Pro Plumbing was recommended by a friend and I'm so happy for the recommendation. We had some issues with our toilets being ""sluggish"" while flushing. Rick and his grandson came yesterday and fixed all three in a jiffy at a reasonable price. He gave me a quick lesson in plumbing and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend his services.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Unlike other plumbers, who either don't call you back or just don't answer, I called and left a message and Cherie called me back within 10 minutes. Brian came out and gave me an estimate, which was reasonable compared to two others I received. He is very helpful. Whenever we had any questions or made changes they responded promptly and were very accommodating. My husband was here while Brian was doing the work and he said it was nothing but a good experience and he did an excellent job. As hard as it is to find a good plumber, I was hesitant to write the review because I wanted them to be my little secret lol! I will NOT use any other plumbers as long as they are around!

10 stars for them if I could. Water was leaking where the water heater was, these gentlemen was able to arrive when they said they would and replace the bad water heater with a new one really fast. Their pricing is also very fair. They are very pleasant to talk to and will not hold back in answering your questions. I highly recommend these professionals. Thank you for the great experience.

The most honest and trustworthy plumber. Brian came on Saturday afternoon to check my leaking garbage disposal. I thought the entire thing had to be replaced with all the water leaking. Turns out, it just needed some tightening. Brian didn't feel comfortable charging me for this and we had a nice conversation before he left. He is an inspiration and local business leaders like him should be supported. I plan on sharing his information with my HOA and anyone that I come across. Truly a breathe of fresh air to meet Brian.

Martin was my repair guy. He was professional, fast, polite and very knowledgeable. I would definitly call them again if needed. He replaced my garbage disposal and the shut off valve to our refrigerator. My husband and I both had a lot of questions and Martin was very patient with us both. We have used Pro Plumbing twice in the past few months. Very impressed!! Office staff is very friendly and worked to schedule both visits quickly,

First was to fix a water leak inside the garage wall, and what turned out to also be a cracked ABS sewer line. Work was performed quickly and professionally. Since it was a more complex repair than anticipated, it took more time than had been estimated, but they didn't charge me for the extra time.

Second job was a few days before Christmas, to repair/replace the sewer drain lines under the double kitchen sink. I had bought parts and attempted to fix it myself, but couldn't seem to get the joints to seal. I called Pro Plumbing after the excellent previous service. It was early evening, and the plumber was there in 30 minutes. He had the work completed in about 20 minutes. For evening work, their rate is double the daytime rate, and they have a 2 hour minimum. He only charged me for 90 minutes. I was glad to pay the $258 bill for night/evening work, and have everything done before my wife got home from her sister's.
