A few years ago, I met Brian (son), who resolved a plumbing issue. Brian patiently carried out the project consistent with our request. Now, I've had the benefit of Rick (father) and Jose (grandson) fix our immediate plumbing issues. Rick thoroughly addressed all of our concerns regarding tankless vs conventional water heaters and courteously took the time to explain precautions that, although unlikely, we might need to undertake. Going forward, we would look forward to having any member of this exemplary family business address our needs.

I had Pro Plumbing come out to run a gas line for an oven / stove we want to go to gas on instead of electric. Everything was accomplished on time and very professionally. It never crossed my mind once that Rick tried to get over on me especially because I don't know much about plumbing. I personally compared pricing between Ricks and two other companies and this was the best pricing.

Rick and his grandson (I already forgot his name, but I think it starts with J) came out this afternoon to unclog our kitchen drain. My husband snaked the line a couple of times, I guess the clog was further down the pipe. Being tired of having my kitchen out of order, and didn't want my husband to mess with the drain anymore...it was time to call in professionals! In no time, they had my kitchen back in shape! I appreciate their promptness, and I felt the price was fair for the service. Definitely will call Rick again if I have another plumbing problem that my husband can't fix on his own.
