Pro Plumbers is the best came out right on time which was great. Had them come out to my moms house to unclog a drain, she has been scammed before by other plumbers and pro plumbers keep me inform and even FaceTimed me to ensure what need to be done. Their system was awesome it notified me they where in route and I was able to track them real time. I had a plumber from Pro-Plumbers come out to my apartment to give me a quote for a small job. They did not perform the work.

The appointment process was easy and I received a heads up text which was very helpful.

The plumber arrived without a facial mask and when I asked him to go get one he did. He wore it under his nose and pulled it down several times when speaking. I felt unsafe.

The plumber explained how simple the job would be and how quickly he could get it done. He then quoted me an unusually high price and asked for a $50 fee (for coming out to scope out the work).

He never showed me the price breakdown.

I ended up hiring someone who did the job for a little bit less than 1/5th of this quote.

Frankie from Pro-Plumbers was able to fix a mystery leak at my new home in under an hour that had stumped two prior plumbers during escrow! He found a simple solution to what could have become a complex problem.

Edith who does their reception/ dispatching was very accommodating with me while I tried to explain the issue, and was very easy to communicate with. They accommodated my move-in schedule and were flexible with me. She kept me informed of their schedule and was able to fit me in same-day for a return visit for a new unrelated issue I found.

They are exactly what you want in a plumbing company (or any company really): patient, kind, smart, fast.

Super professional, and very friendly. Came to snake a drain and replace a toilet. Just to make sure everything was correct, he ran a camera down for free. One of his guys even fixed the sink stopper because it was mis aligned since he was waiting for the camera to finish. Would use these guys in a heart beat. This was during covid, and all safety measures were going on.

I suspected cracked vent pipes (1923 building) to my drains on my rental property may have been the source of a bug infestation. Frank and his crew came out with a camera and did a nice job checking the vents and I found out I had no cracks and I will continue on my journey for bug abatement! Great service! On time! Most fair prices!
