Had a last minute issue on New Year's Eve and Chuck had Victor there that afternoon and he got issue partially corrected (was very helpful). He had Victor there again a couple days later to do our repairs. Price was probably about right and he did a good job with the repairs and clean up. Overall a good experience in a last minute situation when I did not have the opportunity to get comp's - so appreciate Chuck and Victor and their work. Would recommend.

My toilet stopped working and these guys came out within 3 hours to fix it. This was the day before Thanksgiving, and I am very grateful for that. Also, the plumber was right on time and the problem was diagnosed and fixed within 20 minutes. I did have a concern with what I was charged, but this was resolved very quickly after speaking with the company's owner, who got in touch with me personally. Chuck was open to my concerns and worked with me to fix the issue.

not happy with these guys and will not call again. We had to replace just about everything in our condo..I feel like I have been taken full advantage of. Snaked all our drains for an astronomical price..told us we need to replace parts in shower valve..come to find out they were under a life time warranty but they never told us that! They replaced parts in 2 showers for about $500 which should have been free parts. They are plumbers, they should know what is under warranty but never even asked. My tenants are still complaining and Chuck said that would fix the problem. And the 10% off...they said we were not eligible..what a surprise! Done with pro plumbing...$2000 later!

I selected Pro-Plumbing Works to upgrade my back-flow system to meet the new county specifications, based on nearly 8 quotes from other plumbers. Their quote was nearly the lowest, offered quick turnaround time and used the best recommended back flow valve for the job. The plumber, Radames, was late because of an emergency, BUT I was notified several times that he would be late for our appointment. Once here the work was done in the highest professional manner, and installed the back flow valve to specifications. Importantly, there was no corner cutting as with other installations in our neighborhood. Specifically, he dug down directly to the water line and constructed the assembly with new copper all the way from the house water line to the valve and back to the water line. Other installations cut the old copper pipe at ground level and inserted the new valve leaving pipes that were installed 17 years ago still in the ground with 2 additional connections (future failure points.). This one thing indicated to me that a.) knowledge of plumbing, b.) desire to do the best job possible c.) Going the extra mile to insure a quality job and d.) they held to the quoted price even if it should have been more based on the job performed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Best price, fast service, and quality work! Pro Plumbing was one of several companies I contacted to obtain quotes on installing a new water heater. They had the best price by far. However, that is only one of the qualities I look for when hiring a professional. Are calls returned promptly? Are they knowledgable? Do people show up as scheduled? Is the work reliable? Do they clean up the area when they are finished? The answer is a definite yes to all of those questions. I would be happy to recommend this company and I urge you to compare their prices against other companies. I think you will be glad you did

I live in Indiana and contacted this group to replace a water heater for my senior mother in Florida. The owner and technician were very conscious and reasonable. Often times it is difficult to find reputable contractors that will not take advantage of seniors, especially with technical matters such as this. This group is defiantly an exception. Excellent plumbers! Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and timely. Very good product, installed professionally and neatly, for a very good price. Beat two major competitors, who do a lot of radio advertising, on price. We needed a new water softener and filter for the whole house. They really came through! I'd had other companies come out to discuss and then never hear from them again. A couple of others with much higher estimates. Basically I did a lot of legwork shopping around and couldn't be happier. Will certainly use them again for any other project.
