Wow! Pro Plumbers is very professional and knows how to get the job done right! We are a 24/7 restoration company and one day had to go out to a job site and ended up needing assistance from our new friends over at Pro Plumbers. We were dealing with a water leak that flooded the entire house and Frankie and his crew came out and fixed it right away so we can get back to business. Had them come out to my moms house to unclog a drain, she has been scammed before by other plumbers and pro plumbers keep me inform and even FaceTimed me to ensure what need to be done. My parents turned to me help them find a trustworthy professional emergency plumber to fix their leaking water tank that went bad that night, after calling around a few places, Frankie was able to see them within 1.5 hrs, quoted them and was back to replace the tank the next morning with no delay. I had a plumber from Pro-Plumbers come out to my apartment to give me a quote for a small job. They did not perform the work.

The appointment process was easy and I received a heads up text which was very helpful.

The plumber arrived without a facial mask and when I asked him to go get one he did. He wore it under his nose and pulled it down several times when speaking. I felt unsafe.

The plumber explained how simple the job would be and how quickly he could get it done. He then quoted me an unusually high price and asked for a $50 fee (for coming out to scope out the work).

He never showed me the price breakdown.

I ended up hiring someone who did the job for a little bit less than 1/5th of this quote.

Edith who does their reception/ dispatching was very accommodating with me while I tried to explain the issue, and was very easy to communicate with. They accommodated my move-in schedule and were flexible with me. She kept me informed of their schedule and was able to fit me in same-day for a return visit for a new unrelated issue I found.

They are exactly what you want in a plumbing company (or any company really): patient, kind, smart, fast.
