the work vs. the cost and the final results of these conversations didn't get us anywhere. We've learned our lesson. There are many other capable plumbers out there who do great work without exorbitant costs.

I found Pro-Plumbing Works, LLC here on Yelp and called Chuck based on the great reviews here. I purchased my condo recently and in this """"plumbing moment"""" forgot my membership to Angie's List. Victor showed up an hour and a half after the time I was told, but he had called to tell me he was running late. When he arrived he asked me where my cleanout was and I told him I honestly didn't know since I had just moved here. After a quick assessment outside he told me he was going to have to pull at least one of my toilets because he couldn't find the cleanout. I was not given an estimate until I asked, and when I asked I was told $150-$250. Victor does not care to do menial jobs like mine and he freely told me that he was too valuable to be on jobs like mine so they were looking to hire someone for that purpose. Victor is a nice, friendly guy, what he isn't is clean. My walls, floors, showers were contaminated with the contents of the waste pipe since Victor wore absorbent gloves to handle the snake and also talks with his hands. I was told to watch the water level in the hole where the toilet had been while he ran water in the other bathroom. He did not wash his hands once while in my home yet touched so many surfaces and nearly my linens (I grabbed them as he was reaching) . I had to scrape wax from the old wax ring off my shower wall from where he leaned to run the shower faucet. I spent hours cleaning my home! I don't wear shoes in my home and would have greatly appreciated him covering his shoes with disposable shoe covers. Both of my toilets were removed and snaked and the only equipment used were 2 new wax rings and hardware - a value of about $10 yet I was charged $50 for materials!! The total of my bill was $396 and Victor told me I couldn't use my Angie's List membership discount because I hadn't mentioned it when I called. He did tell me how much I would have saved had I mentioned it ($50). I asked if there was any warranty on the work and he said no because I didn't have a camera lowered into the drain. This option was not offered to me and would have helped locate the cleanout for future needs. I feel taken advantage of and mostly feel that my home and it's cleanliness was disrespected. This is not a company I can recommend..

Victor from Pro-Plumbing Works LLC did an exceptional job at our house today. We had a problem with the pressure relief valve on our hot water heater. It was malfunctioning and water from the hot water heater was spilling onto our garage floor. Victor replaced the valve and installed a pipe that would carry any new water that is discharged if the new valve happens to leak to the outside. In doing this he had to drill a hole in the wall of our garage. He also checked our master bathroom faucet and a second bathroom for leaks. Victor is very knowledgeable, courteous, works fast, and provides excellent service and advice. Also, the cost of the plumbing service is very reasonable. I would highly recommend Pro-Plumbing Works to anyone in need of expert plumbing services at a fair and reasonable cost. .

Best price, fast service, and quality work! Pro Plumbing was one of several companies I contacted to obtain quotes on installing a new water heater. They had the best price by far. However, that is only one of the qualities I look for when hiring a professional. Are calls returned promptly? Are they knowledgable? Do people show up as scheduled? Is the work reliable? Do they clean up the area when they are finished? The answer is a definite yes to all of those questions. I would be happy to recommend this company and I urge you to compare their prices against other companies. I think you will be glad you did

Highly recommend! We called on Thursday to have a hot water recirculation pump installed and they were here Monday morning. The tech Chuck could not have been more professional and explained each step of the process. The price was fair and without asking Chuck applied a Yelp discount of 10%. They are now our plumber of choice and we will recommend them to our condo association.

My favorite plumber in Sarasota, by far! Residents and small business owners since 1981, we have tried way too many before finding Chuck and his team. Highly recommended by a respected local Remax Realtor who shared that she's always used PPW to get it done right & avoid any issues. We agree. Last month we needed a total Re-Pipe where they were able to save our vintage bathroom as well as update & re-route all of our old cast iron plumbing & seriously, you cannot even tell they were here. Beautiful-professional- CLEAN work & saved money due to suggested bundle AND discount. ALSO, the job we had done to gauge quality & obtain opinion was to install an outdoor shower. The guys came with standard piping outfit but were able to build rustic hardware CUSTOM BRASS PIPING upon request, that very same day, immediately on it with courtesy and professionalism.

Yesterday I had a garbage deposal leak. Called Pro plumbing works. The came the sameday and were very professional. My neighbor had a problem so I asked if they could look at there's also. The said sure. When the plumber was working on mine he noticed our sink needed caulking and did it on his own. This company should be rated a 6.....
