I am the Maintenance Manager for a church in San Pedro. The church is eighty years old and when it was built, iron fittings were utilized which eventually became corroded and leaked. Andrew supervised the project and we decided to replace all the plumbing which would cure my current problem and eliminate the need to make repairs in the future. Daniel accompanied him and between the two of them, the job was completed in a professional manner and I was satisfied with the results. Plumbing is expensive these days so be prepared but they will negotiate with you on large projects. Andrew and Daniel, who work out of the San Pedro office, take pride in their work. As the job progresses, they are happy to discuss each step of the project with you so that you are totally involved... Excellent work; excellent service.

After viewing the problem with our shower, instead immediately saying they could not do the job - they delayed us another 4 days by failing to timely submit the documentation right away to our warranty company and then belatedly they could not do the work. In short, we will be without a shower for another week because of their non-responsive, inconsideration.

Pro Plumbers Inc is a fraudulent business, they clearly mis-lead, lie, and steal from their customers. Pro Plumbers tech intentionally lied about the services required to fix a clogged toilet drain. The clogged toilet drains leads to the main drain, which is separate. Tech claimed that the main drain was clogged and fully backed-up with water, which was completely false. They quickly pretended to fully snake the main drain which was never clogged in the first place, he also said he ran a camera to see the clog but he couldn't show me, blamed it on an angle pipe the camera couldn't get to. Sure buddy. If that wasn't enough, then proceeded to up-sell to a water hydro-blast service of some sort, which wouldn't help since it would be in the wrong pipe which wasn't even clogged. Bruh, try being honest for a change but I guess not.

Pro Plumbers is unethical in how they treat their customers and should be out of business. When you have an emergency they'll do their very best to drop a scammy-scam on you. Not me Fam. Most def look elsewhere...

Had issues with build up from sharing of pipes with neighbor. It was disgusting what was coming up. Called Pro Plumbers at about 8:30 pm and sure enough their words were guaranteed by sending a Plumber first thing in the morning. Appointment was scheduled for 7:00 am and I received a text at about 6:30 am that Plumber was on his way and he arrived at exactly at 7:00 am just like they said he would. Fixed backup problem and shower was ready for use again . GREAT SERVICE talk about First response for pipes ...

The toilet handle fell off and the flapper was degenerating so I called this company. They have several locations. . The woman in the call center was very nice. The plumber could not come until the next day. The next day I received texts from the company confirming the scheduled time and the plumber sent a biography of his experience. I had forwarded pictures showing the broken handle.The plumber came on time and looked at the toilet. He then gave me an estimate for replacing the handle and flapper for $850.00!! I laughed. But this was such an inflated price that I had to write this review. This company is a rip-off

My second time having to call for help.
I couldn't recommend a better company for plumbing issues. I had a leak from upstairs bathroom to downstairs when the plumbers arrived they were quick to come up with the best solutions to first find out the source of the leak. They were very prompt and courteous not to disturb anymore of my shattered nerves but get the water to stop leaking.
It's like calling a doctor to a bleeding wound that's how much I trust this company.
The pricing is also affordable I don't feel ripped off because of their professionalism alone, you can trust you're getting skilled labor and quality parts.
