My main points in this review is that they are bad with communication and not helpful at all, but here is my full story. I used Fidelity Home Warranty to come fix my shower (when turned to hot, the flow of water stops) and Fidelity said the will have Pro Plumbers 24/7 reach out in 2 business days to schedule a time to help. 2 business days went by and I did not hear anything from them so I gave them a call to schedule it myself (they already had my info so I was on their list they just never reached out). We scheduled a 2hr window, which I went home from work for, and they didn't show. I called them and they said they were 15 minutes away (would've been nice to let me know you're running late). When they showed up he basically took the shower handle off, shrugged and said ""I can't repair this"" (1st pic is what we looked at). I wasn't sure what to say about that so I asked if we could replace the cartridge and he gave me a roundabout way of saying it might not be fully covered, I could pay $700-$900 and he was going to reach out to other plumbers to get a second opinion on what to do. That all happened on March 20th (20 days ago) and I still never heard back.

I paid $85 for the Fidelity service call for them to come out and then get ghosted. If you're willing to constantly have to reach out to your plumber then maybe they're not a problem for you but I find it unprofessional. Btw I just finished pulling out the shower cartridge myself (second picture) and replacing it and now everything works!

The emergency order was never placed, and despite blaming the delay on the employees, he requested that I wait with a flooded garage until Monday due to being with his family. Despite both myself and the insurance company reaching out, he chose to leave me hanging for four days. During our phone conversation, he displayed extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism. I strongly advise avoiding this individual/business.

I've had these plumbers over to my house several times. The first time was on a rainy Saturday night outside replacing my water heater. They are efficient, knowledgeable and most importantly truly nice people.

We found them through our insurance and they were scheduled to come out the day following our service request. When the problem suddenly got bigger, we called them and they came out the same day within 2 hours. They were clear about what we were up against and walked us carefully through our options. We needed to start smaller this time (since the insurance wouldn't cover it) and they helped us really make the right decision for us. They couldn't have been more helpful and communicative. Armand, Armen, Nelson and Wilson were professional, respectful and left the space clean after a full day helping us through this. We will use them again in the future. They've been doing this a long time in their family business and it showed. We all watched the camera monitor together as they explained everything we were seeing. Great job!

We had a recent leak that involved some restoration work followed by diagnosis and remediation of the leak. Armand and Armen were punctual, professional and detailed in their analyses and fixing our plumbing. Armand explained all aspects of the cause of the leak and tended to resolving it immediately. They provided value for their work. I am very impressed with their honesty and thoroughness. I plan to call on them again if we have issues with our plumbing in the future.

My home warranty sent this company out several times, even after I asked them, after the second time, not to. They kept coming back to correct their mistakes. Aside from their work ethics, their attitude toward their customer was very nasty and they lied about what work they actually did. Do not waste even one minute with this company.

Armand of Pro Plumbers 24/7 was extremely helpful and professional. He repaired our Bradford White Water Heater, making several trips to different suppliers to retrieve the part. I am so thankful I used this company, Armand stayed on top of everything to make sure our hot water to our rental property was back up and running for our tenants. I highly recommend this company.

I had an issue with my flapper in my toilet a few weeks ago and my home warranty, Old Republic, sent them out. They called to set up an appointment within a day or two, showed up on time, were nice, respected wearing a mask when requested in my home, fixed my problem, and cleaned up after themselves. I will request them if I have any future plumbing problems.
