It must be busy plumbing season and many plumbers I reached out to didn't have availability or was not responsive after a few initial messages. In contrast, I called Pro Plumbing & Heating and Jay immediately chatted through the project needs, scheduled a time and was ready to help! He's also super responsive. Jay helped with a new garbage disposal installation and a hot water recirculating pump installation. He was thoughtful, meticulous and even provided recommendations (e.g. add an isolation valve for one of the pipes; tips to avoid pipes freezing) for future. And the price was very fair as well for the quality of work performed. Definitely consider Jay my go-to plumber for the future!

Home repairs are massive pains for all homeowners and an even bigger pain is finding and trusting someone to work on your home. J exceeds this and I wish it was more prevalent in other fields. It's clear that he cares deeply about the quality and reliability in his work. As a customer, his communication in helping me understand the issue and resolution is bar none. He takes his time to explain the issue, how to fix it and why. Sometimes the issue can't be fixed right away and some troubleshooting is needed. He gave me insight on a plan and now I feel like I have direction. This is my third time working with him and I've had zero issues with all that he has fixed in our home. Thank you!

Jay and Luis were excellent and total lifesavers! Great communication from the outset, including updates on exactly when they would arrive. Transparent and fair pricing. And the work was top notch and completed slowly and carefully - they corrected poor work done previously by other plumbers in two separate bathrooms. Jay took lots of pictures and videos for us of the problems, and patiently explained the issues in detail. The reapplied caulking and cleaned up the workspace thoroughly. It was like night and day compared to the plumbers we'd had in previously (and whose work they had to fix). I recommend them without hesitation.

Brian's a total pro, he and Jay talked me through the issue (split drain pipe) and what my options were. The guys worked fast, took care of the issue and were easy to work with. I'll call Pro Plumbing in the future with any issues for sure.

Jay, thank you for the amazing communication and great work from Emmanuel and his brother. The fees were reasonable and most importantly the job was done right. After the repair, Emmanuel tested the steam radiator and it had a leak but he quickly resolved it. The work was done well because previously the radiators were loud due to the incorrect pitching.

I hate unresponsive businesses or businesses that take on stuff that they're not actually knowledgeable about but Jay and his team do honest work, they're knowledgeable, and responsive. Definitely hope I don't have new issues in the future but if I do, I definitely would trust jay and his team.

I definitely recommend Pro Plumbing and Heating. In less than 24 hours of speaking with Jay, our reapirs were completed. I was able to reach Jay in the evening by phone. He was so helpful and provided me with all the info he could and stated he'd reach back in the morning with the exact details. He confirmed everything with me in the morning. Not long after, Jonathan arrived for the repairs. He was quick, efficient and thorough. The price I paid for their services and response time is more than reasonable. Great service and value. They will be a permanent contact for all of my future jobs.

I called Jay on one of the coldest 3 days we had in NY, I'd awaken to no hot water running . Jay responded quickly and was honest FIRST PLUS he said his team were servicing homes but I wouldn't be forgotten. In that time I googled like what could I do, a blow dryer to the pipe was the quick fix but at that point I just wanted to sure the house was safe to produce and maintain heat. Jay called me back and I told him I had hot water but I did want my radiators refreshed, Jay said no problem SECOND PLUS. Jay walked through and serviced the radiators I wanted and he gave me some jewels about my radiators which is priceless THIRD PLUS!! Jay is soft spoken, EFFICIENT, reliable, and reasonably priced. He left my home warm and earned a lifetime customer! I'm a single woman and I'm a labor guys dream, I've been taken advantage of so many times and in some instances I just didn't feel safe. Jay made me feel safe and secure in my home and didn't treat me like a sucker. I greatly appreciate Pro Plumbing & Heating, all things plumbing and heating related are best handled by them and I've had a few companies here. Pro Plumbing & Heating was by far the best! Thank you again
