SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! FIND A REAL PRO PLUMBER!!!

I don't like writing reviews but when a company isn't professional and steals your money I like to help others from avoiding lack of professional services.

First off this company records your conversation without consent and for some reason takes pleasure in sending you this to demand payment. They couldn't find the root cause and issue with my pipes so I had to call another company who fixed the issue. Although I only paid inspection fee I wasted my time and money to these crooks..

I'm disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism and never would use them EVER again even if they were my last resort.

We hired Pro Plumbing Services in 2019.
One of bathrooms in our home has some issue. We kind of knew but it was not major so didn't care much. In mean while we asked couple of handymen to look into that. No one able to figure out.
Eventually issue became big and it started leaking impacting bathroom below that.
We contacted Pro Plumbing based on my real estate agent. Martin came promptly. He told what needs to be done. Gave quote and upon approval, immediately started working. It took few hours for him to fix but issue is permanently address. I was watching him. He looks very knowledgable and he knows his stuff and what exactly he is doing.
I am extremely happy with their professional etiquettes.
Only thing is they do not do any sheet work. So after his work, I had to hire another person to fix the sheet rock.

We were in an emergency situation; leaking water heater (20 years old!). After the first plumber was unable to drain it, Pro Plumbing Services sent us (same day turnaround) a very gifted plumber, Charles Berleigh, who was able to miraculously drain a tank that the previous plumber had said was undrainable. I had actually been making plans to have a forklift come in the garage to lift it out ( 50 gallon filled tank weighs around 700 lbs!)

Thanks again Charles - you did an outstanding job and our family is grateful.

Called to have my garbage disposal replaced, and they were able to send someone out the same day. Martin was my serviceman, and he was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and on-time! He explained everything to me very clearly and had completed the job within an hour. Several months ago, my sinks and toilets were making a gurgling sound. I called Pro Plumbing Services, Inc. in Antioch. They sent Jose out that day and Jose snaked the pipes and cleared the lines. The cost of the job was fair. I was told by the plumber that they guaranteed their work.
3 months later I had issues with the clogged lines again to the point we could not use the toilets or sinks. shower. I called Pro Plumbing late that day and the receptionist reassured me they would have someone out that night. She would do whatever it would take to get a plumber out that evening. Jose showed up at 8:00 pm and cleared the lines again. The plumber would not take any kind of payment because of the guarantee of their work.
Pro Plumbing is a family owned business and takes pride of their work. I highly recommend Pro Plumbing because their word was a good as gold, the price of job was fair, the headaches that they saved me that evening was priceless.

Excellent service! Our water heater went out at 8:00 p.m. and while we were not able to get service that evening, Jose came out first thing the next morning.
Jose showed up wearing a mask, which he kept on the entire time. He worked efficiently, thoroughly and cleaned up after himself when he was finished.
The service was very courteous and customer service oriented. I recommend this company for any plumbing needs!
We were referred to Pro Plumbing by good friends of ours.

Called and left a message for a call back due to leak from second floor. They called back in 5 minutes. Martin came when expected and did a terrific job of finding the problem and fixing it.
