Jay from Pro Plumbing did a wonderful job diagnosing and fixing a range of issues from the previous plumber's work. He's very savvy and was able to track down exactly the right missing parts for the existing systems, including an obscure rubber gasket, a vendor-compatible sink aerator, and a specialty screw. He also added a recirculation pump and an extra hot water heater in our basement, and configured it alongside the existing one in a way that works beautifully for the house. His work is all pristine, leak-free, well-organized, and thought-through. Jay is also very gracious with explaining his reasoning before & after his projects. Big thumbs up.

Had an emergency clog this morning, and within 3 hours of calling, someone was at my residence and fixed it quickly for the price they quoted me over the phone. The guy who came was extremely kind and professional and even tightened our leaky water valve for us for free. Couldn't have asked for better service. It must be busy plumbing season and many plumbers I reached out to didn't have availability or was not responsive after a few initial messages. In contrast, I called Pro Plumbing & Heating and Jay immediately chatted through the project needs, scheduled a time and was ready to help! He's also super responsive. Jay helped with a new garbage disposal installation and a hot water recirculating pump installation. He was thoughtful, meticulous and even provided recommendations (e.g. add an isolation valve for one of the pipes; tips to avoid pipes freezing) for future. And the price was very fair as well for the quality of work performed. Definitely consider Jay my go-to plumber for the future!

Home repairs are massive pains for all homeowners and an even bigger pain is finding and trusting someone to work on your home. J exceeds this and I wish it was more prevalent in other fields. It's clear that he cares deeply about the quality and reliability in his work. As a customer, his communication in helping me understand the issue and resolution is bar none. He takes his time to explain the issue, how to fix it and why. Sometimes the issue can't be fixed right away and some troubleshooting is needed. He gave me insight on a plan and now I feel like I have direction. This is my third time working with him and I've had zero issues with all that he has fixed in our home. Thank you!

Jay and Luis were excellent and total lifesavers! Great communication from the outset, including updates on exactly when they would arrive. Transparent and fair pricing. And the work was top notch and completed slowly and carefully - they corrected poor work done previously by other plumbers in two separate bathrooms. Jay took lots of pictures and videos for us of the problems, and patiently explained the issues in detail. The reapplied caulking and cleaned up the workspace thoroughly. It was like night and day compared to the plumbers we'd had in previously (and whose work they had to fix). I recommend them without hesitation.

Brian's a total pro, he and Jay talked me through the issue (split drain pipe) and what my options were. The guys worked fast, took care of the issue and were easy to work with. I'll call Pro Plumbing in the future with any issues for sure.

Jay, thank you for the amazing communication and great work from Emmanuel and his brother. The fees were reasonable and most importantly the job was done right. After the repair, Emmanuel tested the steam radiator and it had a leak but he quickly resolved it. The work was done well because previously the radiators were loud due to the incorrect pitching.

I hate unresponsive businesses or businesses that take on stuff that they're not actually knowledgeable about but Jay and his team do honest work, they're knowledgeable, and responsive. Definitely hope I don't have new issues in the future but if I do, I definitely would trust jay and his team.
